No flexibility on check in times

Easy to park

Shabby and uncared for entrance No flexibility on check in times Suggested we cancel our stay if we couldn’t make check in times knowing full well we could not get a refund Room basic and serviceable

Nice old home. My youngest son had asthma, but thanks to Robyn for putting us into a room that has no carpet. Also, the room had more space for us families of five no air-conditioning, but Robyn gave us the second fans. The owner and her partner are lovely, bathroom, kitchen are clean

Nothing that I didn't like it. Everything looks great anyway

Wish it was better

No air con Tiny tiny rooms Bathroom needs to be renewed Could not find a PowerPoint near a mirror so I could blow dry my hair Sitting room chairs too low for old people to get out of Stayed two nights - bed not made - towels not replaced Heaps of mosquitoes so could not open window for cool night air - no screens Quite an uncomfortable stay

A charming character filled stay

Convenient location and great place with lots of character. I enjoyed the balcony view at night, and the gardens.

Great location but make sure to dress warm

Location was excellent. We walked into town for dinner. Gorgeous grounds and fabulous wrap-around balcony where we sat in the early evening.

Despite being a B&B no breakfast is on offer mid-week. It was very cold. There was a heater in the room and extra blankets were available on request, however hosts do not live on site (we were warm enough in bed overnight). TV and heater were unplugged in living room but we managed to watch a bit of TV before bed rugged up in our snow gear.

Great if Your party takes up 3 or 4 rooms then you share the barhroom with people you know

Our room had paper thin walls and as it was located next to a shared kitchen we were woken each morning at 6 with early risers getting breakfast and loudly washing up.

Spectacular turn of the century guesthouse with an amazing history. Felt very welcome and at home.

Delicious home cooked meal by Robyn and her husband. Great sized servings and super tasty! The location was great with amazing district views from the balcony.

The Holmhurst guest house is very convenient friendly host close to to town & Mt Panorama

Breakfast advertised but not available The host very friendly ( Robyn) & helpful

A breakfast menu would had been more convenient but that didn’t deter our stay

We were just passing through, so was a great place to stay as a stopover.

The location was in a quiet, tranquil location with very nice gardens around it. The view from the balcony was wonderful looking down over the town. we were greeted by the owner and made to feel very welcome and were given the history of the Guest House, which was very interesting. Was a delightful place to stay.

Easy to find the property

*Very uncomfortable bed - the mattress was really bad *Paid cash to stay but no receipt given *Amenities are dated and not very nice - wet floor in the bathroom and no soap to use *I always rate based on if I would stay again and I would not - as there were many events in the town accommodation limited and this was available

OK place for single travellers.

Rooms were decent size, remembering they are 1 bedroom Boarding House style. Layout and access OK. Location OK.

Shared bathroom - but its a Boarding House. Shared kitchen was very dirty - users issue. Relatively very expensive compared to a nice hotel.
