Хорошее место

Хорошее уютное место. Персонал очень приятный, в будни в гостинице никого нет, но при этом нам приготовили ужин и обед на следующий день.

Интернет есть только в ресторане, в номерах не ловит. Отключили электричество и по этому не смогли приготовить полноценный обед. Но сделали что могли и было очень вкусно. В будни бар не работает. На карте букинга указано совершенно другое место расположения, найти довольно сложно

Breakfast above expectations, served individually. Quite pleasant family restaurant. Quiet place. View on the lake.

The breakfast, room, and staff all have been so good. The Staff was patient and provided all the support needed.

If I knew the Russian language it would have been better, but the translation app work

Run away!!!!!

We did not Like anything! The only ok thing was the view.

Everything! It was the most expansive hotel we booked in Ouzbékistan and the worst by far! The employees were a nightmare! Rude rude rude! The restaurant was catastrophic ! The beds … terrible! We have been kicked out from the hotel before check out. You must pay for everything - even water during diner. You should run and avoid that place !

Uncomfortable & over priced, especially for Uzbekistan. Go there if you don't have other options

- Location is good - Breakfast is okayish - Great view - Young staff at the front desk was helpful

- Very uncomfortable beds - Cleaning staff basically told us to vacate the room 1 hour before actual checkout time - Dining / Breakfast choices are not great on site - Very rudimentary furnitures & comfort - Very small rooms - Price is ridiculously high for Uzbekistan - AND we had our worst experience in the country

A lovely gem of a hotel with a picturesque view.

One member of staff went out of their way to be helpful. Lovely view from our room and terrace. Access to Lake and good walks. Quiet and picturesque location. Simple, tasty menu with generous helpings.

One of the reasons we booked was to enjoy the swimming pool. This was empty on arrival. There was no notification that this would not be in use. Perhaps it will be ready for the summer. The website notes that both Russian and English is spoken. English could only be understood via translation app - this was OK but awkward.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view above the lake was wonderful

The staff was not so helpful and does not speak well in English. Don’t go to the restaurant where the cuisine is really not good and quite expensive for this quality.

Rooms clean, good seating on the terrace with nice views.

Breakfast very average, insufficient selection. Hard to reach the beach, it is not possible to go directly from the hotel to the lake. We booked rooms with arrival as early as 11 a.m., the hotel agreed. The rooms were not ready upon arrival. Dinner at the restaurant must be booked several hours in advance. They printed out a menu with us that what we choose will be available. Then it turned out that they don't have a lot of food.

Peaceful and relaxing stay by the Charvak lake

The mattress is hard and super comfy. Everything is clean. The bathroom is super, good hot shower and lot of power in the water. Good access to the beach. The view from the room was amazing, I enjoyed the sunset over the lake and its colours.

Internet does not work. I tried all the networks, all the passwords but nothing. It is a little expensive. The swimming pool was already empty. For locals the season ends in August and at 25 degrees it is already too cold.
