About this house rental
If you yearn for a memorable vacation in a dream home, then this is the spa house and its three floors the right choice. In the basement there is a tavern with a fireplace typical Istrian 'ognjisce' and a pool table. In addition to the basement is the relaxation room with sauna and Jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the house extend the spacious living room, a fully equipped professional kitchen, a bar and two suites, each with two bedrooms, a terrace and a bathroom. The ground floor and third bathroom on the ground floor are adapted to people with walking difficulties. Upstairs are six bedrooms with own baths rooms and terraces. Before the house with the enticing pool covers children's playground, gazebo and comfortable garden furniture. The walled estate offers privacy.

The villa has Everything you need when you are a many people together and only 10 min. walk to the Beach. The area is very quiet but still glose to supermarked and Pula. Maybe the house need some refreschment therefore only 4 stars aut og 5.

Spacious villa with nice amenities in small village with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Small grocery store nearby.
Bedrooms are basic yet comfortable. It would be better to have an internal staircase for the 6 upstairs rooms, however we had little rain so it was not a great issue. Note a couple of the double rooms downstairs had sofa beds, however these were perfectly comfortable.
The pool was clean and a good size, and it was nice to have an outdoor hot shower and toilets nearby. The hot tub controls do not work so the temp is either cold, boiling or if you hit it just right ok! They plan to replace this when the villa is next unoccupied (they are fully booked into 2019!) The sauna was out of order and being repaired while we stayed.
The games room could do with attention to make it more welcoming, however, we made extensive use of the pool table and football table - and the great table tennis table in the shade upstairs.
Kitchen is good with plenty of pans, utensils, crockery and glassware. Dishwashing machine is quirky - good luck! Drinking water in good supply and Robert will keep it topped up at your request. Internal dining room has dimmer switch in hall and tables large enough for big groups, however we mainly ate outside under the huge awning, taking advantage of the outdoor grill.
Robert and his brother were helpful and responsive. Robert recommends the local butcher -close to the Plodine supermarket a couple of miles away, and the local street side farm stalls for fresh fruit and veg.
Pula is worth a visit, as is Premantura and the adjacent nature park with great snorkeling at the far point by the safari bar. Medulin is worth a visit. Also close enough to visit the mountains about an hour away, or a day trip to Trieste in Italy 1 1/2- 2hrs away.
I do not recommend the area for scuba diving. We used Shark Dive in Medulin because the reviews were better than for other PADI dive outfits however, the outfit does not work to practice standards, eg as part of a discovery/first dive their was poor instruction, a learner diver was left on the boat with his equipment all around him and a learner diver was taken through a cave on a discovery dive. On our open water dive we were over weighted and as the group was large we were left to fend for ourselves in water with low visibility and little sea life to find! One diver floated to the surface at the safety stop and the dive master did nothing to assist them. Dive elsewhere!
