This charming, air-conditioned Chatham home has recently been upgraded. It has new living room furniture and fresh paint, new flooring and carpeting, new curtains and lamps, new five-burner/double-oven gas stove, new bedroom dressers and bookcases. Sea Song Cottage is just a short, 5-minute walk to beautiful, sandy, family-friendly Pleasant St. Beach on Nantucket Sound known for it's stunning sunsets and seashells. Historic downtown Chatham is a short drive away with boutique shops, Chatham A's baseball and gourmet restaurants. The cottage has all the comforts of home - a large, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen, a teak-furnished dining room, a bight sunroom, and a backyard deck with large Weber gas grill. The living room has two seating areas and includes a fireplace, large bay window and TV viewing area.
Both queen-sized bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a Smart TV, and stream Netflix, AT&T TV, Prime TV and Hulu. The third BR has bunk beds, a third twin bed, plus a fourth pull-out - perfect for children. Plus, High Speed Wireless internet and an outdoor shower. We had a wonderful week at this house! The beach is a very short walk, and it was also a short ride to the bike trails. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we loved the proximity to the beach and trails! The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for evening strolls. The outdoor shower is huge! We loved everything about our week here.

We had a great week on the Cape! This house is in a great location, walking distance to Pleasant St beach, which has some parking and is usually on the quiet side. The back yard was larger and more private than we expected and we spent several nights enjoying drinks outside. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a Cape Cod beach vacation.

We had a wonderful week at Sea Song Cottage. This property is very well appointed, has many amenities and is very clean. It is ideally situated, near a quiet, small beach and a short ride to Chatham center. Suzanne is a great host, providing all necessary information for a comfortable stay and very responsive to our inquiries. We certainly shall try to book this property on our next Cape Cod vacation.

The house was as advertised, with a great location and easy access to both beaches and amenities in Chatham and Harwich. The kitchen was fully loaded and made everything easy, especially with two young kids. Great yard and a nice, short walk to two different beaches. Would stay again without hesitation.

We had an amazing time at this house. We traveled with a 1, 3, and 5 year old. We had plenty of room. The house was fully equipped and had everything you can think of. The host was very responsive. It’s 5 min to a beach but the beach is very small, and it’s 10 min drive to Chatham. The yard is super cute and private!

We had a wonderful time at Seasong. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and small dog. We were able to walk to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet and the back deck was breezy and comfortable.

Suzanne was a very gracious and responsive host. The house was exactly as described. Check-in was easy. The house was very well maintained and clean upon arrival. Great location, walkable to a private beach area. Each day would could walk 3-4 miles around the area and still avoid the main roads and traffic. Suzanne provided 4 different types of coffee makers! 10 minutes to Chatham or Harwich.

We so enjoyed our time at Sea Song! Grandmother, kids, their 3 year old and a 17 year old nephew. We had plenty of room, the AC was Wonderful, and we loved being able to walk to the beach. Even more, it was dog friendly. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Loved the neighborhood, too!

Quiet neighborhood, perfect home and walk to beach
We’ve rented various homes on the cape and Seasong was the best situated for our family. We were greeted with a sweet welcome basket, the bedroom layout made sense for parents, 2 kids under 6, and a grandparent. The house has all the amenities between washer/dryer, AC, a yard for the kids to run, a wagon for beach supplies inclusive of chairs, umbrella and boogie board. It was a great vacation!

Great summer getaway!
Accurate description of the house and location. House was very clean and accessible. The house had all the comforts of home available, even a kitchen with enough supplies to cook dinners at the house after a relaxing day at the beach. The backyard is private enough to have BBQ's and play outdoor games. Plenty of space for 6 and our dog. Great place to spread out! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Exceeded expectations
The pictures don’t do the property justice. The rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet. People were very friendly. Host was very responsive. Less than 1/4 mile to the beach. Vey well equipped with everything we needed.

The Bridal Party!
Overall the house was perfect! It met all of our wishes, plenty of sleeping space, a good backyard, and proximity to the beach. Suzanne was beyond accommodating and helpful! Her communication was helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this enough!

The house had everything that we could ask for! It was comfortable and attractively decorated. The amenities were wonderful and made our stay so pleasant . Family week in Chatham
This house was perfect for our family week in Chatham - we had 6 adults and a baby at the house. It was exactly as advertised and the best part - it was spotlessly clean. The house has everything you could need, including beach chairs and towels! The location was perfect - the neighborhood is tucked away and very peaceful. The local beach (pleasant street) is a short walk, and the beach was almost empty every day. We used it as a walking destination in the morning and evening every day. For full beach days, we opted to go to the larger beaches - Harding or Ridgevale - both of which were just a 5 minute drive, and the best part is that the parking doesn't fill up, so we could go to those beaches at any time. This was huge for the baby - not having to rush to the beach in the morning made the trip so much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was incredibly well appointed, very comfortable, and our hosts were wonderful. The location is a lovely neighborhood with easy access to beaches and bike paths. Close to downtown Chatham and Harwich. Relaxing and comfortable!

Wonderful location and attentive owner
We had never stayed in this area of the Cape but found the area very walkable. The home was cozy and rooms were good size for the 7 of us! We had issues with WiFi and internet and the owner kept in contact with us until resolved. I would love to stay at this home many more times.

Perfect for small family getaway. Mixed weather did not dampen spirits. Nice low tide walks to Pleasant St Beach and Forest Road beach while dogs still allowed (before 5/1). Comfortable space. Excellent, communication with host.

Great location
Suzanne is excellent to deal with. Communication is great and was quick to reply if I had any questions. The house is an excellent location to the beach and we (myself, husband, 3 kids and a dog) enjoyed walking and biking to the beach, in the neighborhood and to the bike path). We love Chatham and were so happy we found her place to get away to for a few days.

Weekend Getaway
I fell in love with this Ranch style property conviniently located steps away from the beach. People around the neigborhood are very polite and friendly. We decided to go away from home but not sure because off season. We do not regreat the desicion of doing it due to the nice experience we had. The house is in good condition and well maintained and the owner is very responsive to the text messages if a question raise. I do recomend this property 100%.

Perfect Cape Getaway
We had a wonderful spring stay at this South Chatham house just blocks from the beach. The house was clean and appointed with all we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Communication with the property owner was clear, friendly, and helpful. She was very flexible and a great host. We love Chatham for the lighthouse, the great beach, and the national wildlife refuge. You can make your way into town on the Old Colony Rail Trail, which is an amazing little hike. And nearby Harwich is the quaintest most New England town you could find. This is also a perfect location if you want to get both up to P-Town one day and out to Nantucket from Hyannis on the ferry another. There's enough space in this house for two small and close families, a group of friends, or a family with grandparents. And you'll love being able to walk down to the beach whenever you want to get some sun.

We had a long weekend stay and it was great! The house was very clean and well located. The owner was very responsive . The location of the property is a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. Loved it!

Close to walk to the beach and near a few restaurants
It is a quiet neighborhood and the three bedrooms are spaced apart, so worked for my 2 daughters, 2 grandkids , husband, dog & myself. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and bakeware. The only 2 things was the Pod coffee maker needs to be replaced, very noisy and the shades in the bedrooms are too see through for privacy. The back yard and desk is a nice set-up with mood lights. During our stay there was a red fox who would go through the backyard.

WONDERFUL!
Loved the openness of the place, the area and being able to walk to the beach. It was nice having beach chairs, umbrellas, lights outside, towels, sheets, a washer and dryer, paper towels etc. We did notice the kitchen floor was a little sticky but overall the place was great! The owner got back to us quickly when we had questions and was extremely kind. We would love to stay here again sometime!!!

Peaceful Spot
My family and I enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The house is lovely with comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is well-stocked. And the backyard exhumed peace and coziness (the twinkling white lights added to the ambience!) where we could unwind at the end of each day. Suzanne was easy to work with as we planned out stay. She is well organized and communicated all sorts of important information that we would need (directions, check in/out procedures, where to eat, etc.). The perfect spot to escape to for a much needed get-away!

This was a great house with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation on Cape Cod. Close to the beach, Chatham and Harwich Port and other beaches/ponds too. Very comfortable, clean, stylish home with room to spare. Loved the outdoor porch with hanging festive lights, outdoor shower, and screened in porch. Lots of utensils, serving platters, coffee makers and the like. This home had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints! Great communication with the owner which was very helpful as we planned our trip. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

House is a short walk to Pleasant Street beach and lies in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house has plenty of room For 6 adults spread out and strong WiFi service; all of which allowed folks to work from the beach. As to Suzanne, she is very responsive and quick to remedy any glitches and very friendly person. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Relaxing and Cozy Stay on the Cape at Christmas
Everything about our stay was nice. The house was very comfortable, with lots of light. We had four adults and two children and it was a great fit for us, with a bit of room to spare. The kitchen was super well stocked, much better than most rentals we've stayed at. If you like to cook, you can cook anything in this kitchen. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the beach access being so close was a plus. Super chill and quiet family time over the holidays.
