Villa "Spring" is a comfortable, modern house, which was built in 2011.
The area of each of the three apartments in the house is 55 sq. m. The rooms provide air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, LCD TV, DVD. There is also a small fireplace in the apartment, which will give you the evening of romance and tranquility. There is a special separate room for laundry, drying and ironing. You can easily conduct a lunch or dinner on the furnished terrace of 30 sq. m. Next to the villa there is a parking place.
There are 2 sea view apartments on the ground floor, which access a terrace.
The first apartment (3+2) has 2 bedrooms with one double and single beds accordingly. The 26 sq.m. living room/kitchen has a panoramic window, double sofa-bed. The kitchen area consists of cooker, microwave oven, fridge and coffee machine. Shower/toilet/hair dryer.
The second apartment (2+2) 4 * has a double bedroom and a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed. The kitchen area equipped in the same way as the first apartment.
The third apartment (2+1) 4* is on the first floor with its own terrace. This is a cosy place for a small family with one double bedroom. There is a balcony, overlooking the Adriatic sea, which joins the living room and the bedroom. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom with hair-dryer
