Summary:
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo offers the perfect coastal retreat. Situated on the second floor, it's just meters from the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious terrace, complete with sun loungers and an al fresco dining set. Access the terrace from the open-plan living area and the king-sized master suite, which includes an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms feature a queen bed with a vanity desk and two twin beds, with a second bathroom offering a single vanity and bathtub.

The Space:
Our condo has a living space of 1,600 sq ft comprising of a master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity basins, a queen sized bedroom with vanity desk, a third bedroom with two twin beds and a second family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 6 adults can sleep comfortably in our condo making it one of the more spacious luxury condos directly on the beachfront on Seven Mile Beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with stainless-steel appliances - electric oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal - even a slow cooker, magic bullet and cocktail shaker! There is also a large separate front-loading washer and dryer.

We provide cotton towels, beach towels, all cotton linens (300-600 thread count), shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap. Wi-Fi access and Smart TV is complimentary.

The condo is currently professionally managed by Property Management Cayman Ltd. We use a key-less entry system so you don t need to worry about carrying keys around.

With its prime location on Seven Mile Beach, a car rental is not necessary. Enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, a variety of restaurants, shops, and hotels. Taxis and public transportation are readily available, offering easy access for further exploration. Other Things to Note:
Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.

Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex.

We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness.

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
