We stayed here with our two children 16 & 13 on a short trip (3 Nights) to discover Dresden. These apartments are gorgeous, we loved every minute of it, beautifully decorated in modern style, everything you might want and need was to hand and the most important thing-the beds were sooooo comfy! It’s right beside the ‘Dresden Zwinger’, so really central! It has a lovely bar/restaurant with a big roof terrace which we didn’t sample as it was rather chilly when we stayed there but we still had a lovely time having a few drinkies inside!! The staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. Prefect for families, you can order rolls to be delivered to your room for breakfast so it’s completely hassle free. We would highly recommend these apartments and we hope that we can visit again! Perfect 👌

Since it was 100 degrees F during our stay, and there is no air conditioning in building, strongly suggest the manager put a few fans in the flat.

Nice clean place in the center of town. Easy to walk everywhere or get on public transportation near by. City chock-a-block full of great museums & fun Winter Markets. Well organized reception & has laundry facilities!

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche, haben 3 Tage in dieses sehr schönen Apartment verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles haben wir, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, vorgefunden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Etagenbett ist groß genug, selbst für 1.80 m große Jungs. Ein schönes Frühstücks-Restaurant gibt es gleich nebenan. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten bereits 2 Stunden früher unser Apartment beziehen. Das Konzept des lebendigenen Hauses ist sehr interessant und die zentrale Lage optimal. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus mit neuem Konzept. Die etwas andere Ferienwohnung. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur empfehlen. Warum nur 4 Sterne - das Haus ist so neu, dass noch nicht alles zu 100% eingeschliffen ist. Bin aber optimistisch das es nicht mehr lange dauert bis alles rund läuft.

Die Lage der Wohnung geht nicht Zentraler. Die Ausschattung ist sehr modern mit sehr viel Platz. Ein Schrank in den Schlafzimmer fehlte. Leider war die Wohnung schlecht gereinigt, welches aber nach einem Hinweis aber sofort nachgeholt wurde. Der Kühlschrank wurde mit einigen Getränken (gegen Bezahlung) ausgestattet. Der Typische Umgebungslärm einer Stadt viel auf. Warscheinlich aber nur deshalb weil wir alle Fenster bei 35 Grad Außentemeratur geöffnet hatten. Der Service, Concierge, war sehr nett und kümmerte sich immer sofort. Das Boxspringbett war super beque, und auch zwei besondere Stühle im Eßzimmer.

Nice apartment if only supplies would suffice. Also some staff is rather non generous with suppplies like toilet paper and dishwashing soap (while others are but why do I have to ask twice?) and suggest that one buys it themselves. Other than that we had a great stay and it is a great location for families to visit Dresden.

Tolle neue Ferienwohnung, stylisch eingerichtet. Leider ist das ganze Haus noch eine Baustelle, früh am Morgen wird gebohrt, der Maler ist noch im Flur... die Wohnung war sonst toll, kommen gerne wieder, hätten uns aber eine Entschuldigung ( preisnachlass, Flasche Wein... ) für die Baustelle und das noch nicht fertige Haus gewünscht.
