Beautiful property, perfect place to go out on the boat & pull our kids on the tube. The house is spacious and pretty well kept. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay and answered all inquiries. We plan on staying here again!

We enjoyed everything from the pier to the house. Great for those who need a pier to dock their boats. Quite area. We felt we were by ourselves most of the time. Very relaxing. The host was very responsive. We will go back.

Very clean place, great view, great communication with owner. I fished the Bassmaster Open and the house is located directly across from John C Land ramp. The house has a private ramp and it is a great ramp. No issue backing in or launching a 21ft boat. House and land can hold maybe 3-4 trucks and bass boats. The overhang is nice for protection, I have a F250 with rod rack and need 96in of clearance and I could clear it easy. The neighborhood is nice and everyone is friendly. Remember to bring your own sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Walmart is a bit away. Would 1000% stay here again!

Excellent location and parking for trucks and trailers. We had 4 tournament rigs parked without an issue. Great place to stay and great location.

My buddies and I have stayed here a hand full of times over the years for fishing tournaments and the place never let's us down. It has a boat ramp and a dock, which is perfect for boaters/fisherman. The owner is very pleasant to communicate with and I'll be coming back in the near future. Scott P.

Can't say enough about the host. What a wonderful vacation we had. Clean a view to die for! And the host definitely go's above and beyond for her guests...we would definitely stay again and we recommend anyone else to stay as well.

Our stay was one of the very best summer rentals yet. The view was terrific, the dock was a real treat and the house and accommodations were great. The boat ramp was very easy to access and get the boat in and out with ease. Good fishing right from the dock....................

Very nice property. Pictures don't do it justice. Very retro with tile and such but really kept up. Great communication. Lake is beautiful to swim in. Only 55 miles to Charleston. Lots of fun day trips available. Nearby is an Indian Burial site which is on the lake as well as a funky UFO Welcome Center in Bowman, SC. We brought a picnic lunch and did a drive by of site and then a block or so away is a great little shaded pavilion park with overhead fans to keep you cool while you picnicked.

My family of three enjoyed the lake, location at a great setup right on the lake. The boat ramp and dock could not have been better. The house was handy and good, but privacy was an issue. The bedroom blinds were pretty much see through from the outside looking in. Considering the price of the rental we felt that linens and towels should have been provided. We did have to wash the mattress cover before use, the blanket that was spread over master bed looked like it was clean but severely soiled. Kitchen drawers were not highly functional, and kitchen utensils we felt need an upgrade. It just seemed like the house was severely budgeted but we feel like we payed a champagne price. The host was over the top helpful, and very responsive. She has a tough job and I appreciated her efforts in helping us. We would stay again, but would need to negotiate our expense considering you have to pack up your own house to come and stay at this place. Would love to own this place to give it some love. Overall I liked the property and the host.

This vacation home was beautiful and had everything we needed to fell right at home. It was clean, had plenty of space and the dock and pier was right in the back yard was magnificent. We were able to sit on the deck and have a cup of coffee every morning. The view and the lake was also magnificent. We enjoyed the dock and boat rides as well as fishing and swimming in the lake right off the pier! I am definitely looking forward to many more memories made at this home.

The location of this home cannot be matched. The pier was great. The home was good but a little dated. Definitely bring what is required, the closest grocery store or Walmart is 20 mins away. There is a little gas station that’s good for ice or beer close by. What I loved: The owner was so responsive! The county had a water advisory that was recently lifted and I emailed to ask about it upon our (late night) arrival and she responded quickly! The view and location was awesome. We drove around the area and this spot was by far the best! The house was roomy and accommodating. The kitchen is fully stocked! The deck is huge and wide open! Quiet neighborhood. You feel very secluded. Good to know: The deck has some steps and in the full sun it’s hard to see the elevation change. We had some stubbed toes. Some tape or paint on the steps would help but this is certainly not a deal breaker because the deck is huge and perfect for hanging out. No trash service - which works for small families or those who are not staying long. The issue I had was that the directions to the waste facility were confusing and hard to follow. We got lost. If you are having to make a trip mid week just look it up before you go. What needed improvement: Not much! If anything the cleaning crew could do a little better. There was left over clothes in the wash, food in the fridge and the linens on the bed were dirty (but since we brought our own that wasn’t a problem). All in all we will likely be back!

Pictures don’t do the property justice This was perfect for my 83 year old mom since it didn’t have stairs and the yard to the dock was level. We will come back and for my husband and girls to.love it makes this extra awesome! Thank you Charla!

I have never gave a bad review , but I feel like people should know the condition of this property especially if you have allergies, asthma or don’t want to take roaches home with you!! We arrived on Monday and the property had a strong musky smell ,we went to Walmart and bought some sprays to try and help.Later that night we turned the lights out and started to watch TV when I saw roaches run from under the furniture my husband was only able to smash one of them the others ran back under the furniture .We immediately backed everything back in the truck we couldn’t t fine a place stay since it was late at night so we slept in the truck all night!!We were told by the owner they are only palmetto roaches (please look them up) they are big roaches!! And she would have them sprayed,well I know you can’t get rid of them overnight I wasn’t about to bring with home with me!!! I have no ideal how this house has the rating it has, I could list serval other things wrong!!

Everything was great except the water boil Advisory. Spend 69 dollars on water to clean and freeze fish . got email on day of check end about water on May 15 but water problem has been going on at least since April 20 before l made my reservation feel like they hid the fact . l think l should get a refund for the cost of water

Such a cute house! Perfect size for two families especially if you have kids! The house was very comfortable and clean. The dock and boat access was a plus! All the kids had a blast!!!! We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our vacation here. The dock with floating dock was perfect for our two boats. It was deep enough to swim off the dock and fish. Would recommend a swimming ladder. The house offered everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Closest grocery store is 20 minutes. You can get ice from the gas station down the road. We will definitely try to go back to this home.

We loved this house with a boat ramp and dock on deep water (10 ft.). We took 6 Senior’s as a graduation vacation. They loved the house, swam off the dock, and went tubing around the creek. They all want to go back next year. The house is medium sized with 3 bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds which worked great for us. The outdoor BBQ was great to build a fire a make s’mores. The porch is multi tiered with lots of space to sit and take in the lake/creek. We would stay again !!!

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and his brother fished off the dock each day. We went on a guided fishing trip on lake Moultrie ,took a day trip to Charleston and went to a nature reserve. The guys played golf at Wyboo Golf Club. The house was comfortable and plenty of room for four adults. Thank you Charla for sharing your home with us.
