It's a very nice accommodation in a historic building in Fiume.

Everything, the location, the panorama from the room, and historical view is just fantastic. I highly recommend this accommodation. The building itself is part of the Hungarian as well as Central European culture: it served as a temporary accommodation for those who were waiting for their ships to emigrate to the US. Therefore, you can find some original picture on the wall from that period.

Everything was great, I suggest the accomodation for everyone.

A la hora de enviar la foto del pasaporte, hubo una confusión y el email nunca llegó. El propietario no cogía las llamadas y cuando se lo intenté explicar solo me dijo qué buscara la forma de hacerlo , si no, no tendría el código para entrar. Se lo envié por WhatsApp y nunca contestó. Al final se quedó con mi dinero y nunca me devolvió la llamada. No se preocupa por el cliente. En cuanto al piso solo vi qué la zona es fea.

Easy to find, easy solution with the keydrop. It is what you would expect if you stay for a night while traveling. No complaining about the area, we knew what to expect.

The entrance of the house is pretty filthy. The apartment itself has been nicely done but needs a little love and some small repairs. A mosquito net would be nice because we got stung a lot.

The host doesn't pick up my phone calls when we arrived to the accommodation address. He accepts to communicate only via WhatsApp and says we will be given a code to the box with room key only after I take photo my ID and send it to him. I explained him that he's not legally eligible to ask photo copies of IDs but that I'm happy to show my ID to him in person if he would kindly come to the address of the accommodation (I have text messages to prove it). He rejects and sends us away. My colleague doesn't mind to send his ID picture but the host reject it too.

Superb

Very nice appartment, well equipped with all you may need. Everything clean. AC available. Parking at the street through paid. Located in calm area, yet 15 minutes walk from the very center of the city.

Very comfy, we definitely recommend.

I can imagine not everyone likes the neighbourhood, but we found it fitting to our taste. Also great self checkin / checkout system.

One side of the bed was not very comfortable. Also no hairdryer.

Not reccomended if you want to sleep quietly.

Only the bathroom was not too bad. Washing machine. Airco.

The rooms are used by local couples for their intimate night activities. Since the walls are not soundproof, you cannot sleep at all, because of the sounds of the other guests having "fun". Not enough towels were provided. Only one towel for two people. Kitchenette poorly equipped . Bed sheets with holes and stains of sticky liquid. The room is located in an apartment at the last floor of a dilapidated terribly maintained building of 1907. When you enter the building it is very filthy and infested with hundreds of mosquitos and webs in every corner. Impossible to open the windows in the room because of mosquitos. Very hard to get in contact with the owner. He rarely picks up the phone. It took me two days.

Good position, really cheap, even though we haven't used kitchenette it was nice touch.

We didn't have internet needed to send passports so we needed to find a way to do that before we got code.

Perfect check in system. Good room for a short stay, would come back.

Easy and fast check in&out without unnecessary contact. Room had all essentials and was clean, nice decor. Bus station is very near (if needed) but also a walking distance to the center. Parking available in the area.

Bed could be little more comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Shower doors weren't properly attached.

Way to many stairs for luggage, no elevator - floor number 4, not mentioned in discription! We couldn’t carry all of our luggage upstairs..I wouldn’t choose this staying I I knew about the stairs-no elevator situation. The room needs some renovations, the walls were dirty.

The place was okay but the host was miserable and dont advise any one to stay there.

There was no breakfast option to choose. The location was pretty bad - industrial and no shops, supermarkets or restaurants nearby.

The host was arrogant. The WIFI was not working when I arrived there and duly informed them. When I asked again the next morning, there was no response. I just managed to speak to the cleaning lady and got hold of the host. In the end, I have to climb the ladder to restart the router. After all this hastle, the host was mentioning that "I did screw their day due to this WIFI issue" and added "there is a life without WIFI". Its not their place to tell as what is important or relevant for me. I suppose that they should advertise "unreliable WIFI" and if doesnt work, the guest have to fix it by themselves.
