Horror, einfach schrecklich

Alles… Zimmer absolut katastrophal. Kühlschrank total überfüllt!!! Sah er nach Abfallbehältnis aus. Abschreckender Eindruck. Zum Schneiden von Brot, Gemüse, usw. kein Messer. Absolut dürftige Küchenausstattung. Die Deckenhöhe war eher für Menschen bis 1,20 cm geeignet. Im Aufenthaltsraum, der auch Küchenbereich ist, heiß wie in einer Sauna!!! Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator So etwas zu vermieten. ist mir unverständlich. Ich würde meinem Haustier so etwas nicht zumuten wollen. Wifi kostet extra und zwar richtig teuer. Bis 3mb gratis, 1gb kosten ca 10 Euro?!?!? Mit Mobilfunk hat man im Zimmer (Stall) keinen Empfang. Was blieb mir übrig: Die meiste Zeit außerhalb der Unterkunft verbringen und schnellstmöglich 6.00 die Unterkunft verlassen. Nie wieder!!! Noch nie so eine schreckliche Unterkunft erlebt!

Un cadre dépaysant et silencieux.

Le cadre, à l'extérieur de la ville, paysages, La piscine...Le petit-déjeuner en terrasse, l'amabilité du personnel.

L'appellation Welness center était exagérée...A notre arrivée, le restaurant était exceptionnellement fermé. Nous n'avons pas pu nous restaurer sur place. La salle de bains : rideau sale, crochet à la place d'une vraie serrure...

El personal es muy amable y la zona es bonita y tranquila.

Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de cariño porque algunas puertas no cierran bien, los ventiladores de las habitaciones estaban llenos de polvo, el lavavajillas estaba lleno y sucio de los últimos huéspedes, etc.

Unfortunately the property was not as expected, not a wellness retreat, a rip off retreat.

The property is set amongst the Olive trees on a rural property with a pool

The rooms are in the roof of the property with very low ceilings that you can not stand up in. The rooms are small with a locked toilet along way from the room. We did not like this situation. We were made to pay for an upgrade to a downstairs apartment for an extra 77 euro and lost our breakfast valued at 24 euro which made the upgrade extra 101euro total cost 180 euro for one night. The apartment had a mouldy bathroom and fridge, my daughter got locked in the bathroom from no fault of her own, no plug, no dinner plates, no tea towel, no pillow slips just pillow protectors. Very budget apartment, not the 180 euro price tag. I was offered a 37.50 euro refund that never came. The photos on this property's website do not represent the property, there is no beach, paddle boarding, massage, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking anywhere within an hour of this property. The camping looked ok but I definitely do not recommend the rooms for this price tag.

Great site for a short stay

Great site to rest for a day (or two if you're van camping). Has a nice pool to swim/relax, but that's it.

Could have a bit more entertainment or facilities available. Maybe a games room, or tennis court, or anything in that scope. A bed could have more comfortable.

Great place if you travel by car.

Parking on thé premises, a cozy little room with a comfortable bed, well heated on a cold night. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff.

The WiFi stopped working at 22 h and did not come back even the next morning. Maybe it was just a problem on that day?

Very good

The only criticism I had was that there was not enough staff to cater for the people staying there. They were often running between the kitchen and the reception. Sometimes we had to leave the cafeteria because no-one served us.

Nice space for such idea and good investment.

Very small rooms. Less than 8m2 plus you can't even stand straight due to very low ceiling. No air-conditioning. Birds are on the roof from the early morning producing a lot of noise. Even bathroom is very low.. Staff is not particularly committed. We woke up at 7.30h to go to Valencia and Wanted to have breakfast early. However, we have been told that place work from 09.00h and not much can be done?! Due to that, we couldnt started our trip before 9.30h and had to ride motorcycles on 32c. Not very professional approach.

nothing it was hell i didn't like the place room too small very small noting on room just small bed i never go back there never

Disappointing

Bathroom and kitchen were dirt all the time. There is no ventilation in the bathroom which makes it very uncomfortable and smelly, specially during covid. My impression as an architect is that they tried to fit as many rooms they could It the main house, but the results are not good. Bedrooms are small, you cannot even walk properly because you may hit your head in the ceiling. Same problem with the bathroom (besides being dirty). If you are staying with your motor-home it may be better since they have a big property.

The room is small but for one night it’s ok. It’s clean and it has a small window so that’s great. The place it’s super quiet and the air is amazing since there’s no factory around it. The owner and his sister are very friendly and they can also cook amazingly well.

the pool and ice cold air conditioner

air conditioner stays on overnight, rooms are near roof..they ok..but due that it gets too cold they are turned off @8am..when sun is out, it gets hot, I called reception number no answer ... reception office opens 9sm although they work hard, there are @3 or 4 people working the whole complex, I was upset ,cause I was hot, I did go to office a little too mad, I told one of the ladies it was hot,. she was giving me alot of explainacions ... and I mencioned to her that I did it myself ...that bathroom had not been cleaned ..the night before...again excuses... I did use wrong choice of words .. (it had accumulated..from arrival day and days before...answering phones ..they are so busy ,same staff ,does maintenance,cook,answer phones ,emails run the little grocery store ..do laundry...( and I told them I understand u are short staffed) also they offer shuttle....( they just call a taxi) expect to pay 20-50 euros to go to most places) horse back riding not on site ,scuba diving is very far . .going back to my upset reaction on air conditioner and cleaness I finally said "look I'm gonna tell you like we cubans say " Agan..lo que Les de la ganas) means ..do whatever you want.. I apologized to her and manager) admisistrator ... I came back later to get a medium towel Ruben picked up the towel that was dirty...and have me a look then he started scolding me , for my personal reactions ,after a heated debate, no yelling I apologized to him but along the conversation... he said you threatening to put bad remarks on booking com then he goes your behavior here is bad,he's RUBEN accuses me 3 things 1- talking to office lady 2- that I was playing loud music @ the pool...it was in the afternoon..@ 2-6 pm don't recall the time 1 I played salsa everybody there was Latin its a very small Bluetooth speaker. then I played much lower Julio Iglesias romantic music ( since most are from Spain like Julio Iglesias ...) .

Exceptional

The area was remote but near enough to carthage to be just a short drive to center. Staff is super freindly and helpful with good english of needed. There is a small local goods market selling eggs veggies and other foodstuffs. Enough to make a simple meal. They are making improve.ents and expanding but tuere is no obtrusive construction camping pitches looked nice.

It didnt bother me, but if youre a tall peraon the ceilings in the rooms will be low for you.
