The Apartment Argüelles is located in the north of the popular coastal town Cádiz and enchants guests with its location in the historical old town directly on the sea. It is situated in a beautiful town house built in 1789, which was restored in 2008 and impresses visitors with its historic charm in combination with its ultra-modern furnishings. The light-flooded holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living-dining room with a natural stone arch, which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. From the 5 French balconies (one in the master bedroom, 3 in the living room, 1 in the smaller bedroom) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay which is only a few meters from the house. You reach the next supermarket after 180 m or a 2-minute walk and a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the direct surroundings. Guests can walk to the city beach, Playa de la Caleta, in 18 minutes (or in 1.4 km).

Parking is available on the street. A larger car park is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

We stayed here for 4 days and this was the perfect location for exploring Cadiz old town. The sightseeing bus stopped right outside and we used this to visit the beaches long the coast.

This is a clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment. However, you must keep the windows closed at night because the traffic is non stop and very loud. For example trash is picked up at 2 am. If you are visiting in cooler months where you don't need the air flow the location is ideal. Ignore the restaurant suggestions provided by the host.

Great location with ocean view from many windows. Need to have fans in the bedrooms that function properly because the street noise makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open.

Beautiful property that is even nicer than the photos. Bright, airy, and lots of room to spread out. Lovely views of the sea and great walking neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a delightful experience! The apartment is so attractively decorated and comfortably furnished -- and the view of the sea is wonderful. The location is within easy walking distance of major historical sites. Nuria was a wonderful host, always providing clear and timely communication. We are eager to stay here again.

Simply Amazing!

Everything about the apartment was amazing. The location the decor the furnishings and the kitchen utensils. Our Host Nuria was so helpful. She met us at the apartment and showed us round. She was easy to contact and always friendly and helpful and spoke good English, which with my grasp of Spanish is a must! I would recommend this apartment 100 per cent!

Precious apartment.

The apartment has lots of natural light and the view to Rota and P° Santa Maria across the Cadiz bay amaze every morning. Every corner and space in the apartment has an enchanting decoration and inviting comfort. My teen son(who hardly reads a book) felt a desire to read a book in the apartment. The apartment has every necessary item in the kitchen, bathrooms even for the beach; beach towels, beach chairs, and a parasol. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with travelers.

El piso es estupendo: muy espacioso, agradable, cómodo, luminoso, limpio, muy bien situado para visitar el casco antiguo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, no echamos nada de menos. Las camas son cómodas. No decepciona con respecto a las fotos del anuncio. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Y Nuria, que nos recibió en la casa, fue muy amable.

We had a very special four days in this beautiful apartment located a short stroll into the centre of the old town. It is stylish, comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The town beach is definitely worth a visit and likewise the bustling town market where we bought fresh fish and vegetables for a gourmet meal. The flat has a lovely ambience and with the shutters and windows open provided a cool relaxing place to watch the sea, boats and sunsets. We loved it and hope to go back
