Apartamento amplio, limpio y bien situado

El apartamento está idealmente situado al lado del paseo marítimo y la playa. Es moderno y espacioso, y tiene todo lo necesario además de horno y lavadora, lo cual se agradece en estancias de 1 semana completa con niños. La climatización (bomba de calor) funciona bien y calienta la casa enseguida. Cuando fuimos nosotros (invierno) había mucha tranquilidad y se aparca bien, pero imagino que en verano será distinto. La keyholder Ina muy puntual y fácil de contactar.

El apartamento dispone de lavavajillas, pero no hay platos ni cubiertos suficientes para poder usarlo. También nos sorprendió que no quedaba más que un culín de Fairy para poder fregar a mano (tampoco había pastillas de lavavajillas), cuando nuestra fecha de entrada y la siguiente eran festivos e iba a ser complicado comprar en el supermercado. La televisión era una smartTV pero no tenía configurada ninguna plataforma, y tampoco tenía los canales habituales de TV, por lo que no la pudimos usar durante la estancia. El armario de la habitación principal no tiene pomos y es difícil abra las puertas. Todo pegas menores, al menos para nosotros.

Lähellä kaikkea ja kotoinen olo

Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava kuten kotonakin. Löytyi pyykkikone, tiskikone, leivänpaahdin, pieni kahvinkeitin, jää/pakastin, yms. Parvekkeelta oli hyvät näkymät ja siinä oli mukava syödä aamupala ja ottaa illan aikana muutama kylmä juoma. Ympäriltä löytyi monia ravintoloita ja lähikauppa oli noin 200m päässä.

Sängyt olivat vähän kovia nukkua ja toiset sängyt natisivat kovasti kun käännyit pedissä. Ilmastoinnin kanssa oli vähän opiskeltavaa ja asunnon avaimet antava henkilö ei osanut neuvoa kuinka se toimii. Netin tutkimisen avulla löysin ohjeita ilmastoinnin säätöihin. TV oli vain ns. netti-tv eli normaaleja tv-kanavia siinä ei näkynyt, mutta ei me paljoa telkkaria kaivattukaan.

Very unfriendly welcome,the place was clean and good value for money but Torrevieja is to avoid,prices are hight and nothing to do better go Alicante or Murcia .

perfect 10/10

we loved everything about this apartment, it is located in a quiet street literally 1 minutes walk from the beach and is surrounded by a complete range of bars, restaurants, cafes and less than 5 minutes walk from a large well stocked supermarket. The apartment building has an elevator which literally opens at the door of the apartment itself. Inside the apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. in short, this apartment has everything needed for a perfect holiday. Finally, the host Elena was very friendly, and couldn’t have been more helpful from the time of our arrival until we left for the airport. I couldn’t recommend this apartment, the location or Elena more.

There is nothing We didn’t like about this property, the only thing we missed was not having a microwave, though that not a criticism.

,everything was fine,keyholder met us on time as arranged, she did not interfere with us during our stay and the one question we had for her midweek was answered promptly.

This apartment should never be rented out in this condition!!

The Internet was very good and also the smart TV.

The apartment is very cold in wintertime and impossible to warm up more than one room at a time. The bathroom and the kitchen are very cold. The furnitures are very old and was worn even for a long time ago. Also the towels. The electrical system is aged and poor, if you touch the inside of the dishwasher in the same time as you touch the sink, you will have an electrical shock. This is not a place for children! The apartment is not clean, especially the waste box in the kitchen is awfully dirty! The cutlery drawer too. In the bathroom there is an old used soap.

Great for a week as you could put up with limitations of apartment given its location but no longer

Great location - seconds away from the beach/promenade and supermarket and bars/cafes all around.

Apartment was old and rather tired in furnishings. The electrics gave me the heeby-jeebies
