The main floor opens up to a stunning kitchen with dark cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. It has stainless steel appliances, spices, cookware, and dishes.
Bedroom one is the master ensuite with stunning water views, access to the upper deck and beautiful bedding and furnishings. The ensuite bathroom features a large shower with a built-in bench and a soaking tub -- luxurious and relaxing. Bedroom two is a queen bed with upper deck access and water views. Bedroom three is an ensuite queen bedroom with mountain views. Bedroom four, located on the lower level, is a twin/full bunk bed.
The downstairs living room has a huge couch and big screen TV. It also includes games, gaming table, and another full bathroom. With a sliding glass door, it has convenient access to the pickleball courts and complex commons area.
This townhome community, situated on the shores of Pineview, has stunning water views. Amenities include year-round hot tub access, seasonal outdoor heated pool, pickle-ball courts, horseshoe pit, and bocce ball. Inquire about boat parking.
