A comfortable place to stay. Wish we had spent more time at the house.

House that can accommodate 5 families and the location.

1. The accommodation was big enough but the facilities ie kitchen utensils was not enough for big families. 2. Issues with faults in the house which I sent photos to Craig.

Excellent property and host, perfect for days out at the theme parks and Windsor.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped with essentials needed for the stay - towels, hairdryers, kitchen utensils, hand soap. Craig was an excellent host and answered any queries or questions we had immediately. The location was convenient for Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland and Thorpe park, all within 30 mins drive, and just minutes away from Windsor itself. The garden was huge and secure so the little one was able to run around and play outside. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. There was also free parking for 2 cars on the driveway right outside the house. I would 100% recommend this property.

The only thing we felt was missing was a dishwasher but this wasn't a big deal, washing up products were provided.

Please read before booking

The location and beds comfy. The aesthetics of the room(furniture) and colour scheme was nice.

Overall cleanliness was a poor standard. To the home managers credit he did offer to get the cleaners again however should have been done previously. Due to an attempted break in while we were away at the cinema. We also called the police but despite this and feeling unsafe there was no cooperation or consideration to the safety of the family. we were accused of the breakage and as a result lost the security deposit. Photos are not of rooms but of evidence took at start of booking.

Thi was an excellent location with plenty of space for our group.

The keys were easy to access. We had an enjoyable stay, there was plenty of space for us.

We didn't use the TV but one of the remote controls had no batteries.

Shocking property

Nothing

The property was in poor condition and the facilities where shocking. I have never stayed in a property that has insects flying and moths flying around. I found multiple spiders crawling around and also the toilet seat was not secure. The carpet on the stairs was ripped as well. I am someone that has multiple allergies and the cleanliness was not good at all. There is a lot of work to be done with this property. I really hope it is in good condition for when there is another booking.

Bedrooms were nice and furnished. Ample space in the living room and kitchen. Parking easy outside.
