Custom Built Vacation Home with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy family and friends who want their own oasis and easy walks to town, beach, and restaurants and water sports. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are a favorite with our guests. The private outdoor shower in the back of the house is a must have for those wanting to go natural outdoors in private while showering... people continue to say they just love that experience.
Located within walking distance of beaches, bars, restaurants, a dive shop, paddle boarding and sunset/snorkeling cruises, you are sure to find something for everyone in this centrally located private villa home. A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Lighthouse.

-Upper Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Large master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet, additional full bath, large dining area & living room, and French Doors that lead to a covered balcony with seating. There is a futon in the living room which could accommodate 2 children.
-Lower Floor: (Sleeps 7 in beds) 2 Large size bedrooms. One has a queen bed, full bath with shower, sitting room with full-size futon, kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink) table and outdoor covered balcony area. The 3rd bedroom is adjacent and has 2 full-size beds and a single bed. There is also access to the on-site laundry room either from the 3rd bedroom or the back of the house.
Home is in excellent condition and has public water, power as well as a backup generator and water tank in the unlikely event it's temporarily needed during your stay.

If you are looking for privacy, this is the house stay. Closest to places to eat, beach and downtown. So much to do around. My family had a great time. Can’t wait to come back!!!👍

We absolutely love this property! It's a beautiful, spacious and clean space with all the amenities needed. The location is great! It's within walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in Rincon. Hope to stay here again soon!

Other than a couple of issues…ac not working properly and not being able to get into the establishment at first. Plus downstairs cable not working for the first two days as well. And the toddler’s chair was nasty but should be great now after a little elbow grease from yours truly. Other than that it was a really nice and peaceful experience. The location is truly close to just about everything (beaches and restaurants). You will need to travel a bit for groceries if you plan on cooking so stop at a store before getting to your destination to save yourself a trip. And double and triple check the drawers before leaving so you don’t leave anything behind like I did! I guess I was in too much of a hurry and assumed I checked everything before leaving. Now my loss and someone else’s gain.☹️

Honestly this house was perfect. It is close to everything in town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. the owner's instructions were clear & concise so I didn't have to bother them for anything. The A/C runs cold, pool is beautiful, there's like... 3 refrigerators, even 2 outdoor showers. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than just a week! Seriously so much to do in the area. If you're coming to Rincon make sure to stay over a Thursday night to attend the Art Walk in town, it was a great opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. We loved our stay here.

Our two families enjoyed Casa Ensenada very much. We especially loved all the outdoor space so that we weren't on top of each other. The pool was wonderful, we were in it every day, the kids were in it by 7 AM!
The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice house with a pool, close to the ocean. Loved having the option of having a pool day too. Having an AC was great too. Rincon is a great place to visit, friendly people and good food.

This house really exceeded our expectations. The house itself is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The views from the balcony and roof are great; the pool and deck area was a great place for our family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need to cook. The beds were comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for more. It was a bonus that beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and towels were included and there were pool toys and snorkel gear that someone left behind. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. We all agreed it was one of the nicest properties we've booked.
The hosts were great and super responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay.
Finally, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It's a quick 12-15 minute walk into town and you could walk to the marina and one of several beaches in 5-15 minutes (Steps, Black Eagle, Balneario). Honestly, if you like to walk, which I do, you can walk to every beach from Playa Donna to Domes in 25-30 minutes and a fabulous find was the trail that connects all of the beaches from the Marina to Domes that begins at the Paseo Communitario and follows a trail through the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. This was a great and easy morning hike.
Finally, another bonus: the house is a quick stroll away from a great coffee stand, smoothie stand, and breakfast/lunch spot at the corner of 413 and C Cambija: Cafe 2 Go and Wake and Break.
Highly recommend! Can't wait to return!

The outside was spectacular and the location was excellent. The hosts are very responsive! Property is gated so very safe! Inside was comfortable and had everything we needed! Outdoor shower was a plus! We will stay here again! It was paradise 🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️

Our family stayed here for about 9 days. Pool was perfect. House was great and space for everyone. The only recommendation I’d make is a topper for the beds. They were firm. Other than that it was perfect

5 friends and I stayed at johns property for 1 week. John was very gracious during our planning process and even changed dates for us not one, but two times!
Casa Ensenada is absolutely a dream come true. We went to Gozalandia waterfalls, snorkeled on Steps Beach, found Domes beach, went to crash boat beach, explored all around Rincon, and drove through old San Juan due to delayed flight.
Rincon is an absolute gem of a town and the locals are extremely friendly! The food is amazing, and pina coladas are out of this world. We hope to come back one day soon!

Our family had a blast while on this property. Everything was well explained, check in and check out instructions very easy. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and the beach!! The house is well equiped and the owners' attention to details is above expectations. They had beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, big plus!! John was very responsive. I can continue writing how spectacular our stay was but I will leave it at this... you will not regret a stay at this property. We are already looking at dates to come back!! They also have a property that sleeps more people next door!! Thank you John!

It was Great!!! We did all the touristy things like snorkeling, deep sea fishing, bioluminescent bay, and the beach! We will definitely be back! The pool at the house was such a treat! We enjoyed every minute!

We had a wonderful week-long vacation at Casa Ensenada. The home had a lot of cooking equipment, which was great because we cooked most nights. The location is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the plaza area. Great restaurants in downtown Rincon too. Definitely want to book this place again!

This property was a great location, which is close to the city center and also has a surprising view of the ocean from the balconies. And, the pool was a great treat for the kids to relax and kill some time in between all of the great activities that Puerto Rico has to offer!

Our family of six stayed eight days in Rincon at Casa Ensenada. The location was perfect within walking distance to the beach, numerous restaurants, snorkeling, coffee and smoothie trucks and more. The pool was a favorite for our children! Everyone had their own space to relax whether it was inside or outside. This was our first time to Puerto Rico, but we will be back!

My husband, daughter, and her 3 friends had a fantastic trip to Rincon. The house was like our own tropical paradise. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the sunrises on the balcony every morning cannot be beat. The downstairs area was perfect for our girls. They had everything they needed. My husband and I had the upstair level to ourselves. We were in walking distance to restaurants and beach. It could not have been more perfect. The house was clean and well kept. We loved our visit and highly recommend this home.

Stayed at Casa Ensenada with my family of 5. Nice location. Walkable into town. Beaches nearby but traveled to several others via car which were all within 15 minutes from home. Glitch with getting car into the gate but issue resolved within 24 hours by owner. Beautiful home and pool. Would recommend.

The property was just as the pictures showed. The owners were available almost immediately prior to staying and when we were their. They were extremely helpful when we contacted them. We had a wonderful time in Rincon and would recommend staying at the property. We would stay with them again here or any other their other properties.

Amazing House
This huge house was super clean, organized, very pretty and elegant. The pool, patio, and other amenities filled our expectations. We stayed for a week and my family and I felt like home. We had some visitors and they got impressed by the house and the quite place. We enjoyed staying there that we did not need to go to the beach! There was a lot of good places around where we could go to eat, visit, enjoy or buy stuffs. We really enjoyed staying at Ensenada House! Thank you John, it was a pleasure talked to you!

Our family loved staying at this property. We quickly learned our way around Rincón & felt like we were close to everything we needed. It was our first time visiting the island, and we completely fell in love with it. For anyone traveling to the island for the first time, be prepared to do things on “island time.” The vibe in Rincón especially, is very laid back and slow paced. There are several beaches within a few minutes from the house. Steps Beach had epic snorkeling, but our three year old also stepped on a sea urchin there. We found Balneario beach to be much more kid-friendly. And the sunset from there was breathtaking. We found a local coffee shop around the corner from the house & made our way there just about every morning. They also have smoothies and açaí bowls that our kids devoured.
Specifics about the house: The pool was the star of the show! We also loved the view from the balcony, where we spent our mornings sipping on coffee and our evenings hanging out with our family. It was very easy to find & access the property. Bath and beach towels were provided. We used the in-suite washer and dryer daily. The kitchen was well stocked (with cookware, etc.). PERFECT HOME!!
This house was in the perfect location location it was closed to the beaches the shops their little town. My family and I had A-blast it was 9 of us 8 adults and one child.
We had one issue and John took care of it. I would stay there again and again.
