Lovely weekend

Some areas a little tired, the decking needs an overhaul but overall a beautiful house , would definitely recommend n cater for everything you could ever need.

We had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus!!

All of the ocean views, and it was very clean. Nice kitchen and we loved having the washer and dryer

The top floor shows leaked, so we couldn’t use it which was a problem since there were 7 of us

Exceptional

Internally it was amazing very comfortable and spacious bathrooms were fabulous it was also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need

Externally it was quite shabby needs a bit of a facelift and windows desperate to be cleaned although can appreciate what a task it must be.

Location fantastic. Washer, dryer and iron brilliant. Overall the house is decent

The house is showing many signs of a lack of maintenance. We counted so many little jobs that need doing that have previously been reported, some over a number of years. Its obvious the owners pay little attention to what people are telling them. I wouldnt put up with a leaking shower, threadbear carpets, flaking plaster/paint, dirty windows etc in my own home so I feel a little disappointed that we experienced this when paying around 1800 for a weeks stay. Also it's nice to have condiments in the cupboard but when some bottles are over 2 years out of date it doesn't give you much confidence in the cleaning of the property. The windows on the top floor really need safety locks on, we have a 2 year old that does what most 2 year olds do and any handle within reach is something she will grab, there is around a 40 foot drop out of the windows and this really needs addressing. Overall we counted around 50 issues that if tackled when first reported by previous guests would be easily solved but now its at the stage where it could do with a fair bit of money spending on

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Explored Scarborough and surrounding area.

Location was very good. Easy to walk to South and North Bays. The property was spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen.

The initial impression of the property is not so good (building needs painting) but once inside everything is fine. The outside decking area is spacious but could do with a tidy up.

Lovely big property suitable for big family group

Top floor shower leaked, causing water to pour onto stairs. This has been reported many times via feedback as far back as 2018!! Top floor double bed mattress needs replacing as springs could be felt

The location was fantastic,within walking distance of all amenities Very clean,spacious and comfortable

Great parking if you only have 1 car,otherwise tricky parking,scratch cards are available,but the parking spaces are few and far between (we did stay over the weekend,so was very busy) The outside light on the decking didn’t seem to work,we did use our phone lights while sat out

Good holiday property

The property was well equipped, there were plenty of kitchen items. The main bathroom is great and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge

The shower on the top floor was dripping to the floor below, so we couldn’t use it, and the shower on the ground floor is not great. The small lounge on the very top floor had an uncomfortable sofa, that appeared to be broken, so we did not use it.

Great family seaside holiday

Location and the inside of the house. Great for families and friends. Beautiful master room and bathrooms. Living room is superb with stunning views out to sea. Quiet location (except seagulls) yet short walk to seafront, play areas, football court and bars of neighbouring hotels which except non residents. Highly recommend Dexters on north bay for water activities, instructors and hiring wet suits for kids club £12.

We had a lovely family holiday.

Great location and lovely house. We especially liked breakfast on the decking and the lovely views from the main sitting room.

So many stairs! However it was good exercise.

Gorgeous comfortable holiday home in excellent location

Really lovely holiday home in an excellent location. The rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. We would definitely stay again and had everything we needed for our two night stay. One of the bathrooms and the double bedrooms were particularly gorgeous. We received good instructions by email from the owners before our stay.

Nothing except windows could do with cleaning at the front of the property as It has lovely sea views and spoilt this a little.

Fantastic Holiday

Great views, great facilities, each room was so well kept, plenty of cutlery/glasses, etc in the kitchen. Great swivel chair in the lounge! Overall, everything was brilliant, we had a wonderful stay
