The apartment combines in a wonderful way the "Allgäuer style" in the bay, where you can eat comfortably, with modern equipment in the living area and kitchenette.
In the living room, a comfortable leather couch ensures comfort, it can be opened to a comfortable double bed with 140x200 cm lying surface. The cozy dining area is integrated in the bay, from where you have a beautiful view of the Oberstdorf mountains.
With all you need is the new fully integrated kitchen equipped, stove with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Tosater, kettle, egg cooker, plenty of dishes and glasses.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet, hair dryer available.
In the adjoining bedroom there is next to the double bed a large wardrobe with ample storage space and access to the summer cool north balcony overlooking the mountains in the north.
Underground parking available and included in the price.
A cross-country ski run is close by.
Ironing board and iron are also available.
From the living room you can access a beautiful south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun even in winter. Chairs, parasol and table are available.
The center with its diverse leisure and shopping facilities is only about 8 minutes, in 3-5 minutes you can reach the next large shopping market, as well as the numerous hiking trails and trails or the bus stop.
The free access to the house is possible. An underground car park with its own parking space (number 4) is available and included in the price.
