We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Communication with Randy was great and he is a pleasure to have as a host. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. Pictures do not do it justice, it’s stunning when you walk in. We can’t wait to visit again and thank you Randy and Maria for a wonderful vacation!

It was a wonderful vacation staying at 150 gulfview in Islamorada. The house was expansive and really worked with our group.. Fishing was great from the dock-my husband caught snapper, shark, hog fish, grunts , and saltwater catfish. The private beach was beautiful really easy to walk to. Maria and Randy were very responsive to small issues during our visit and even checked in on us to make sure we were happy. I would definitely return to this beautiful home!

This was our first family trip to the Keys, and we didn’t know what a wonderful home and location would be ours to enjoy. This home is immaculate, well appointed, in a great location, and so much fun. We walked to a lovely private beach, played Pickleball on new, nearby courts, watched the marvelous color display in the skies during sunrise and sunset, saw fish and manatee from the dock, ate delicious meals at so many nearby restaurants, played games and celebrated the holidays in the ample and comfortable living space. There’s so much more to say. Randy and Maria have created an incredible space. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy it!

Cool House! 😎
Randy & Maria were excellent to deal with, very caring and informative. The house is very unique, large family room and a huge master suite. Our favorite was the outdoor space, plenty of shade and places to sit and relax. My teenagers loved the bikes, kayaks, ping pong and pool table available at the property. White Marlin Beach is awesome, we really enjoyed kayaking to the beach from the house. We brought our boat down, the house has a nice dock, fish cleaning station, commercial ice maker and very convenient access to Florida Bay, Everglades and the Atlantic. This property truly has something for everyone. Our sincere thanks to Randy and Maria for letting us enjoy their amazing property.

Randy & Maria’s place is outstanding! Great and friendly neighborhood. The house is stunning and full of all the amenities that made our stay special. Kayaking to the private beach for a picnic or evening cocktail was an extra added bonus! Randy was beyond accommodating and promptly answer any questions. Highly recommended! Thank you again Randy!

A Great Change of Scenery!
The house was a perfect escape for our family! The house had everything we needed and Randy was very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed the bikes, the kayaks, fishing off the dock, the ping pong table, pool table and the short walk to the private beach. We brought a boat down and didn't have any problems maneuvering it in the canal.. The house's wifi and inside setup made it easy to work remotely and allowed our kids to do their virtual classes without a problem. I would definitely recommend this house.

Unexpected paradise.
I must start by saying that we were never huge Florida fans. We travel a lot, and this trip was more of a "nowhere else to go" choice because of Covid. We've been to several locations on the Gulf coast before, and Fort Lauderdale and St. Augustine, but never to the Keys. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised.
First, the house. I think the photos don’t do it justice. Yes, the house looks exactly as pictured, but there is something else: nicer colors in the surrounding tropical light, large open spaces, lots of small and charming details here and there. I am a clean freak, and I was completely satisfied with the cleanliness. The kitchen has all the pots and pans, and dishes for a month long cooking (we almost did not go out… again… Covid). Local grocery store is 10 minutes of driving away.
The yard. We were apprehensive about being on a canal since we don’t own a boat, and we ended up loving it. The yard itself is beautiful and cozy, nicely landscaped. Our grandma has mobility issues, and she spent most of the days either on the second floor deck, or on the canal deck. We fished a lot in the canal, and when we rode bicycles to the nearest fishing bridge we discovered that fishermen there caught more or less the same fish (and in the same amount) as we did in our backyard. We saw manatees, we almost caught a small nursery shark twice, we watched baby barracudas fighting for tackle, and we watched huge schools of fish swimming past our fishing rods, making fun of us. The weather was here and there during November, and we experienced two storms. It was very windy for several days in a row, but it was really nice in our backyard. We spent romantic evenings sitting on the canal shore, watching the stars, protected from the wind. It was convenient to Stand Up Paddle board out of the canal (we brought our own boards), and we did some kayaking (the house has two kayaks).
The area. It is exactly 5 minute walk from the house to the neighborhood beach. The shore area is small (the rest of the beach is private), but once you wade beyond the next house’s pier, there is plenty of space, and you can swim really far. As we’ve discovered, there are very few sandy beaches in the keys, and this one is one of those. The shallow section is large enough for little kids to play, and the water gets very warm when it’s not windy. We laughed when we rented a boat one day, and one of the suggested places to go on a boat was our beach. There is 5 minute walk to the ocean side.

Great family getaway!☀️🌊🦞💦🛶🚤⛱
We had a great family time. Plenty of room for everyone and super comfortable. It was a truly great place to work remotely. The neighborhood is very quiet and the private beach is a short walk from property. The best Sunset treat after a day of work for everyone. Wish our boat would have cooperated a bit more but with the neighbor’s (Leo) help and contacts we were able to get it fixed. The owners were very nice and quick to respond if we had a concern. Overall, it was the perfect escape. Thank you Randy and Maria for sharing your home with us.

We just returned from a month long stay in this beautiful Port Antigua home. Right from the start the owners were easy to work with and we knew the care and detail they put in this house. The house was clean and thoughtfully decorated with beautiful art work and furniture. The house was extremely well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen accessories and basic paper supplies. The house has plenty of space for friends and family and our guests loved having their own private space in the Maui suite downstairs. My husband and I also enjoyed the privacy of the large 3rd floor Master and enjoyed many evenings on the balcony stargazing with a cocktail. The outside of the home is beautifully landscaped and offers a variety of place to relax, read, dine or enjoy a beverage. We used the kayaks to explore the nearby mangroves and had a great time fishing from the dock. The canal offered a surprisingly wide variety of fish! We also had several visits from the manatees. The dock was well maintained and we loved having our boat at our doorstep. The covered bait station came in handy when we were cleaning our catch and if you don't have much fishing luck, Mr. Lobster is at short walk/bike ride away and sells fresh fish. The canal is only a quick boat ride away from Channel Two, Channel 5, Tennessee Reef, Alligator Reef, Robbies, Lazy Days and countless other places to explore. We also used the homes bikes to explore the neighborhood and bridges by land. (We often biked to the gas station at the end of the street for some really great Cuban Sandwiches.)White Marlin Beach is the jewel of this neighborhood. It's the only private beach in the area and we visited it almost everyday. The Adirondack chairs were the perfect place to watch the sunset and the entire family loved the clear water and white sand beach. A real treat in the Keys! This home is a rare find and it does not disappoint! We hope to return soon. Thanks to the owners for the hospitality.

Spacious, well equipped canal front living
We spent the month of February in this spacious, well equipped, canal front home. Many of the amenities that we enjoyed included the private beach, commercial ice machine, bikes, kayaks, the great outdoor living area and seeing the manatees in the canal. The sliding glass doors off the dining room, opened up to 12 feet and brought the outside in (they were a little difficult to get opened and closed), but it was very enjoyable. 3 couples enjoyed sharing this very spacious and well equipped house with plenty of space for everyone, including vehicles and boat trailer. The dock space was great including the filet station. We hope to get back next February.
