About this apartment rental

Spacious, welcoming place for 1-2 couples (with or without kids). Two ensuite king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with four twin beds. Minimum stay two nights with exception of vacation weeks. Our home is located in the Forest Ridge neighborhood in Lincoln within walking distance to the Sports Club amenities including pools, sauna, hot tub, game rooms, and tennis. Our unit is on the first floor (no stairs) with a covered entrance, a ski locker outside the front door, cozy gas fireplace, and back porch with a grill. Our property has a ski bus that picks up directly in front of our unit and takes you to Loon Mountain. Well equipped kitchen, internet and cable TV access (Netflix login available), a work station including printer and washer/dryer in unit. The master bathroom has a walk in shower; the other bathroom has a tub/shower. Amenities for children include travel crib and travel high chair, umbrella stroller, kids dinnerware and utensils, and some kid toys and books.

Well geared for a family with little kids! Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy! comfy couch and plenty of space to play! the location is also great as its right near the swimming pool and swingset.

When I arrived at the house, there was a lot of rubbish in front of the door and when I entered the house I found the kitchen full of dishes and a lot of rubbish. in the dirty bathrooms, the rooms with rubbish and the messy bed and the bed in the master bedroom was broken, I had to tidy up, we had to tidy up and clean the house

Great homeowners and condo for a family getaway! Clean, well-maintained and well stocked with spices, condiments, towels, sheets, and more! Such a wonderful place to spend with young family members. My 4 and 7yo daughters LOVED it here!

This condo was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 5. The owners communicated well and were very accommodating when we needed to change our arrival date! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals in the room. Highly recommend this condo!! We will definitely be back!!!

Renting this property Was extremely easy with the host Mary Beth and Joe. All equipped with everything that you would possibly need. Great Porch With Bbq grill very comfortable beds and all new appliances This condo close by lots of restaurants and touristy sites!!

Condo had everything you could possibly need (except an iron and ironing board) but that's more of a joke because everyone always tells me I shouldn't be ironing on vacation. You could tell the owners love it and try to think of everything to make your stay pleasurable including pool towels. It was clean, roomy and we felt right at home. Perfect for larger families as well and within walking distance to the pool. I would highly recommend to others and not hesitate to rent it again.

We stayed here with two couples and our children and it was perfect! Lots of games to entertain the children and nice and close to several restaurants and fun activities. Host's were super easy to work with and helped provide several suggestions in the area. Highly recommend!

We have visited New England four times. This condo was the best in a quiet, secure subdivision. No steps or stairs to deal with. Walk-in, sit down shower. Every appliance you could want. Two, that's right, two king size, super comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the kids with bunches of toys and games. Couch is huge and extremely comfortable. TVs, movies, great porch with grill for hanging out - this place has everything you could want. Would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed here with my fiancé and our 2 friends. The location of the condo in relation to town itself is great because it’s a quick drive but far enough off the main road to really give you a secluded mountain feel. The view from the front door of the mountains is amazing! Location of the condo within the complex is perfect too - it’s a short path to the pool and clubhouse, and right next to a grassy area which we utilized for spikeball and cornhole games. The bedrooms are spacious and large. The shower in the master suite is to die for! The two AC units cooled the whole condo on the 90 degree days we had. The TV and Internet worked great - we all had phones and laptops connected with no issues. Even had a smart tv we signed into Netflix on, all worked with no lag or issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more - they thought of everything!) The hosts were so thoughtful and even left out extra towels for us when they learned the pools had updated capacities (covid related policy). We had to communicate on a few questions upon arrival and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful. I truly felt like I was staying at a family members place. If you’re lucky enough to be able to rent this place, DO IT!

My sister and I brought our teen sons for two days of skiing. Everything was easy. Location was perfect. We didn’t take the shuttle but liked knowing it was an option if the boys wanted to ski longer than us. We would love to come again when we can stay longer and the facilities are accessible (post Covid).
