My brand new house is located in the best neighborhood in Austin because it is less than 10 minutes away from the airport, downtown and University of Texas! Right off of 11th and Chicon and a short walk away from lots of great coffee shops, bars, restaurants and breweries.
The open floor plan with high ceilings allows maximum flexibility for large groups. Coming into town for a friends weekend or bachelor/ette party? No problem! This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful patio that integrates directly with the living room and kitchen. More details below:
