Welcome to your luxury getaway at the Pelican Beach Resort!

Located on the 14th floor, this high-rise condo commands a breathtaking ocean view. Remodeled in October 2018, we decorated your suite to a warm elegant standard, perfect for that family outing or romantic escapade.

Your accommodations include:
Living Room: A queen-sized sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, reading chair, dinette, entertainment console and a UHD LED Smart-TV.

Kitchen: Top-of-the-line Gallery appliances in stainless steel: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Area is wrapped gracefully by granite counter-tops with gentle pendant lighting.

Bedroom: A full-sized king mattress with overhead fan grace your slumber. We provide full sets of fresh blankets, bedspreads, towels, linens and mats to ensure the comfort and hygiene of your stay. A UHD LED Smart-TV is front-and-center for your entertainment.

Bunk beds: Kids and more casual sleepers will enjoy two twin-sized bays each with lighting and 24" LED Smart-TV.

Bathrooms: Two units outfitted with new fixtures each with rainfall and hand showers. Each bathroom offers travel-sized shampoos, and lotions (and a supply of toilet paper). Hand-held hair-dryers are provided

Amenities: Wireless internet, cordless telephones. Laundry pods close by. Fine kitchen utensils, bar stools, decorative items and board games have been added. A Key-less entry system ensures your individual security for the duration of your stay. No worries about lost keys or late-night lock-outs.

First walking into the condo exceeded my expectations. Everything was picture perfect and the owners were always quick to respond prior to our arrival. Best birthday trip ever and we will be back next year. If you’re searching for the perfect spot just select book. Again, absolutely perfection!

Family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice with a great view of the beach and pool. Was nice that some beach umbrellas were there for our use and it was great to have the option to go to the pool or the beach. Having the cafe and tiki bar available was a nice bonus too. We would visit again.

What a Beautifully decorated Condo! Accommodations were roomy and comfortable for the 4 of us. With an Amazing view of the Ocean! Amenities at this property has everything you need! One of the best short vacations we have ever taken!! Will definitely return to this Condo and Resort in the future!! Thank you!!

The property was immaculately cleaned and beautiful. The pics don’t do it justice. Bob covered every detail in one message. Easy check in and easy to find.

The unit has aged guite a bit since pictures. I am all for rules but the property rules are a little much. You can't even enhoy the beach unless you rent chairs or you have to sit six rows back from the beach. They force you to rent the chairs basically. Ever other property up and down rhe beach had 1 or 2 rows of chairs so you could still be close but not this one they sit up 5 rows side to side and spaced put so you would be soooo far back. We had security come to the door at 9am because we had ONE towel clipped to the balcony to dry. Also, the walls are so very thin, take ear plugs because the master is on the outside and our upstairs neighbors woke us up at 6am every single day. The traffic is AWFUL!!! Thank goodness for the cafe because it was nearly impossible to get anywhere without fighting horrible traffic to do so. Beaches are gorgeous but i am 53 and have been going to Florida at least twice a year my entire life and never stayed someplace that tells you where you can sit on the beach and this is the worst traffic.

Amazing stay! Quiet building. Beach was amazing. Condo was so clean and all around had an amazing trip! The owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great week. The property was wonderful. The room over all was great, it had everything you need. The balcony chair cushions could be improved as not too comfortable and a good deep clean as the rail in the bathroom was dirty, I’m a germ-a-phob so I always clean when I get to a vacation spot. Elevators were fine, only time we had to wait was when everyone was coming in because of bad weather and you don’t wait too long. I would recommend this unit to stay. Nothing to do with this unit but every time we were on the balcony each evening someone staying close was smoking in their balcony so we could always smell it, was disappointed as we enjoy looking out at the ocean.

We loved the location of this property! The host was very responsive & easy to work with. The condo itself was good. Kitchen was well appointed. The main TV had an issue, but host was working to get it replaced. Overall we had a wonderful time.

My family and I had the best vacation! The condo is beautiful and is in the heart of so many fun spots. My kids, ages 13 and 9, smiled from ear to ear the entire stay. We are already planning on when we will return. Thank you Bob for being a wonderful host.

The unit was great! The views were to die for! It was clean and fully stocked with pots and pans. Even had an Airfryer! My kids loved their bunk beds and the fact they had their own T.V. We would definitely recommend and would come again. There were some renovations going on around the unit but we were out of the place during the day mostly so it didnt bother us. They did have some lines on the side of the building and at night they were super loud when getting banged against the building (it was a windy night) and woke us up a bit. But not a unit issue, more of a resort issue.

Let me be clear from the start that most everything Bob could control, was phenomenal. Kitchen was stocked. Everything was clean. Communication was always quick when I had a question. He’s running a top notch operation. Bathrooms were dim and water pressure was a trickle in one bathroom. HOWEVER—the actual location was less than desirable by a long shot. First of all, It doesn’t mention in any descriptions I’ve found, but you’re not allowed to bring your own beach tent to the beach. Which, I get it that the beach services have to make their money, but we have kids—kids want to play in the sand, not sit in a chair all day. Secondly, we never got to use our balcony because surrounding condos were ALWAYS smoking pot. Not interested in my 4 year old getting a contact high. Also, not being a stick in the mud—if pots your thing, cool—but this was a nonsmoking facility so I’m not outside of the realm of expectations here. I did venture out to the balcony one morning before sunrise, but the light was broken and held up with duct tape. Another thing that was supremely disappointing was the riff raft that was other guests. I can only assume there’s some units that are offering super discounts because once the weekend hit—the level of conduct of fellow guests went down to the ground. To the point of it didn’t feel safe. Overall, I don’t recommend this unit. I DO recommend using Bob if he has unit’s at another location. But I’d avoid this place at all costs!!

This condo is beautiful and the location is perfect on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped and my family enjoyed it! Everything was comfortable and well thought out. I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful apartment with awesome views. Everything was clean, it has many kitchen utensils which was perfect for me because I could use them to cook. We had a problem with the dishwasher, I didn't work. And the garbage disposal neither it looked like the sink was clogged. Quick communication with the owner.

From the moment i contacted Bob he answered questions quiclky and accurately. Everything about the condo was spot on. Once we arrived the couple of questions we had were also addressed quickly. The view and the interior of this condo deserves more than 5 stars. I would not hesitate revisiting or recommending this particular condo. Best vacation ever.

The view from this condo is unmatched. The condo had everything we needed, it was decorated nicely and was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here. The TVs in the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We loved that everything was in close proximity to this condo.

You can't beat this location, right on the beach, close to wonderful restaurants and daily dolphin viewings in front of us. Although the entire resort had a water issue one of the days, our host was on top of it and kept us informed even in the middle of the night when we initially discovered it. Even with that issue we would stay here again without thinking twice about it. Our host was awesome as was the resort.
