Jim’s Oxford home is perfect for stay with a pet. All the basics were provided in kitchen and bath for our short stay. Jim is a good communicator and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again if traveling with a pet. Thanks Jim!

Our family had a great experience at this home. Owner answered all our questions and concerns in a very timely fashion. The property is pet friendly and our chocolate lab Bo had a great time. There was even a dog toy and tennis ball there for him to play with.

Plenty of space and the 2 bedrooms helped us have our own space when we wanted to relax. House was very clean and plenty of ways to stay entertained while at the house. Definitely wouldn't mind using this place again.

The house was roomy and clean. We lived the extra bathroom for teenage daughter. Nicely stocked with cooking utensils and even had water in the bowl for dog when we arrived.We will stay again next time we visit Oxford.

When we visit Oxford we've always stayed in a hotel. We now have a puppy and looked for other options. This house was perfect. Pet friendly, spacious, affordable, and very close to campus. We're going back in the spring.

My family and my dogs visited Oxford to move my daughter in to her new school. The little house was perfect for all of us. Had all the necessities to cook, basic items, towels, and soap, bed, linens, and a washer and dryer if you wanted it. We loved that it had Apple TV to use and that there was a nice small yard for the dogs. communication and clarification was easy with Jim. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway in O-Town! We saw our son play in the Ole Miss band, went to see Rebels play baseball and basketball! One member of party has severe food allergies so we cooked here & had a great time visiting our son & daughter-in-law. The doggies loved the toys & nice dog bowls. Thanks for a great, easy stay for us all!

Nice little place to stay. I would suggest repairing the holes in the master bathroom wall and updating the bathrooms for the cost. I’m not sure requiring the insurance for renters is a good idea. It seems to be an unnecessary charge when the place already needs some updating. It would have been nice to have an unopened, new coffee creamer to use with the Keurig. Never a comfortable feeling to use something that has been opened already. Overall, not a bad stay. Convenient to Ole Miss but needs some repairs and updating here and there. Owner was easy to contact and replied right away.
