Vacation in a newly remodeled beach-front condo at Silver Dunes. Silver Dunes offers a beautiful private beach for the sole use of it's 98 condos spread out over eight acres. The outdoor pool and kiddie pool are heated during cooler months. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, fitness center, arcade, lending library for books, movies, and games, outdoor grill and picnic areas. Property wide Wi-fi, extends to the beach for conveniently keeping in touch with friends and family.

The entire unit has not just been updated but also upgraded to include a coded entry. Walk in from the beach to our comfortable condo. Then wash the sand off in the beautifully remodeled master bath with its custom tiled walk-in shower or put the kids in the bathtub in the spacious second bathroom. Feel pampered when wrapped in the plush new Pottery Barn towels. Meals are a pleasure to prep on quartz counters. All new large appliances as well as blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock-pot, and electric can opener, complete the fully appointed kitchen. The view through the kitchen panorama window frames a picture of paradise. Play board games or enjoy some wine on the beautifully decorated private balcony. Soothe your soul with the beach breeze on our comfortable patio furniture; the coastal style outdoor fan will ensure comfort through every season. Watch your kids play in the courtyard below while enjoying your morning coffee. A smart TV as well as DVD player are located in the living room with cable. Smart TVs are in master bedroom and second bedroom as well. Need a few things cleaned? The in-unit washer and dryer save you the inconvenience of having to use the coin operated laundry room. At the end of your fun filled day, relax in comfort on new mattresses and luxurious linens accommodating eight on a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Beach service is available from March to October, for a fee. Beach service rentals include rental of already set up umbrellas, and chairs. However, we include free access to our secure large beach locker. Our locker is equipped with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a beach wagon! Our locker is only 15 steps to the sand.

Summer activities include s'mores by the fire, movie nights and pool parties.

Beautiful stay! The condo had a nice homey feeling and an amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were nice and clean and the fresh air tied it all together. Everything worked perfectly fine with a quick walk to the beach! Highly recommend if you want worthwhile experience :)

Absolutely love staying at Silver Dunes. Condo complex is so family oriented and close to a lot of attractions. Our condo was steps away from the beach again this year. Morgan, our hostess, was so prompt in responding to all of our questions. Her attention to detail in this property was so appreciated. There was never a question were anything was located. Will definitely be staying at this condo again!!!

I cannot express how much we loved this condo! We had 4 adults & 2 boys at the age 2! The host thought of everything- everything was labeled & so clean! The condo is so nicely updated & family friendly! The walk to the beach was such a breeze! We rented chairs everyday and it was well worth it. We will be booking again for sure!

We had a blast at this property. The location was awesome, just steps from the beach. Owners provided plenty of beach chairs and sand toys, and the condo was exactly as described. Close proximity to groceries, shopping and tons of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Destin.

This condo was a perfect location just steps away from the beach. Not over crowded, clean condo on beautiful clear water. The owner, Morgan was extremely responsive and very helpful. We had zero issues and would absolutely stay here again. The only thing I wish would change is the check in time. Check in is a strict 4pm and it definitely cuts into your time. I would have paid extra to check in at 1pm. Outside of that, do yourself a favor and stay at this condo. Absolutely perfect!

Great access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and responded to our questions and requests quickly. Beach chair and umbrella service was great. Loved having an elevator since the condo is on the 4th floor. My only critique is that the condo needs a very deep clean, especially in the bathrooms, and the couch in the living room needs to be replaced or needs a slip cover. Overall there was a dampness that created a faint smell. It got into all of our clothes, even the ones we didn't wear, and we had to wash all of them when we returned home. The palm tree outside of the balcony also block half of the view, but it's still a beautiful view.

This place is everything I expected and more. I’m a very detailed person and Morgan’s details in everything to make sure that we had absolutely everything needed possible. The place is beautiful and has a gulf view. It’s central to a lot of restaurants and the theme parks are across the street. The beach that is designated for guests is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place and I will use again when we return to destin.

In addition, it had all the amenities -- hooks where you needed them, tile throughout, thoughtfully designed suggestion book, well-stocked kitchen... In addition, though located in a busy area of Destin, this property was private and quiet. We were there in March, and would definitely return. A+

The location is good and parking is plenty. Had issues with the elevator and since this unit is on the 4th flr it was easier to use the stairs. We wanted to bring our hot rod, but were not able to do so because they did not allow parking for trailers even though there was one in the parking lot when we got there and was there the entire stay. The palm tree in the first picture is much larger now and blocks the beach view significantly from the balcony. All the amenities were excellent and the beds were comfortable. Attention to details were spot on. Enjoyed the use of the beach chairs as well. Overall nice place

Had a great week with our little family

My fiancé and our three kids (age 3-11) stayed for the week and it was my favorite beach trip I’ve taken. I’m used to PCB but Destin is so much cleaner and was less crowded. We stayed at the Silver Dunes unit and it was clean and comfy. We did have to wash a few dishes and I think I discovered why, as it seemed the dishwasher may not have been working great. The only other issue I had was keeping the tv in the kids bedroom working since it’s not hooked to cable. But aside from that, the condo was amazing. It’s a couple minute walk right to the water and the beach was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the pool was very nice and clean. And it’s located right near all the things we wanted to go and do and places to eat. We were not ready to leave and a lot of that was because the condo felt comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony with my little girl every morning while mom and the big kids slept in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

This is the perfect location for Destin. It is close to the beach, not too crowded and the condo has everything you need! High end Pottery Barn towels, comfortable mattress, fully equipped kitchen, she even as beach toys and chairs you can use. Morgan has thought of every detail. This was our second stay in her place and we will be back again!

Great location and unit - but it was cold/rainy during our stay

We wanted a location that provided easy social distancing. This unit was perfect. Since it was an older (but well maintained) building – entrance to the unit was from an exterior walkway. No need to go into a lobby – take an elevator which stopped at numerous floors. Positives: Morgan (the property manager) was always very helpful and responsive – thank you. The condo looks great, and Morgan has added small little touches to make your stay even more enjoyable. A great location, easy access to the beach, within 3 miles plenty of restaurants Areas for improvement: The weather – we went to Florida to warm up – a couple of the mornings it was in the low 30’s. Walking on the beach with a winter coat wasn’t our idea Bottom line – we would stay here again – or in any unit Morgan manages. Thanks for a great stay.
