We had such an amazing stay here. The Hawaiian themed house was so beautifully put together and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen is always welcome too. The location is to die for. A quick 5 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Great stretch of coastline. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Nice location for our family visiting Aptos for a wedding. The accomodations were very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen with the large dining table was nice for preparing family meals.

This home is located just a short walk away from the beach. It is very spacious with a nice living room, patio and a large master bedroom. The home was great for 6 of us ranging in age from 13-76. The only odd thing is there is no bathroom door on the Master bath and no kleenex... not a a big deal but something to know.

Perfect vacation home for a family! The beach and park area with playground equipment is within easy walking distance! Quiet, Beautiful neighborhood and we even saw deer right in front of the house!! House is fully equipped with nice amenities! Would happily stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. The house was has a well equipped kitchen, lots of seating area for great conversation, and a beautiful dining table for many to sit around. Being close to the park and beach makes it nice to be outdoors.

Proximity to walks, swimming and fun on the beach was a wonderful addition to our ucsc graduation festivities. Charades in the spacious great room and meals plus games on the big dining room table made for fun family time

The location was a little challenge to find but thanks to navigation systems we finally found the place. Nice and quiet setting, Touchkey pad entrance was wonderful until we accidentally got locked out but a quick call to the management company and we resolved the issue. Very spacious place and the dining table was marvelous! Kitchen was great, bedrooms comfy. One of the bedrooms needs a dresser to put cloths as it had none. The step to the living room is deeper than standard steps and so is the bottom step of the front entrance. Once you know it, you are ok but it could be an unhappy surprise if you are not watching. Overall, we really liked the place and it is just up from the ocean,

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway, clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, with a short walk down a pathway to the beach and a park with a play structure. The house is about 5 minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

This was the second time staying at this property. Great location. Quiet street, close to beach access. Usually we’re out site seeing this time we just really enjoyed the house. Spacious home, well stocked kitchen. Nice patio.

Good place for families

Convenient to a good beach with additional benefit of a nice park on the way. House well supplied (but only one dish towel), communication with management excellent, but living room carpet in serious need of cleaning. The carpet is so dirty that all of our feet were black from walking in that room. Management overall excellent - we will try to book through them in the future.

Was an amazing experience! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with cooking supplies. Just minutes from the beach. A lovely quiet neighborhood and an awesome selection beach supplies in the garage. Definitely made our stay welcomed. Hope to book it again in the future.

Great place for family and kids & the location was great! If you have an elderly parent with you as we did, the stairs were a bit of an obstacle. I wouldn’t recommend this property for the elderly or handicap. We just helped my mom up and down the stairs and we were able to completely enjoy our stay. The home had everything you need to be comfortable & plenty of parking.

This property is set on a very private street and is within walking distance to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There were five adults and we had plenty of room for even more guests. The wagon in the garage does not work well across the sand. We found that it was easier to just carry what we needed. Our only negative comment is that we had to travel 15 minutes out of our way to pick up a key and then to drop it off when we left. Otherwise, we would definitely come back again,

Stayed with some old school friends to attend one of our friend's son's wedding. The spacious conjoined living and dining area was very comfortable and a great place to talk and catch up. Place appeared and smelled clean and individual sets of laundered towels in plastic bags were on the beds. Decorations were reminiscent of the 80's and some the furniture/furnishings were dated. However, there was a new range which we never used. Communication from the management company was good. They emailed and called me after I paid a couple of months before our stay and prior to our arrival to confirm our stay and provide instructions.

For a cozy beach house only five minute walk from the beach. This house is perfect! The private beach was very clean it was also not very heavily populated. The house itself was more than spacious and felt very easy to feel relaxed it. The only downside however, was on the morning we left. As we were having breakfast trying to get ready to depart a plumbing company showed up and started cutting concrete and running jackhammers in between 830 and nine in the morning directly in our driveway. As much as I can appreciate things needing to Taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have received a notice from the property management company about those kinds of things going on. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming out again.

Property very dated. Circuits popped with only 2 hair dryers. Leaks in the master shower. Other than master the bedrooms were very small. There was only one TV. Sheets on queen bed were the wrong size. Ceiling fans were needed in all bedrooms.

Great house!!! We loved it! Just FYI, the trek to the beach can be tough, it gets very steep but still worth the walk! House has everything you need, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, great seating in the living room, huge dining table will fit a large group! 20 minutes to the Boardwalk and Door dash delivers out there.
