About this house rental

This is a relatively new house closed on Dec 30, 2017. Total 5 bedrooms accommodate 14 people without using the sofa and mattress. It’s only about 1.2 miles to Grand Park. We have purchased high-quality appliances, furniture, and bedding linens for this house. This is the best modern home for your stay!!!

- Five Bedrooms in total, and two of them with an individual bathroom.
- 3.5 bathrooms in total. The Master bedroom bathroom has a tub.
-Soaps, Towels, shampoo, Conditioners, and 3 hairdryers provided.
-Bedding linens provided. Covers, blankets for different seasons.
-Laundry room located on the second floor with brand new wash machine and dryer.
-Two stories living room with 75 inches smart TV.
-Wifi throughout the whole house.
-Kitchen with two ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves, and stove.
- All different sizes of pans you need. Toaster, coffee machine, slow cooker, high-pressure cooker, and silverware provided.
-Weber grill with an outside stove on the back patio.
-3 car garage.

This VRBO feels like our home away from home! We are a group of event providers that often run events at a nearby location and stay at Qing's property every time we come to Westfield. She makes check in and all communication very easy, the property is always clean and welcoming and has enough space for our large group of adults. Highly recommended!

Our group operates 4 different events at Grand Park every year, for the last several years we have returned to this home during our events because of it's convenience to grand park, because of the cleanliness of the home, and because of Qing the property manager who is always so great and easy to work with. This place is starting to feel like our home away from home and we highly reccommend!

My family and I were super happy to find this property pretty last minute. The huge living area/kitchen was a perfect gathering spot for all of us to hang out and catch up. You can tell lot of thought was put into this home, from the layout to the decor. This truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

My family & I were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect! We were able to fit my family of five, my brother's family of four, and our parents with room to spare. It had a good amount of casual "hang out" space and everything was easy to maneuver. Our flight out of town ended up being delayed and with small children it's hard to find something to do. We were allowed to delay checkout for two hours, for which we were very grateful. We would certainly stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Westfield. It was a great place for family time. We hung out around the big island and lounged on the comfy sectional. The roominess allowed us to all dress for our son's wedding with ease. The host was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive whenever I texted her with a question.

My husband and son stayed at property with another father/son for a tournament at Grand Psrk. They said the propert was fabulous, exceeded expectations. When they locked themselves out one day they were able to get issue resolved within minutes over the phone. Owner is very prompt in responding to questions. They had zero complaints whatsoever. Excellent.

Beautiful and spacious home! It was perfect for our needs (and a huge plus of hot water after 5 showers!). A group of high schoolers traveling from Kansas made this their home away from home as we attended National FFA Convention. Home cooked meals, music jam sessions, trick or treating, and many more memories were made in the home. Grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home!

This lovely, spacious, clean, new, well-appointed residence offers a peaceful location from which to visit Indianapolis events and attractions. It is a perfect location for a group or family to stay who want to reside in the same place, without getting in one another's way. Short, easy access to all major highways. Mini-golf, just down the road is also nice. This beautiful home is very spacious, with plenty of areas to engage in individual or group activities simultaneously. Excellent communication with the owner and electronic connectivity within the space. enhanced the ease of our group to have a worry-free, fabulous time in the Indy area.

We had a great stay at this new home in a lovely neighborhood near Grand Park. It was roomy, extremely clean, and just as pictured and described. We made dinner one of our evenings and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The family room space was perfect for our large family. We rented for the Indy 500 weekend and even though the location is north in Westfield, it was convenient for travel. Thank you!

Check-in was easy going. We had an email prior to check-in with all of the necessary codes and instructions for the house. When we walked in the house was beautifully decorated. The dining room is right at the entrance, half bathroom to proceed and then the kitchen and living room together. The open floor plan was what we needed considering we were a large party. We were in from Chicago for a Chicago Fire youth soccer tournament down the street from the house which was convenient. The time in the house was very nice and nothing really to dislike until it was time to check-out. Before departing we did a run-though and made sure all beds were made, bathrooms were cleaned up, kitchen was back in order including washing the linen we'd used for cooking and cleaning. We did this with the intention of receiving our deposit back IN FULL. The following morning we received an email with a nit picking list and pictures of issues the homeowner had. She began to list scratches on the stools, scratches on old and used pots and pans, water marks on the walls she claimed came from a ball (imaginary ball) that splashed liquid onto the walls, floor crack (which we didn't wear shoes in the house) which she claimed was made by dropping something heavy, and scratches on a cabinet or drawer which looked to us like scratches from a cat (NO ONE HAS A CAT). Home owner said she'd keep Half of our deposit so she could make a profit. If walking away from a weekend rental was going to cause the owner to want it back the original state in which the house was in when she first purchased it she shouldn't have rented it. She should know the difference between wear/tear, used/new, her two children bouncing balls/no balls being bounced. The children in the house during our time of rental are very well raised and know shoes aren't to be worn in the home and imaginary balls are not to be bounced in a house. The fact that we were there for a soccer tournament doesn't imply we were playing soccer in the house. In closing DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE because they want you to make cosmetic repairs to the house on YOUR DIME before handing over the keys to the house at the end of the your rental stay.
