The farm hill of the smith is located in San Pietro a Dame, in the municipality of Cortona in Cortona mountain, 20km from the city, in a quiet and secluded location at an altitude of 700m above sea level on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The perfect place for those looking for a relaxing holiday away from the chaotic city traffic. The farm is located in a house built in 1800 and renovated in 2011 keeping its original characteristics. The house has a living area of 90 square meters on three levels, where the ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, Toaster etc. .... the living room with sofa bed, dining table , satellite TV and fireplace closed. On the first floor a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with doccia.Al second floor one double bedroom, a single room that you need to puo'trasformare double and a bathroom with shower.
