Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location!

Very minor, but Wifi details weren’t available in the room when we checked in at night, so had to wait till the morning to talk to someone on staff.

The apartment had everything we needed and in the garden, there are lots of iguanas and birds. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

Very comfortable, safe, fab quiet lush gardens with pool and lounge space, comfortable bed!

The hotel contacted me beforehand after I made a last minute booking, to tell me they maybe would be able to accommodate an early check in and that I would have access to the pool and parking from noon. I had not asked for any of this but loved the pro-activeness and it made me change my schedule and have a much more relaxed day.

I was very pleasantly surprised by everything an all. For this price I have no other suggestion then for the place to try and keep up this standard. It was great.

It was close to the beach and right next to the center of Jacó, but in a nice and quiet setting. The rooms were very nice and I liked the little kitchen it had. Pool (and a pool table too) are a plus.

We happened to arrive late and we didn’t know if there was anyone at the reception until someone came out. It wasn’t apparent there was anyone at reception because all of the lights were off and the doors were closed.

Very nice, however 12 days is a little bit too much

Self-catering apartments, kitchen, fridge etc. Very nice garden and swimming pool (a lot of friendly iguanas :-). Friendly staff. Hotel located near to beach (100 m) and city center, very quiet and peaceful

Lighting in the room - not good for reading, only Spain TV. Basically only Spanish speaking staff. Rain in dry season :-)

Superb

A perfect small diamond in Jaco city for valuable money. The location between sea and the crowded city street in its own garden full of life. 5 min to the beach, 5 min to the city. But you live in your own burble.

Good value for money

The location was very good, close to the shops and to the beach. The value for money was also good. The rooms were nice and clean. It seems that the hotel was recently renovated.

There was no place to put the soap in the shower. The rooms had nice big windows but no window screens.

The garden and swimming pool are very well taken care of. The place is very nice and secure.

They don't clean the room during your stay although on booking it states that it is included. They will only change the bedlinen and towels when you ask them too, which is good; but they do not even bother in checking if you need toilet paper or a clean up in the room in the meantime. The kitchenware was dirty. Except for the gardeners and security staff, the other staff we dealt with were not particularly friendly. They also charged us 20$ for the laundry service, which compared to other accommodations in Costa Rica, was extremely overpriced.

Simultaneously beautiful place and yet a little sketchy and disappointing

Good location, very close to the beach Beautiful garden Nice pool and outdoor shower Good kitchen Excellent water pressure Good security and gate Surf rental and lessons close by

Bad lighting in rooms. Just glaring cool temperature overhead lights with no side table lamps. They were doing roof maintenance on our room when we arrived which was loud and distracting. Seemed odd that they gave us a room that needed maintenance since there were only two other guests at the hotel. Could have given us a different spot. Flimsy plastic table/chairs in room No little shampoos or conditioner Had to ask where the second bed was, (it is a concealed pullout) and for another blanket for that second bed. They also only gave us only one beach towel for two people. The room did not seem properly prepared for two guests. Our room was adjacent to a slightly sketchy feeling ally way. The rates had dropped significantly since we booked and I felt like they could have given us a lower rate when we arrived but they chose to keep the more expensive original price.

nice place.

good location. clean nice room. everything worked as expected.

somehow I ended up paying more than quoted by Booking.com. I guess booking quoted in dollars, but they insisted on charging in CRC and converting to dollars with their rate. So I ended up paying more.
