The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room matched the photos, very spacious and comfortable. Being so close to the train/tube lines they even supplied ear plugs which was a bonus.
The bar itself wasn't the cleanest, tables were sticky and in general could have been a bit cleaner.
4.2
Room was nicely appointed. Was convenient after the gig downstairs.
It’s next to a train line and there was noise from the bar until past midnight. Woken up by the trains at 6am. They provide ear plugs, but at twice the price of other local accommodation I’m not sure that’s enough.

Location very good and convenient for event at the pub.
My room was cancelled at very late notice, I stayed on a room booked by my sister on a put up bed as a result - bed small and uncomfortable probably for a child. The decor was nice but made the room very dark. For the price breakfast should have been included.
Staff in the bar nor helpful when it came to disposing of decorations from the party in the cocktail bar the night before.

Location was excellent. I really like the decor
Can't think of anything I did not like

Location is fantastic and was the perfect base for our plans (based around Clapham and Tooting). Rooms were stylish, if a little well worn. Windows kept the noise from the street/roads below out - slept very well. Discount on food at The Bedford was a great bonus which we were happy to take advantage of, and were really happy with our meals (Sunday roast and a burger).
Room had a bit of wear and tear (scuffs, missing nob on light fitting, stiff fixtures in shower) but nothing that impacted our stay in any meaningful way.

Location and comfortable bed
4.2
The location and convenience of reach to travel and eat
It was not easy to get reception and request for iron
4.2
Great location, only a few minutes walk from balham train and tube station lots restaurants, pubs bars nearby, good atmosphere lively but not overcrowded. Room was surprisingly quiet as well.
Nothing, room was excellent value for money, good location

the bed was very large and comfortable. the bathroom furnishings were also pleasant.
air conditioning was useless, and the windows difficult to open. with the sliding glass frontings on each window, the room was extremely warm overnight. the A/C unit does not cool the room down whatsoever.

Very clean, unique, we were on the 2nd floor and the music was not an issue at all for us. great location and amazing staff. They held our luggage for us as we arrived quite early and also held it as we had some time time after checkout before our flight. I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the tattoos was exceptional. Coffee and Tea available in the room, clean and comfy. will stay again!
Nothing it was great.
4.2
Great venue, with lovely rooms. Everything was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Good quality tea/coffee provided, plus a mini fridge and a safe. Staff were polite and welcoming.
Pub/hotel had circus/show-themed decor, which was great.
Property is close to underground station/rail station and there are restaurants and other pubs within a close walk. Despite this, the room is quiet and you can’t hear much external noise .
The property was excellent and I’d definitely stay there again, however it isn’t fully suitable for anyone wanting to visit central London and have a tourist experience, as it is in Underground Zone3 and takes a while to get to the city centre. This makes it more expensive to keep travelling back & forwards on public transport too.
Also, there is a lift to all floors, HOWEVER the lift does not operate when the main pub is closed (both at night and in a morning), which does mean that there are steep stairs to return to rooms or to leave the premises.
No breakfast/brunch available during the week is a downside, but there are plenty of other food places available in a close proximity to the property.

the Irish bar man was rude and spoilt the whole evening.

Clean, well designed and decorated room. Excellent location and close to the local tube station. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet given location and nature of the building
Minor issues with TV and main light in room

nothing it was a fantastic find and we will come back to this hotel.

Very clean, nice deco, comfortable bed, big room and good location.
I did worry about if any venues on might be loud. But when I stay the night, there wasn't so nothing.

very clean
no room service or breakfast during the week. Bed wasnt very comfortable

rooms are so nice and beds so comfortable.
music from the swing dance class below the room went on longer than I would have liked given how tired I was, but still it was totally ok and not an unpleasant sound. train line is just outside the window, but double glazing muffles most of the noise and doesn’t bother me either.

Place is amazing
pub, room, location, food
