4 generation family getaway. The house had everything we needed. A breathless view, wrap around deck, and a grand vaulted ceiling living room where all fit. Kayaking and swimming was relaxing and enjoyable. Last but not least the kids really enjoyed the game room. Thank you

The house had ample beds and bathrooms. It was in the lake and had beautiful surroundings. There were a few problems. The kitchen ceiling was leaking and started coming down. We called and the owner sent a plumber right over. He explained the problem and told us it to use that shower. The toilet in one of the upstairs bathrooms was very loose and needs repair as well. The master bathroom shower faucets were not working as they should. None of this negatively affected our stay but are definitely things that should be addressed. The hot tub was dirty upon arrival. I called the service gay to come fix it. He said it’s an older hot tub and they’d been having problems for a while. Even after he got it running it didn’t appear clean and I did not use it. The dock was a bit dangerous as the ramp was under water and super slippery. 4 people in our group fell at seperate times. The dock is another thing that needs to be fixed. So there were a few things wrong. But overall we enjoyed the large table where we could eat together and the beautiful deck. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It is a beautiful home. A couple things need to be looked at the air conditioning for one and clody hot tub. Teddy my contact person was wonderful and quick respices. Over all my family reunion went great and comfortable fit 14 of us. Thank you!

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our large extended family. The place was CLEAN. Like SUPER CLEAN (we have stayed in much less clean places in Hunter and REALLY appreciated this) Teddy was super responsive - quickly managing the one issue that we had. Loved the access to the lake/pond - a few water things were at the property (a kayak and a canoe) and we brought 3 standup paddleboards with us. Was fun just hanging out on the lake. The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed. Loved that the deck was large and that we could have multiple conversation areas. The main floor bedroom was super for the oldest couple to be a part of things but not have to fuss with the stairs. Will be at the top of our list next time we go to Hunter! Thanks Teddy!

The property is listed as luxurious lakefront home however, the property is pretty worn and needs some updating and TLC. It is not a brand new home and there are several items that need repair It is spacious enough for a very large group with plenty or bathrooms and bedrooms to support a large group. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and pots and pans. The owner was responsive as when we arrived the hot tub was not clean the prior guests had really done a number on it and the cleaner had to come and repeat the full clean. She was on top of it right away. Location was good and easy in and out

Me and 20 of my friends stayed at this property this weekend. We were very happy with everything. The rooms were clean and towels provided. A complete kitchen stocked with every pot, pan and utensil a group of 22 could ever think of. All the added bonus’ of the pool table, theater room, and above all else, the hot tub were great additions to make the trip that much better. We’ve been to hunter for 3 of our bachelor parties so far and this is the first time we’ve stayed at this one. And we will definitely try to get this property again!

The house is gorgeous, sitting on a lake at the foot of Hunter Mountain. The open plan and high ceilings were a perfect setting for our very large family reunion. The house was in great shape and had all the promised features. The main floor bedroom and the second floor bedrooms and baths were all very nice. The basement rooms were more Spartan, which is to be expected for the basement. The hot tub and game room were very popular and the big main deck was great when the weather warmed up. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, convenient waterfront location with close proximity to town, and very helpful communication with the property host. This property was beautiful overlooking a small lake and the location was ideal! Right at the base of hunter mountain and close to two other mountains as well! Teddy was very helpful, and promptly answered any questions we had about the property! She was a pleasure to work with and we will absolutely be booking this property a few more times this year!

We had our college reunion trip here with 17 adults, 3 kids, and 6 infants. The house was the perfect size! There was a game room for the kids and the bedrooms were perfect for each family. We will definitely be booking this place again for our next trip!

The house was large and met our needs for a multigenerational reunion. We loved the fact the house not only had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces, the size of the dining table was large enough to seat everyone together. The house did have some issues, but the manager was very responsive when we reached out.

We stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. The views of the lake and the mountains from the living space and kitchen are spectacular and so many activities and space for a large group are key highlights of this house. Great places to eat close by and communication with the host was seamless.

I loved this property. It lived up to the pictures. We were able to check in early, which was very kind of the owner. The kitchen was well stocked, but we did not cook. The outdoor deck was wonderful. There was a ton of goose droppings on the lawn, so much so that it was unusable. We could not figure out the hot water, but seriously it was not a big deal. This house was everything I wanted and more. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This house was great! Even better than advertised. We stayed in the summer and had a large group (about 20 guests) for a combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend -- and the house was perfect. Big hang out & eating spaces with the kitchen, living room, and porch. Fun activity spaces with the basement game room, lawn, dock, pond, and jacuzzi. Plenty of sleeping & getting ready spaces with bedrooms and bathrooms on all floors. Nice neighborhood, pretty sunset views, and walkable to town for dinner. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had an incredible time at the house. It was clean and comfortable and accommodated my extended family which ranged from a one year old to a 71 year old. The house had plenty of room for our large group, was well maintained and the property manager responded immediately whenever we reached out. It had everything we needed and the teenagers loved the theater room for movies and gaming. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again in the future.

The house was really big and well-maintained. The view from the backyard was beautiful and there was so much space for our group of 24 people. We enjoyed our stay and Teddy responded to all of our questions quickly and efficiently. The only complaint was that the rooms were set up a little differently than listed here, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Would recommend and stay again!

This waterfront property was perfect for our family trip; 18 people including 7 kids. Great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. House and property were even nicer in person.; very clean and comfortable. We loved how spacious the common areas are (deck, living room, and kitchen). Rec room and hot tub were fantastic as well. Before and during our trip, the property manager Teddy was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to other groups.
