My sister, mom, and I used this property as a home base for a week while we explored southern Germany's wonderful Christmas markets. This charming, centrally located apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay, and Madeleine is a kind and wonderful host. I would recommend it to any small family or small group of adults looking for cozy accommodations in the area.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Hier kann man sich gut aufhalten. Ruckzuck ist man in den Einkaufsstraßen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This apartment has everything we were looking for. - clean and cozy - modern bathroom and kitchen - a perfect combination of old and new with a lot of clever designs - well equipped - a friendly and very accommodating host - close to shops, restaurants - walking distance to public transport We were ready to move in for good and never leave again.

Tolle Altbau-Wohnung, zentrale aber sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles wie in der Beschreibung und wie auf den Bildern. Madeleine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und Ludwigsburg eine tolle Stadt. Traumhaftes Wetter hatten wir auch noch- also besser hätte es nicht sein können.

Sehr geschmackvoll und schöne Wohnung. Man geht vor die Haustür und ist mitten im Zentrum, in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Schloss. Super nette Gastgeberin! Leider mussten wir wegen Corona früher abreisen. Für uns mit kleinen Kindern war nicht ganz perfekt, dass eins der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Ansonsten alles spitze!

Wunderschöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung in richtig schön! Es gibt alles was man braucht (sogar eine Waschmaschine, was mit kleinen Kindern ja nie falsch ist 😜). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind vorhanden nur leider aufgrund der zentralen Lage teuer.

Für meine Aufnahmeprüfung für die Filmakademie war die Wohnung der perfekte Ort zum Arbeiten. Ruhig, kühl (im Sommer echt traumhaft!) und mitten in der Stadt, sodass man überall gut hinkam. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser modernen und schönen Ferienwohnung direkt im Herzen Ludwigsburgs war fantastisch! Außerdem war der Kontakt und die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin sehr nett und total problemlos! Die Fewo kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die Lage ist erstklassig mit dem Marktplatz in etwa 5-10 min Laufentfernung, Bahnhof in 13 Minuten entfernung. Einziger Minuspunkt ist eine schwierige Parksituation in diesem Wohngebiet (zumindest an einem Sonntag abend gegen 18.00), allerdings ist die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit einen Parkplatz zu organisieren, sie kann auch eine Parkplatzberechtigung für 3 Euro am Tag verkaufen. Sollte man ganz verzweifeln kann man in die nahegelegenen Parkhäuser über Nacht parken, kosten etwa 10-15 Euro, am nächsten Morgen ist es gar kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

My wife, son, and I had a great stay for three nights in this apartment in Ludwigsburg. Our host, Madeleine, was welcoming and generous, even moving her car so we could park right outside of the apartment for the duration of our stay, and provided us with daily parking passes (3 euro each) so we didn't have to go locate them ourselves. On Madeleine's recommendation, we used public transit exclusively as there's a lot of road construction in and around Stuttgart. The train station is a comfortable 15 minute walk from the apartment and from there, you can get access to all of the trains and buses in and around Stuttgart. We ended up buying a Stuttcart city card from the Ludwigsburg information center which included free access to all of the public transportation as well as entrance to many museums and attractions. Turned out to be a great bargain because we used the transit system so much. The apartment was really a treat for us. Located on a quiet street, it has lots of room to spread out with a bedroom for my wife and I and a separate bedroom for my son, a living room and large kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful with modern appliances and while we ate out for lunch, we chose to cook all of our dinners in the apartment (grocery store in a shopping mall is a 5 minute walk) - partially because we were watching World Cup matches in the evenings. I'm not sure if I'll be in the Stuttgart area again, but if I am, I will definitely stay in this apartment. It couldn't have been more comfortable. Thanks, Madeleine, for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Baby sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, dabei kindgerecht, wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und sie bietet ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angehnehmen Urlaub braucht. Außerdem war sie sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Es war eine rundum tolle Wohnung für ein langes Wochenende oder auch länger. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, auch für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und stand mit Tipps und Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr geräumig und an alles gedacht worden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist neu- und hochwertig und wurde uns sehr sauber und gepflegt übergeben. Die Ausstattung der großen Küche ist hervorragend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In den umliegenden Straßen findet man immer schnell einen Parkplatz, einen Parkschein kann man durch den Vermieter bekommen. Nach wenigen Schritten aus der ruhigen Seitenstraße, in dem sich das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung befindet, kommt man im Stadtzentrum an. Dort gibt es hervorragende Restaurants und Cafés. Gerne kommen wir mit unseren Kindern (6 und 2 Jahre) wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ludwigsburg. This apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Madeline and family live upstairs and we're always ready with good information and things to see. We stayed here in mid-December and walked the 3-4 blocks to the Christmas market. There are also several grocery stores, restaurants and malls within walking distance. The spacious apartment is in a safe neighborhood and the only real challenge is finding parking if you bring a car. You may have to park a block or so away until a closer space is available. Madeline makes parking passes available and this makes managing keeping yourself legally parked.

We would recommend it!

Looking for a place to stay for several weeks is almost as critical as looking for a second home. This apartment offered us was we needed away from home. I had some concerns bevor the travel, yet the apartment and furnishing were better than advertised. Even the bathroom offered room for toiletries and towels, which was one of my concerns. Finding a desk in the second bedroom provided me with a home office area. The wireless correction was available and fast all day long. The highlight was the night light in the bedroom with remotely adjustable colors and effects. The location is perfect in a quiet street, yet in the middle of the city and in proximity (2-5min walk) of everything one may need: shopping centers, groceries stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Madeleine was very friendly. We had family visit during our stay and Madeleine made sure our guests got what they needed for a cosy night during cold weather. We sure enjoyed our stay there and will definitely look for the availability should we be in the region again.
