Good location, balcony overlooks pool and the Sphere, which is fun to watch. Unit is showing wear and tear. We were left with only a couple of tissues, lightbulb in lamp next to bed was burned out, there wasn't a full set of sheets for the pull out couch. Unit was clean otherwise and the building was nice.

This is a very, very nice unit, great view, and the property is very elegant. I would highly recommend this property. Owner and staff are very efficient. And the perfect location,you never got outside to get into the MGM casino & facility. Have stayed in the facility several times in the past several years, and everything is super close and convenient, a Cafe, Starbucks, Kiosk, everything is pretty much right there. We will be coming back to this unit and host regularly. John

Upon check in the unit smelled like marijuana in a smoke-free hotel. The unit had blood stains on the pillow cases the carpet had black stains. The furniture was stained and scratched. I had to put down sheets on the couch not to get my clothes dirty. Needs to be updated.

Love the location and area. Giving 4 stars because the room did not have great amenities. There was a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and one small cheap bar of soap to share between the two of us for 3 days/2nights. No soap for the bathroom so we had to use the one bar of shower soap. There was a charge and process if we wanted more brought to us. Pictures showed plenty of soap etc. otherwise we would have packed some. There was also weird noises in the room that were annoying at night, one was a weird wind howling coming from behind the mini fridge and another was a tapping noise that would come and go. The tub had a gross film that came out when we used the jets, not sure if that’s normal. Pictures also showed bath robes, there weren’t any in the room. Pillows were cheap and flimsy. Besides that everything else was great.

Place is great great value but a far walk. I’ve stayed before at this property but it’s better to be closer to the strip. Also it’s not as safe as it was walking the block to get to the strip.

Hotel and Signature Tower staff were amazing! We had a few minor issues and they were VERY quick to resolve them! No fault of the property owner at all! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the place was great too! I would come back for the Customer Service for sure!

Favorite place I've stayed in Vegas so far. Loved that there was a hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge in the room. It was nice being a short walk to the strip and not having to walk through the smoke filled casinos to get to and from my room. Will book again in the future for sure. PSA - be sure to tell Uber you're in tower 3 because it does not default to the actual tower you're in.

The Signature towers connect to MGM with a longish walk through skywalks. When you enter MGM you are close to the monorail station. The Signature is clean, great valet, and wasn’t ever crowded. The suite is starting to show its age, but was clean and had everything you need. A balcony is rare and Vegas and had a decent view. I would stay here again.

Clean and close to strip. Easy to get to convention center. Owners were responsive the safe was locked and he got someone there quickly. Only con is the noise from the hallway there need to be a strip at the bottom of the door. Over all we had a nice stay.

I had an excellent first experience in Vegas at this property. Stayed several days for CES and had easy access to MGM's shuttle to the conference as well as all of the entertainment and nightlife offered on the strip. Nice and close to the airport, as well as Fremont Street and Area15 (both of which I HIGHLY recommend checking out while you're in town). The room is beautiful with a very nice view, and the jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after several physically demanding days of being on my feet.

We had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday. The room was clean and had great views. Convenient access to MGM grands and the strip. We were able to walk to everything including the Elton John concert at Allegiant stadium. Thanks Vimal.
