This VRBO was in the perfect location for our first leg of our visit to Germany. The location offered easy access to many vineyards and wineries as well as castle visit along the Rhine. The apartment had a wonderful view with easy access. It was spotless and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. A thank you to our hosts for sharing their apartment with us.

The location is peaceful and quiet. The view is amazing, looking over the Rhine and its valley. Although the apartment is nice, we missed a couple of things in the kitchen (like coasters) and there are no curtains for the front windows. Overall, nice getaway for a couple of days when exploring the region.

My husband and I spent three nights here and loved every minute of it! The apartment was lovely with plenty of room and pretty views of the vineyards and Rhine rivier. The location was very quiet and close to town. The kitchen was wonderful and the beds very comfortable. We loved walking down to town on trails through the vineyards, it was magical! We wished we had booked the apartment for a longer time and we are planning on coming back someday so we can fully enjoy the apartment and area. Edith, the host was very kind and we communicated as best we could. It was fun trying! She was patient with my broken German : ) A very sweet lady! It is a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend staying here!

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Vorort von Rüdesheim. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen und am Ziel wartet meist auch ein leckeres Essen und ein gutes Glas Wein.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser schönen,gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, mit einer sehr netten und entspannten Vermieterin. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei - und tolle Spazierwege direkt vor der Haustür. Kleines Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Die Lage ist toll,aber etwas dezentral,sodass wir häufig auf das Auto angewiesen waren.

Wer wandern oder ebiken will, ist das Objekt ideal. Wer in Rüdesheim etwas feiern möchte, bitte in Rüdesheim selbst buchen. Es geht zur Ferienwohnung steil bergauf. Man ist weit weg vom Schuss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Wer frühstücken will, kann sich in der Abtei St Hildegard die besten vollwertigen Croissants überhaupt kaufen und ist auch nicht weit zu gehen. Denkt an die verdunkelbare Schlafbrille, sonst wird es mit dem ausschlafen nichts.

Eine gemütliche FeWo für 2-3 Personen. Kompl. ausgestattete Küche, auch wenn wir sie so gut wie gar nicht genutzt haben. Im Bad ebenso alles vorhanden. Bequeme Betten, in denen wir gut geschlafen haben, und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, mit der wir uns gut unterhalten haben.

Wir haben den Urlaub in der großzügig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin, Frau Schwank, war sehr freundlich. Das die Wohnung etwas (ca. 2 km) vom Zentrum Rüdesheim entfernt ist, fällt aufgrund der sonst sehr schönen Lage mit Blick ins Rheintal nicht ins Gewicht. Wanderungen sind von diesem Standort gut zu starten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen; wir würden sie auch gerne wieder bei einem Urlaubsaufenthalt in Rüdesheim buchen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wirkte noch deutlich größer und komfortabler als bereits auf den Bildern. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Nach Rüdesheim ist es problemlos möglich durch die Weinberge zu Fuß zu laufen. In ca. 30 Minuten ist man so mitten in Rüdesheim. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank für die schönen 4 Tage.

Tolle, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Der Blick über das Rheintal ist unbezahlbar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus und unser Hund war auch sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad hatte eine super Dusche und für die Kids war die Wanne toll. In der Küche gab es Basic-Gewürze, Spülmittel, Schwamm etc. Ein Hinweis an andere Gäste: Der Kühlschrank hat kein Gefrierfach. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig 🤫 und man hat wirklich einen schönen Ausblick auf den Rhein. Wir waren zum wandern dort. So viele schöne Wanderrouten auf einem Fleck findet man selten. Der Rheinsteig ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Aber die Steckschääferklamm war für meine Jungs das totale Highlight! (Tipp!!) Die Natur ist aber generell atemberaubend. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zurückhaltend, der ganze Aufenthalt war durch und durch angenehm. Kommunikation klappte schnell und reibungslos. Insgesamt also satte 5 ⭐️ von uns!!!

Sehr saubere helle Wohnung im 1.OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Nette Vermieterin. Lage super für Hunde, da Weinberge direkt ans Haus grenzen. Trotz der heißen Außentemperaturen blieb die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Einziges Mini-Manko: in einem der Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster direkt über dem Bett nicht verdunkeln. Ab 4.30h war es taghell.. Wir kommen wieder!

Zunächst ein Dankeschön an die sehr netten Vermieter. So wünscht man sich vom Empfang über den Aufenthalt und bis zur Abreise begleitet zu werden. Sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und dennoch präsent und hilfsbereit. Danke ! Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattes was benötigt wird. Selbst Kaffee, Filtertüten und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die gestellte Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sind hochwertig. Putzmaterial und Gebrauchsgegenstände, wie z.B. Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, sind reichlich vorhanden. Die COVID 19 Hygienemaßnahmen wurden vorbildlich eingehalten. Es steht z.B. eine große Flasche Desinfektionsmittel zur Hand- und Flächenreinigung im Bad. Der Blick auf den Rhein ist wirklich sehr schön. Rüdesheim und die Umgebung sind traumhaft schön und bieten viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch bei nicht ganz optimalem Wetter. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und haben damit Touren am Rhein entlang gemacht. Als besonderen Komfort wurde uns von den Vermietern erlaubt die E-Bikes in der Garage unterzubringen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und für uns unbedingt erwähnenswert. Wer Entspannung im Rheingau sucht und dies in einer hervorragenden Ferienwohnung erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung, die in echt deutlich besser aussieht als auf den Bilder. Ich denke die Bilder sind schon etwas älter, da auf dem Bild zB noch ein Röhrenfernseher ist, in der Wohnung aber schon ein Flachbild Fernseher steht. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett ist bequem und hat zwei unterschiedliche Matratzenhärten. Bad mit Dachfenster und großer Badewanne, in die auch zwei Personen locker passen. Und alles ist sehr sauber! Die Lage ist, besonders mit Hund, ideal. Innerhalb weniger Meter ist man an einer Wiese und in den Weinbergen.

Supersaubere, ordentliche, helle geräumige Ferienwohnung in einer Sackgasse gelegen; freundliche Vermieter. Gutes W-LAN ist entgegen den Angaben vorhanden. Der Vorort ist sehr ruhig am Rand der Weinberge und trotzdem nahe zum Ortszentrum. Waldwege sind nach wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Daher ist die Unterkunft auch sehr für Hundebesitzer geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort und haben uns alle wohl gefühlt. In und um Rüdesheim gibt es viel zu erleben. Für Ausflüge nach Mainz und Frankfurt haben wir die Bahn benutzt, vom P&R- Parkplatz in Geisenheim aus. Insgesamt ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub!

A fantastic place to stay! Two beautiful bedrooms, a living and dining area, a great bathroom with large tub and a separate shower, and a very nice, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment occupies the entire second floor, all areas are spacious and generously furnished. It also affords a great view over the Rhine valley. Ms Schwank is a fantastic host. Linens, towels, and other bathroom and kitchen necessities have been provided, and the beds were all freshly draped upon our arrival. The apartment is located in Windeck, up on the slopes above the old town of Rüdesheim. Having a car is certainly useful as most restaurants, stores, and other businesses are down by the river. The apartment contains books and toys, so our little kids had something new and exciting to play with besides of what we brought along, which was great. As of our stay during July 2017, the apartment did not provide any internet access, but cellular reception was good. Thank you, Ms Schwank, for a wonderful week in Rüdesheim!

The apartment itself was very nice, was a lot larger than expected, it was the entire top floor of the owner's house. It was very well stocked with everything you can imagine, towels, toiletries, dishes, coffee, tea, etc. The farmers market jar of jam was a nice touch! Our two young boys had a lot of space to run around and play. Town is only a five minute drive down the hillside, so very close for groceries, restaurants, river cruises. The owners and extended family who live behind the house were very nice and accommodating as we arrived much later than was planned. Overall a very nice place to stay!
