볼로냐의 랜드마크에서 매우 가까운 좋은 숙소

볼료냐의 중요 명소에서 가까워서 다니기에 매우 좋았습니다. 집을 찾아가는 방법을 동영상으로 잘 알려주셔서 문제없이 체크인 했습니다.

전원 꽂는 부분이 충분하지 않아 준비해 간 연결선을 사용했습니다. 그래서 거실 바닥이 어지러워졌지만 견딜만 했습니다. 10월 여행이고 비도 자주 오는데 이불이 좀 얇았습니다

Great stay

The location is central. The tourist attractions are in walking distance. Lots of bus stops are close to the apartment, even the airport bus. Very good communication with Giovanni. He is a very caring host. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable.

Lovely apartment with everything you need

Excellent location! Really close to the centre and close to lots of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The 949 bus goes straight from the airport to Piazza Malpighi, which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Giovanni was waiting for me when I arrived and he was very helpful. The apartment feels safe and secure. There is everything you need for a short stay and I enjoyed my time there. Shower is good once you give it a minute to heat up and the air-conditioning is fantastic after being out in the sun all day!

I can't think of anything I didn't like! Unfortunately, there was construction work going on whilst I was there, both downstairs at ground level and in an apartment one floor down. This woke me early both mornings so it wasn't particularly peaceful but that wasn't the host's fault.

Great place, lovely host.

Giovanni is a great host, very kind and helpful, always ready to answer all questions. We loved his "book of tips". Apartament is very cosy and fully equipped. We highly reccomend this place - it's perfect for short and long stays.

Very nice small apartment just outside the historical center but only 10 minutes away from the Two Towers.

The flat was very nice and had everything that we needed - including small kitchenette, air conditioning, strong Wifi and a cosy balcony. There is a supermarket nearby and numerous cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Our host Giovanni was very welcoming, very easy to communicate with.

Clean, peaceful, and centrally located to historic centre

The apartment is in a quiet complex on the third floor and a short walk (10/15 mins) both to the train station and the historic centre, which is what we wanted. There are two supermarkets close by. There’s also an incredible food market 2 minutes walk away where we bought cheese, fresh pasta, fresh fish, and salami, as well as fruit and vegetables. This was perfect for us as we wanted to make our own breakfasts and lunches using fresh local produce. The apartment is clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Our host was friendly and helpful and we’d definitely stay here again!

comfortable Apt in Bologna.

well, it was an apartment instead of a hotel room. the room was big and luxurious. There was a laundry washing machine on sight. as well as a kitchen including a full size refrigerator, full gas stove, lots of space and Windows. A nice change from hotel, gave me a chance what it like to live there.

well, like I said not a hotel so you got to arrange to meet a certain person at a certain time, as opposed to the common hotel desk check in. slightly shady location-.not too bad. Not much in the immediate area, you gotta walk a ways to get to the main area of restaurants and so forth.

Very nice stay, very good location

Good location and easy to reach. Very close to the city centre, and within walking distance from the station. The apartment is compact but has everything you need and a nice balcony too. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Other apartments are rented out too and the halls are quite noisy, so if they are not told to be quiet, it is not so nice.

Awesome location! The owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of useful tips and the check in was very easy :) Awesome

Giovanni was pleasant and warm. He was very helpful and kind. He had prepare a list of the monuments and restaurants of the city in order to help us. The room was clean, tide and beautiful. The location was perfect too.

It was a perfect stay and the only issue we had was that there were insufficient power points around the kitchen workspace which meant the appliance usage had to be juggled a bit.Not a major issue Giovanni offered bag storage and a drive to the airport as well.Almost a package holiday service.

Great location, clean and very comfortable.

A fantastically located apartment - more like a studio really with one large room, shower room and small balcony. Absolutely fine for two people. Very clean and neatly presented, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The washing machine was very useful after a couple of weeks backpacking! The owner was quick to respond to a couple of messages we sent, and was very flexible with our check-in time. Bologna is a beautiful city, and it’s very easy to walk to the historical old town from the apartment.

The apartment was at the back of a rather dimly lit building, and the corridors/stairwells felt a bit dark and lonely. The area seemed perfectly safe though, and quite lively at night.

Delighted with my stay despite the heat

I liked the friendly welcome, the great air conditioning, the cheerful decor, the clean, well organized space, the great shower, the comfortable bed, and the great location in the old part of Bologna. The owner was exceptionally good with communications. Whenever I asked a question I got an immediate answer. I highly recommend this studio apartment and would be delighted to stay here again. Bologna is a beautiful and interesting city.

I couldn't find dishwashing liquid or a sponge to clean the kitchen counter. Maybe they were there and I simply didn't recognize them because of the unfamiliar brands

Would recommend this property to all my friends when visiting Bologna.

The location is central- just 5 minute walk from the main city attractions. The apartment is looking to the inner yard is very quiet. The terrace is big and one can drink his morning coffee and has his breakfast or drink his beer. The owner is very communicative and speaks perfect English. The neighborhood is safe and we walked every evening to the near bars to have some drinks. The weather was very hot in Bologna this July but the air condition was very strong and quiet at the same time and the temperature in the apartment was perfect.

Great location in the city centre.

Great location. Giovanni met us and allowed us to check in early. He also gave us a late check out which was much appreciated. Apartment is small but was fine for us. Recommended.
