This is the Location! Walk to Sorrento front bay beach and Sorrento Village. Magnificent Views from the upstairs balcony.
This delightful beach holiday home will not disappoint. Comfortable, affordable and so convenient.
BEDROOMS: 3, sleeping up to 8
BATHROOMS: 2, main with bath and shower.
PARKING: up to 3
Min 2 nights, min 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter. Min nights set for peak summer season December/January.
UPSTAIRS
Main lounge living area with couches, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi and a wood burning Coonara heater, ceiling fan, superb with views to the bay. Door opening out to a balcony out front to sit and watch the ships go by and a very large decking area at the back for entertaining with BBQ facilities, seating and a bar fridge.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a window servery to the outside back deck and a dining area opening out to the front deck.
Bedroom 1 with a king bed and study area with a desk and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 with 1 single bunk bed.
Bathroom with bath, shower and vanity.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed.
Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
This area leads out to the 2 person sauna and outdoor shower.
LINEN
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel. BYO beach towels.
Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

Comfortable house in a great location
We loved our stay at this comfortable home. There was plenty of space for our family, the location and proximity to the beach and Sorrento’s Main Street was great. The view of the ocean from the main living was really beautiful!
