Amazing location and staff - very helpful/friendly and perfectly located for our trip
Thank you and we hope to be back!
3.5
The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, and great shower. A 15-minute walk to the nearest tube station made exploring the city convenient. A bonus was the basic breakfast provided, including cereal, milk, and yogurt, along with complimentary bottled water in the room. The added convenience of having a pub below serving delicious food was a highlight, making our overall experience thoroughly enjoyable.
Stains on the carpet and peeling ceiling paint were noticeable issues that affected the overall aesthetics of an otherwise nicely decorated room.
4.5
Very nicely decorated, modern and comfortable room, with excellent bathroom facilities. The bed was comfy, temperature control easy to use, and the coffee maker was a real bonus. Check in and out were easy and the staff were very helpful. We had a room on the second floor and, considering this was above a pub, it was remarkably quiet all night. We ate in the restaurant on Saturday night and the food was really good too. A great find!
There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfy bed, lovely room, friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast -packets left in room. Yoghurts on a fridge nearby. Little choice and bit of a phaff

Excellent bed and shower, super comfortable, lovely breakfast left in the room, good pub food downstairs, usb charging ports. Would stay again!

4.0
Bed was very comfortable and luxurious even, rain shower, good cosmetics, espresso machine available in room, clean room, friendly staff.
Room (cozy) was TINY - no place for single storage. Noise level is so-so, especially from internal. It's basically a pub with few rooms on upper stairs. No breakfast as such, but milk / yogurt / musli available for free. Still would love to have a proper breakfast.. At check out, just key drop into the box, no one to speak with..

Absolutely lovely room, clean & comfortable. The staff were so friendly, polite & helpful. Food was so tasty & fresh.
Absolutely nothing, it was a great stay at a wonderful pub/inn.

The rooms were clean and the small complementary breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly.
The carped was covered in stains which made the room look rather dirty, even though it was clean. The windows did not open, so constantly had the air on running. Minus points only for the atmosphere.

I booked this property at short notice due to a crisis situation I had in London.
Three hours later when I was driving to the property they called to cancel.
The person that called was pleasant but I found myself in an even more stressful situation as it was 8pm and I was stranded looking for somewhere else to stay.

Short walk from the Hammersmith tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. A simple but nice complimentary selection of breakfast items - yoghurt, cereal, muffins, cookies, fresh cold milk, coffee and tea - was available in the room or in the communal fridge, which is definitely a plus! As to the pub, we had dinner there once and the food was great. I have two criticisms, neither of which interfered with my overall positive impression: there are a number of stains on the carpet (a tiled floor would look tidier and be easier to clean as well); the room number 1 is quite noisy as it is located next to the staircase which leads to all the other rooms, so you can hear people coming in throughout the night.
5.0
Very good situation just by Hammersmith bridge, a comfortable room and excellent dinner.
3.5
The hotel was convenient for my appointment the next day.
There was a strong smell of sour milk in the pub area downstairs where I had a drink and something to eat.
4.5
The food was lovely. The garden space was just what you need on a nice sunny day.
The bed was sooooo comfortable. The Pillows were firm but soft.... I had an amazing sleep.
The personal touches, complimentary also... fresh milk, Yogurt, muffins and good quality coffee available... many thanks for the personal touch.
The rooms seemed deceivingly big on the photos, in reality the room I stayed in had more of a cozy aspect to it.
Some paint in the bathroom was peeling off, the corner of the shower try fell off when I brushed past it. This did not affect the experience but it's worth addressing

Extremely polite and helpful staff, great pub in a great setting, nice food, good friendly atmosphere.
Could do with little trays or pots or something to accompany the tea making facilities but that is nitpicking overall a great stay
3.5
clean and comfy bed
bit of a walk from the tube station and because the bridge is closed made public transport a bit difficult. breakfast poor would be better if you could have a cooked breakfast in the pub

Location was excellent with free street parking right outside
Was a little pricey but probably par for the course for London.

Great location, comfy beds, close to the Apollo!
Rooms are a little in need of a lick of paint.

The hotel is in a superb location for events at the Eventim Apollo, or for getting to Hammersmith Tube station to travel to other parts of London. Check-in and check-out were really smooth, and the staff were absolutely lovely.
The room was a good size for 2 of us, and very comfortable. The shower temperature and pressure were excellent, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and fluffy big towels. The Nespresso machine was greatly appreciated in the morning. Overall, it was excellent value for money, especially for the location.
The pub isn't open for breakfast in the morning, but cereals and muffins are provided (those muffins were sooooo chocolatey! Yum!). We ate dinner in the pub and it was delicious and well-priced for London. My vegan friend declared that the pasta was exceptional.
The hotel is located on a main road. Hammersmith Bridge was closed to vehicle traffic while we were there, so we're not sure what the road noise would normally be like, but the room seemed to have good sound-proofing.
The fridge with milk for cereal or tea/coffee is fine for rooms on the lower floor, but as we were staying at the far end of the upper floor it was more inconvenient, especially in the morning. Some UHT pots in those rooms to give guests the option to have a tea/coffee without needing to go down a flight of stairs and 2 corridors would be good.
The only fire escape was the side entrance on the ground floor - right the way down all of the corridors and then down two flights of narrow stairs. The windows in the room cannot be opened. This didn't feel very safe, and would have made us very uncomfortable if we had been staying several nights.

comfy bed. great location. nice shower.
toilet didn’t flush every time. dusty vent over the head of the bed. door was difficult to lock
