No thing the hotel is good but villa numbers 40004 ( platinum) south is very very bad Wifi is very bad All remote for tv not working Any room service will take more than 4 hrs Jacuzzi down and up not working And order from room service if come maybe take 4 hrs All what is say i have proof Also have all conversations with receptionist

huge space, fair price!

Ms.Rachida was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. she made our stay feel better than a 5 star hotel! the unit was very nice too!

great location. very poor presentation. this should not be advertised as luxury. it is not 5 star.

well located. the penthouse is extremely rundown. our group were all disappointed at the condition of the penthouse.

it’s tired and dirty. poorly maintained lack of basics like cutlery , ice trays , coffee pods. I thought this was a five star hotel. the room quality was barely 3 star.

View is incredible beyond any comparison, well cleaned and maintained. Rafeeq the person in charge made sure our stay was comfortable/ daily housekeeping in time we wished and late check out!

The location and the view.

Even though we did the check in late we still got the property and it was dirty and messy since they had till 4pm to prepare and we called them again to send someone to clean. The stuff behavior they were rude with us, the security was searching in our luggages in the middle of the corridor and the valet guy who forgot about my luggage in the car for 1 hour while i called the reception several times to check and they are not answering.

It’s on the residential side, less than I expected

The view, pool, the manager yahia politeness , the decor and the facilities

It’s a penthouse??, No. it should be called serviced apartments. Because the service is very slow , one hour to 1:30 hours to receive any thing in room dining. The cleaning is offered once daily and must be arranged. There is no phone!!! To order You use your phone to order food and anything!! There is over 10 BOSE SPEAKERS, really are stunning if they all work !!! Sadly only three worked. The entrance and getting the keys was difficult at the start due to huge place and it’s being privately rented. The view is stunning. However, service and in room dining for a penthouse is not acceptable. If only a private butler or a dedicated person available , this would be the best ever spot in Dubai... Hope my comments are resolved for future stays,,

Staff were very mean Very crowded and the staff didn’t give attention Plus I booked a suite and they located me on first floor facing the taxi rack stand I couldn’t even sit in my own suite balcony

Could use a bit more ammenities like tissue boxes, cotton slippers, dental kit, toaster, etc.
