Μέτρια ,λυπάμαι για την κακή κριτική μα δεν μπορούσα να μην σας ενημερώσω.

Η τοποθεσία,Η ευγένεια του οικοδεσπότη καθώς και η διευκόλυνση να κάνουμε check in νωρίτερα από το σύνηθες.

Ο Εξωτερικός χώρος δεν είχε ιδιωτικότητα. Δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση και κάθε πρωί γύρω στις 7:30-8:00 έξω από την πόρτα κάθονταν ένοικοι και συζητούσαν. Υγρασία και μέτρια καθαριότητα καθώς βρέθηκαν τρίχες στο πορτατιφ δίπλα από το κρεβάτι. Το κρεβάτι έτριζε και με το παραμικρό και βούλιαζες. Κατά τ´άλλα μια χαρά

Great, central flat for a short stay. Not recommended for a longer stay, due to the mold.

The location was perfect; it was very central and with a lot of amenities around. Arriving to the flat from the airport was easy. A lovely lady met us at the location, to hand us the keys. The communication with the host was excellent. A mosquito repeller was available and very much needed. Shampoo, Shower gel, towels, iron were also provided.

The flat is not on the ground floor, as advertised, but in the basement. There was, however, enough light coming in the room from the yard. The mold in the bathroom was off putting. The smell of mold was strong every time we entered the flat.

Very good

Arriving to the studio from the airport is super easy. The location is perfect-20 mins walking distance from Syntagma. The room was pretty clean. We had no complaints about our stay.

Excellent, convenient, reasonably priced place to stay in Kolonaki.

A clean, comfortable, very convenient place to stay in Athens. Emmy, the manager, and the owner were extremely helpful, starting with arrival and especially in helping me to resolve an emergency issue after I accidentally left my passport in a drawer! I was able to be on my way. Much appreciated! I would be happy to stay again and plan to.

Mixed feelings but I still would recommend this property

It's the second time I booked this appartment as the location is perfect, central, near metro station. It's comfortable and has a good wi-fi, a small kitchen and a sitting area. It's a good and safe area to stay.

The awkward situation that arised with the host. In short I was asked to pay 20 euros more for an arrival between 10-11 pm but on arrival at 11.15 pm I was asked for 30 euros (my flight was delayed). I got a refund at the end and an excuse from the owner but still, it was an unpleasant situation and exchange. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't have any cash and euros arriving there. The bathroom has a problem as the drain was closed and if you take a short shower the water overflows in the bathroom. Also, there was no brush for the toilet.

Great flat. Just a good as the pictures show.

Location was great, it was very close to Evangelismos Station which is on the Airport Metro line, so around 40 mins from the airport. Very well fitted out, everything there apart from the hairdryer. I couldn't find it but I didn't bother the owner to ask about it. Just let my hair dry naturally 😊

No biggie but worth a mention so the owner can look into a solution. The air conditioning unit leaks all over the patio area and unfortunately the upstairs neighbour's did too, onto the table and chairs. We woke up to a soggy table and chairs but just sat inside for breakfast and headed out. Not enough of an issue to change the recommendation to stay here.

Perfect location and very comfortable

Location was perfect near metro. The appartement was nicely decorated and comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Well equipped. A little restaurant just next with home cooked dishes to take away as well as shops really next to it.

The freezer couldn't be used, it was fully blocked by ice. We bought ice cream and had to throw it away. The bathroom door can't open well due to the big washing machine. Pretty noisy during the day due to street work.

Nice, cosy appartement close to the metro

Located very close to the metro which is convenient. The room is exactly as seen in pictures so nothing unexpected. Comfy beds and good airconditioning, which is nice in Athens weather :-). No noise from outside.

Although mentioned in the description, there was no toilet paper, which is inconvenient when you just arrive and would like to use the toilet. I sent a polite message to the host but unfortunately never got any response. The bin in the bathroom was still full from the previous guests.

Totally ok. A few fixes could make it an exellent stay.

Breakfast not included but the apartment had a well functioning, small kitchen. Location was good - in an expensive shopping area - 1 stop with the tram took us too city center full of shops, bars and restaurants. Balcony/outside area was very quiet, nice and private.

The kitchen equipment wasnt checked properly from the previous guests. Some of it was dirty and had food stains on it, som we started our first cooking by cleaning everything. The landlord didnt accept Visa-card as payment, only cash. This was very unconvenient as all prepared cash went into paying for our stay. Using an ATM in Athens is far from free of charges.

Disappointing

Place is nice and good location, a small studio with all u need

The owner was not too much helpful at all, i just needed leaving my baggage when I do the check out for one hour and he didn’t allowed me to do it, so i was disappointed
