Highlights of the house are the south facing forest view and the private heated pool. The 700 sqm plot adjoins the edge of the forest and is located on a quiet road.
The next city to the south is le Cap-Ferret, 30km away and the pine forest in between invites you to take long walks and bike rides.
With 40 sqm, the covered terrace provides you with plenty of shade at any time to eat outside and enjoy the outdoors every day.
The 105 sqm house has 4 bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom with shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room and a kitchen. One bedroom has a gallery with two single beds up to 1.5 meters high, which is particularly popular with children.
The small but well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave with oven function, Nespresso machine, toaster and juicer.
The living room has a table for 8 people.
There are also a plancha with gas, fiber optic Internet, a smart TV 32' and a Sonos system for music and radio.
Le Baganais is a quiet residential area with permanent residents, holiday and weekend cottages. Upon request, bicycles and baby equipment can be organized and delivered to you.
With the South Beach, the Atlantic Ocean according to Google maps in 9 minutes on well-developed bike paths. A large equestrian center is within walking distance. Very close: golf course, wellness center and tennis. All water sports such as water skiing, kiting, motor boating, sailing, windsurfing and SUP can be practiced on Lake Lac de Lacanau, 5km away.
The prices are incl. bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning, as well as weekly pool cleaning. A professional agency takes over the keys and is there for you during your stay. Upon request, bicycles can be organized and delivered for you.
