Folly Field Beach 4 BR, 4 1/2 BA plus a loft! This newly built 2nd row beach house is in an unbelievable location that is literally across from Hilton Head Island’s pristine sandy beach. This location is also just a bike ride away from putt putt golf and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a family vacation, group golf outing, or weekend getaway.
This luxury beach home is fully furnished and sleeps up to 15 people (13 adults) and features high end kitchen appliances, oversized refrigerator, granite countertops, and televisions in every bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the private backyard pool.
The Master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with a king bed and private en-suite bath. Also on the main level is a family room fit to allow for family gathering and making memories. The family room has a spacious couch and vaulted ceilings. There is a deck just off of the family room which overlooks the pool area. High end kitchen is located off of the family room and is a big open space. The kitchen has granite counter tops, an oversized freezer and refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a cute little nook for reading or relaxing. There is a full size laundry room off of the kitchen where you can do plenty of laundry with high end machines.
The 2nd level features 2 queen bedrooms, with the third bedroom containing a bunk bed with a twin and double bed. Each queen bedroom has a futon in it that doubles as a twin bed and perfect for a child. Each of the queen bedrooms have an en-suite. The 3rd level is a loft with 4 twin beds with plenty of space, and could be a great hideout for kids! There is a nice deck to walk out on from the 2nd floor where you can sit, relax and enjoy the ocean air and breeze.
This great location offers an open floor plan from the family room to the kitchen with a huge dining table for everyone to sit around! It is the perfect location for a family vacation, group golf outing, or weekend getaway. Our family of 13 had plenty of room in this house. We liked the proximity of the house to the beach and also to stores
and restaurants. The heated pool was wonderful for our
five grandchildren, who used it everyday since the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped. Only negative, which was not the fault of the owner, was that we were surrounded by construction/renovations. So hammering began at 8 am and lasted all day during our
stay.

Great location, perfect house for our short stay to attend the HILTON HEAD ISLAND CONCOURS d’ELEGANCE! We were able to utilize the garage to put the final shine on our collector car!

Family vacation 2022!
From the time we arrived until the day we left, we were treated like family. A basket of homemade cookies and bottles of water were waiting our arrival. Jon checked on us as we traveled and after we arrived to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and the walk to the beach short. We would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped house
The house was well equipped for our stay. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook meals.
The house was as described. It had a nice open area for the family to gather, a nice pool.
We had to call on the property manager twice. In each case he came quickly and resolved our questions.

Great location
This property would be great for a family because of the access to the beach--just across the road with a boardwalk and clean restrooms. This was our second year at the property, which is a beautiful building, clean, and large. The property managers are easy to work with.
However, it really needs some very basic things that the owners should invest in, specifically: The sectional seating in the main room is beat up and in need of replacement. The buttons on the remote on the tv are broken. There are no blinds or curtains in the master bedroom bathroom, which is wide open to the house next store. We had to hang a towel on a hanger to block the view from the shower. If these things were fixed, we could give the place a 10.

Hilton Head Island Family Christmas
This place was AMAZING! We had a great family Christmas vacation here! House was beautiful, better than the pictures seen online. Large enough for 12 adults and 3 kids. Location was perfect close to everything and we walked right across the street to the boardwalk that led to the beautiful beach. Jon & Donna were awesome! They had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. I had a little trouble punching in the code to enter so I called Jon and he patiently talked me through it. We made wonderful memories here and we’ll definitely be booking this place again! Thanks Jon & Donna!

Family Reunion at HHI
Found this property online and booked it in August. Property managers emailed us immediately and answered all my questions. Codes to property were sent in a timely manner and Jon texted us upon our arrival and answered a few more questions. We have never met, but I consider Jon and Donna our friends and will gladly rent 5 Sand Dollar Rd if family gathers at HHI again.

Great location, great place.
This place was perfect for our get together. The location was right off the beach. The private access was conveniently located at the end of the street. The beach wasn’t over crowded because of the private access. The house was clean, ready early, and the kids loved the pool in the evenings after a day at the beach.
The property manager was easily reachable, and responded very promptly. We will stay here again. Thanks!

Great location
It’s a great location, easy walk to the beach and we fit 14 people around the dinner table which was perfect for us! There were a couple of drawbacks; the third floor gets considerably warmer than the rest of the house (the property manager did bring us a fan) and the mosquitos in the backyard are terrible!!!!! We tried bug sprays and citronella candles but it was bad!

We had five grandchildren under seven years old so it was so helpful being close to the beach.
Plenty of room for the 12 in our family. Two large closets that were great for pack and plays, and a loft that our three oldest granddaughters loved!

Wonderful house for groups, great location.
We had a group of 3 sets of parents and their kids (ages 2-12). The home is a short walk down a private / gated path.
The beach was never too crowded, and the beach was clean. Several beach towels and toys were available as well.
The rooms for parents all had adjoining bathrooms, and the rooms for kids shared a full bath.
The home is clean, and there are some nice amenities as well. If you plan to cook anything specialized - the kitchen is large and the grill is conveniently just off the family room.
The property manager was great to work with as the trip approached and made himself available by cell if needed. We did not need a thing.
The home was wonderful for our group. Convenient location about half way down the island as well. We would stay again for sure .

Amazing family vacation.
We have a huge family. 5 sub-families in all. We all had plenty of room. Even the bunk beds slept great! Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was wonderful! We will return!

Excellent location
This is a large house directly across the street from a beach access point with a well maintained boardwalk to the beach and clean restrooms. The house was very clean and would be perfect for families with kids. Lots of beach toys, floats, etc. and nice beach towels. The property managers were friendly and very responsive.

Inside was spotless but pool area had not been cleaned. Notified owner just for his info but didn’t think it was a problem until pool heater didn’t work because of toys in filter. Also did not have cart for beach which we could have really used. Also house is directly in front of public parking lot so had to be sure to lock up tight. Just a short walk to beach though and big enough house for all our family. Beautiful decor and HUGE kitchen and again very clean. Spotless.

This beachside haven was just what we needed!
We've been on quarantine since March of 2020 due to health reasons, and our 9 year old has been out of school that long as well. We needed a safe change of scenery and found this amazing property. It was perfect. The communication beforehand was awesome. We spent two weeks in the beautiful home. It had everything we needed. The space is decorated beautifully and we felt so comfortable while there. It's just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. We had the pool heated while we were there and we cooked out on the gas grill most nights. The kitchen is just gorgeous and makes me jealous to have one like it at home. The property managers were so helpful during our entire stay. We needed this break away to remember that the world was bigger than what we could see out of our windows at home. I can't thank the owner and property managers enough for providing us such a safe and comfortable place to get away.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
This house is amazing!!! It is a beautiful home, in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions! It is in a quiet community with easy access to a private beach. The owners were wonderful to work with, very prompt in responding to my questions. The even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to tell us about the leaves for the table. We put in the leaves for our Thanksgiving dinner so there was plenty of room for our family of 12 at the huge table. This house is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone! The beach towels and beach chairs were an added bonus!

Family Together in Covid-19 Times
Our family had been planning a getaway for some time. With Covid, everything seemed as if it would never happen. Being able to find this property, which was perfect for our, family, was awesome!! We all enjoyed the amenities which were available. We really wanted to use the pool, but forgot to request it be heated & cleaned for our stay. Luckily, the beach is so close that it really didn't matter. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to staying again soon.

House is beautiful, new and modern. Kitchen is great and well equipped. Master on first floor is great. Very short walk to beach. I would definitely stay there again!
Only possible downsides are there were a lot of mosquitoes in the back yard, which made the pool hard to use. Also, house is across the street from public beach access so the beach was pretty crowded. Didn’t bother us much.

Great location and quick walk to beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house is absolutely beautiful and updated. It was very clean and well stocked. We were so impressed. Getting to the beach took about 3 minutes with all of our beach gear and 4 children. It is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. We were also impressed with the communicatio received from the property manager. He called me when we arrived to make sure everything was good and was just a quick text or phone call away. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and very accessible to the private beach. Everything we needed was available in the well stocked kitchen. Even the smallest detail was attended to, including a welcome basket. The property managers were great and quickly responded to our needs
