The beautifully renovated Alpage du Pralor is an old farmhouse which has been split into two very smart semi detached rental properties each for 8 people, Le Nova and Le Peille.
This property has 4 ensuite bedroom and is spread over three floors. It is a perfect base for those who value nature, space and simply stunning panoramic views. Virtually every window is like the frame of a picture postcard! With very good quality workmanship and craftsmanship throughout the build itself, natural fabrics and colours, a hammam and an outdoor jacuzzi thrown into the mix too, this property is ideal for a family a group of friends, or couples.
Le Peille has south facing balconies and a dining terrace to the west of the chalet from which to catch the sunset every night. There are only shower rooms in Le Peille. If you don't want to share a garage, or parking spaces this is not the property for you. The hammam is accessed via the garage, bath robes are provided.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
Please note this chalet is a semi detached property, particular attention was paid to high quality sound proofing during construction. The access to the separate hammams for each apartment is via the garage. Please note that the maximum capacity of the chalet is 8 people + 1 baby sleeping in a travel cot. This number cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. The table football, ping pong table and deck chairs are not available in winter. The table football and ping pong table are located in the garage and for the use of both properties.

Situation calme et magnifique en lisière des bois avec une très belle vue depuis le chalet. L’intérieur est très bien aménagé. Le mobilier et les équipements sont de qualités (aussi bien intérieurs qu’extérieurs) Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. Les propriétaires étaient accueillants et très disponible ce qui est très apprécié.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, merci à Anita pour son superbe accueil et ses bons conseils pour les activités aux alentours. Le logement était propre et conforme à la description. Le cadre est magnifique et la vue incroyable. Je recommande à 100%.

We spent one week at this lovely chalet. It is modern, clean, fully equipped to a high standard. A perfect base camp to discover la Haute-Savoie. Anita and Patrice had been perfect hosts.

Je vous remercie pour ce petit bout de terre magique, qui nous a complètement déconnecter de notre quotidien. L'accueil s'est bien passé et les propriétaires sont géniaux et très disponibles, il y a tout pour vous mettre à l'aise comme chez soi. L'endroit est magique et le service à souhait, tout était au rendez vous. Nous avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Merci encore aux propriétaires et à OVO Network pour tout.

Un chalet avec une vue à couper le souffle, des chambres haut de gamme, et le hammam et le jacuzzi en bonus ! Les hôtes sont très chaleureux. C'est idéal pour un séjour sportif ou détente.

Le chalet est parfait, super propre, agréable et très bien équipé. La situation géographique est super et l'accueil des propriétaires très sympathique.

Fabulous holiday
Fabulous week in "Le Peille" chalet.
Our 4 children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the hot tub and walking in the wardrobe renamed " the cave ".
We had a wonderful weather and enjoyed the skiing at Manigod and La Croix Fry. Thank you Anita and Patrice for your help and suggestions.
Views were magnificent and skiing was really great.

Nous avons passé une semaine très appréciée entre amis, dans un chalet dépassant toutes nos espérances, dans un cadre enchanteur. Le chalet, très propre, est vraiment luxueux.

5 star perfection
Fantastic views, beautiful setting in the quiet, 5 star perfection and no expense spared according to comfort and design. Anita and Patrice are perfect hosts there if you need them and out of sight if you don't. Plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment, the only thing bad that I have to say is I had to leave, a truly memorable family holiday thoroughly enjoyed by all. Ideally located for shops and annecy bathing, will definately be looking to return in the future.

We've just had a wonderful trip to the Pralor Le Peille with our parents and our children. The views were incredible, the chalet was impeccably clean and the standard of facilities was excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and exploring lots of different sights locally. Anita was very helpful and we really appreciated the little touch of Reblochon cheese from a local farm. Delicious too! We're just sorry our french wasn't so good.

Love the decor and lighting: the floating stairs are fabulous against the stone wall.
We spent many hours enjoying the spa. We've had a very relaxing holiday.
