The lovely house, built in Majorcan style, is quietly located in an exclusive residential area of Can Picafort. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool, lawn, 6 chairs, BBQ, 3 terraces, outside lounge, satellite TV, WiFi, additional outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 children's room. The house itself was nice, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our cleanliness standards. While it was equipped with a lot of useful items like cookware, floaties, and plenty of cutlery and plates, there were several issues that detracted from our experience.
The towels had an unpleasant smell, all the toilets had black stains, and the blankets provided were small and flimsy.
What was most concerning, however, was the property manager's behavior. While my family and I were cooking and chatting, he entered the property unannounced, without knocking, and just opened the door. This felt very weird and invasive. He then demanded 300 euros for a cleaning fee, which I questioned. After contacting VRBO, I was assured that no such charges should be made. Despite this, I was asked again about the payment at checkout today.
Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially due to the lack of privacy and the unwarranted demand for additional payment.

We had a fantastic holiday in Can Picafort.
The house are placed, with 400 m. to the nearest supermarket, approx. 1000 m. to the beach and town.
The house are really nice, with nice bedrooms (4) with aircon, and we needed the aircon ;-).
The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean, thank you.
We had some issue with smell from the drain/sewer in the master bedroom, something is wrong, it was a really bad smell.
But we had the garage door open and that help with the smelling.
It is the first time, the pictures do not match reality;
1; Lounge area - furniture's not as fine as in picture and curtains (were missing)
2: The outdoor shower, were almost incompetent.
We did rent the house for 14 days, and the pool guy did not clean it, in the 14 days. The pool was dirty in the second week and missing water/chlorine.
Just an issue for us, as in the house rules it was not aloud to barbecue from June to September, so vi missed an alternative as a electric grill/gas grill.
It would match great in the lovely outdoor dinning area.
And we love to barbecue, so we really missed it.
But in the end after 14 days, we must say - we had a lovely time at the house, but small things to change and it would have been perfect.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely villa on the outskirts of town. The villa itself was spacious and well equipped.
The pool was really lovely and the hosts very kindly put a fence up around the pool for safety with two toddlers.
Under an hour from the airport and close to some beautiful old towns. A great base for a real mix of relaxation and sight-seeing.
Corinna was super helpful, easily contactable and made our arrival very easy.

House served our 2 families well (3 in each family, older teenager in each family). Good location - 10-15 mins walk to grocery store, 15-20 mins walk to beach/stores/attractions. Can Picafort is a tourist town. We did not rent a car while there but wish we had so that we could have explored other areas more easily w/o additional taxi fees. On-site host was helpful. House was clean, meal prep at the house well served by a good kitchen, nice to have laundry on-site. The pool was a nice respite from the sun and beach crowds. Need to pay cleaning costs (in addition to advertised fees) at time of arrival - unexpected but informed of after booking rental. Overall a good experience, would stay at this location again.

Entspannung pur
Es war ein wirklicher toller Urlaub in einem noch tolleren Ferienhaus! Wunschlos glücklich, alles da gewesen, sogar Kinderspielsachen - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (außer der zweite Klimaanlagenschalter).
Der Ort selbst ist leider ein reiner Touristenort, aber da das Häuschen etwas außerhalb ist, war das kein Problem. Trotzdem war alles super zu erreichen!

Netter Empfang vor Ort, Terrasse und Pool super und nur einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der große Kühlschrank war bei den heißen Temperaturen ein Plus. Jederzeit immer wieder gerne.

Traumhafte ruhig gelegene Villa
Wir waren im Mai für 4 Tage mit Freunden in der Villa. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Übergabe und Abgabe war problemlos, wir durften sowohl früher ins Haus als auch später raus als angegeben. Joachim ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hat uns ein traumhaftes Haus vermietet.

Ruhig und großzügig, auch für mehr als eine Familie
Eigentlich findet man mit dieser Ferienwohnung, alles was die Bilder beschreiben. In der Küche mangelte es an nichts und alle Räumlichkeiten und Terrassen waren großzügig, sodass man sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen konnte.
Einzig der TV und das dieser nicht Wlan-Fähig war hat etwas gestört, um mal einen Netflix-Abend oder ähnliches zu machen (naja, beim nächsten Mal einfach an den Fire-TV-Stick denken).
Ansonsten lief die Kommunikation gut ab und bei Fragen, war WhatsApp ein willkommener Helfer.

Supernetter Kontakt zum Eigentümer und vor Ort, top Villa, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders grosser Vorteil im Winter ist -zusätzlich zum Kamin- Heizung in allen Zimmern - deshalb hatten wir gebucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig (auch offen im Winter) ebenso wie fussläufig am Strand. Super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Rennradtouren. Alles bestens, immer gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem Haus. Die verschiedenen Terassen, der Pool und die Außenküche inkl. Grill bieten zu jeder Tageszeit eine Beschäftigung. Perfekt für Selbstversorger. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rand der Stadt, an den Strand und die Promenade sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Traumhaus auf Mallorca
Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Tage dort, sind herzlich empfangen worden und waren begeistert von einem so schön eingerichteten Haus, welches so viele verschiedene Terrassen , für jede Tageszeit bietet. Würden sofort wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub
Das Ambiente und die Lage fanden wir sehr schön. Wir werden uns definitiv gern zurück erinnern. Am Anfang war das Wasser im Pool etwas unsauber. Es lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass wir die erste Gäste waren, die das Ferienhaus nach dem Corona-Lockdown gemietet haben. Danach wurde das Wasser im Pool immer sauberer.
Ansonsten war Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus ein Genuss! Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall gern weiter!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Frau Stahl-Offermann. ❤️
Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit. Frau Stahl-Offermann war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Laut der Bewertung gab es vermehrt Hunde gebelle in der Nachbarschaft, dem kann ich zustimmen, es hilte sich aber im Rahmen und nervig war es nicht. Das einzige was uns etwas genervt hat, war vom Nachbarshaus ein merkwürdiges Geräusch, es hörte sich an wie eine Drohne die mehrmals am Tag lief. Wir haben allerdings keine gesehen.
Besonders süß war unser Haus Gecko, der jeden Abend sich an der Außenlampe gewärmt hatte. Er war absolut zutraulich und macht auch nichts.
Alles in allem ein absolut gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.
Gerade für Kinder ist diese Unterkunft ein Muss, es sind einige Spielsachen so wie die Möglichkeit einer sicheren Pool Umrandung vorhanden. Balkone konnte man abschließen sodass die Kids nachts nicht raus rennen.
Wir mussten bis auf das Tor auch nichts abschließen als wir mal am Strand oder nachts an der Promenade waren. Da das Haus mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert war. Zugleich gibt es garkeine Möglichkeit einzusteigen weil das Tor spitzen und der Busch so hoch war, das es garnicht möglich ist irgendwie dort einzubrechen.
Wir kommen defintiv gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. ❤️

Perfektes verlängertes Wochenende
Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus incl. Garten, mit allem was man benötigt! Sehr gut gelegen, was Einkaufen und Strand angeht. Ruhig, aber trotzdem Zentral, bzw. Nah zum Zentrum. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Freundlich und schnelle Kommunikation per Mail / Handy. Es gibt wirklich rein gar nichts, was hier gefehlt hätte und/oder schlecht gewesen wäre.
Wir würden definitiv dieses Haus wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Lage
Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, denn das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von der aus man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten bei nächsten Supermarkt zum Brötchen holen beziehungsweise im Wald zum Spazieren gehen oder in 10 Minuten am Strand beziehungsweise bei der lebhaften Einkaufsmeile in Can Picafort ist.
Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: Wie auf den Bildern bereits ersichtlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit gemütlichen Sitzplätzen der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Egal ob draußen am Pool (Für die Liegen am Pool lagen für jeden Gast zusätzlich flauschige Badetücher bereit) oder auf einer der großen überdachten Terrassen: Hier kann man die Zeit wirklich genießen.
Die Übergabe durch die freundliche Dame vor Ort und vor allem auch die Kommunikation mit der netten Besitzerin liefen super.

A fantastic Villa in a great location
Angelika and Heinz were extremely welcoming on arrival and gave us a guided tour - good fun as they spoke German and we didn't but that was all part of the holiday experience.
The Villa is superb - very clean, everything in it that we needed and the pool area was perfect for our family of 6. The pool itself was cleaned three times whilst we were there for 11 days and, it is quite a sizable pool. There were some pool toys available and we just bought lilos for the girls - left them for the next visitors! Two spacious bedrooms upstairs and another sizeable double bedroom downstairs which was great for mum and dad - gave them a little bit of privacy. Kitchen has everything you need & The BBQ area was very good - we made use of that on a couple of occasions. The Villa is even better than the photos suggest. We all felt safe and secure in the location and its in generally a quiet area. It is about a 10 minute walk to a very large Eroski supermarket where we were able to buy pretty much everything you would need. 15 minutes stroll to a beautiful and clean sandy beach with a wonderfully blue sea where, you are able to wade out quite a while so very safe for the kids. There is a long promenade where you can walk to a harbour - we booked a 2 & 1/2 hour boat trip which was excellent and reasonably priced (£20 adults £13 kids). We found a number of excellent restaurants - the top three being Monaco, Vinicius & El Pinto - book a day in advance though. Kids enjoyed the 'Chocolate Bar' at night - Mocktails and music - they enjoyed seeing a Westlife Band & Michael Jackson - good clean holiday fun.
It was 45 minutes in a taxi from the airport and very straightforward to get to.
The six of us ranged in age from 13 to 70 and, we were all in agreement that we should provide a 5 star review.

Sehr schönes Haus nah am Strand
Das Haus ist toll gelegen, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin und kann das Auto stehen lassen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich.Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht und die Terrassen und der Garten laden zum Seele baumeln lassen ein.
Das einzige was uns gestört hat waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, die allein im Garten und auf den Balkonen gelassen werden und dort ständig bellen. Teilweise 2 h am Stück, vorzugsweise Nachts. Aber da kann ja die Finca nichts für und ich denke in Spanien ist das normal. Wir haben dann für Nachts Oropax gekauft, so ging's :)
Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und würden wieder kommen.

Kleinod in Can Picafort
Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein absolute Empfehlung für den Standort. Wir verbrachten wundervolle 9 Tage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und hilft wo sie kann. Durch unsere verspätete Ankunft aufgrund des Fluges auch sehr geduldig mit uns. Danke nochmal ;)
Das Haus ist innen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Keine unangenehmen Gerüche, Verschmutzungen oder Abnutzungserscheinungen. Es gibt durchaus modernere Villen in Mallorca aber dafür nicht mit diesem einmaligen Flair. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. TV, Internet/WLAN, Bluetooth Radio, Klimaanlage, Fön, Kaffeemaschine (Pad), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, alles ist verfügbar. Den Rest kann man sich ganz einfach in den Supermärkten in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto in der näheren Umgebung besorgen. Ein Mietwagen ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Etwas bequemere Matratzen hätten wir uns vielleicht gewünscht aber trotzdem ausreichend und vermutlich Standard in Spanien.
Die Außenanlage ist eine wahre Pracht und in Mallorca nicht unbedingt üblich. Wir haben zumindest kein vergleichbares Domizil gefunden. Üppiges Grün, mit allerlei Blumen, Sträuchern, Palmen und Ranken, perfekt arrangiert und laden zu tollen Abenden auf der Terrasse ein. Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Stunden zum Frühstück auf Veranda oder zum Ausklang am Abend in der Anlage. Der Grill wurde auch von uns genutzt, Klasse. Der Pool lädt zur Abkühlung ein auch wenn im Juni noch ein angenehmer Wind geht.
In der näheren Umgebung ist alles zu finden. Supermärkte, Tabakläden, den wunderschönen Strand Platja de Muro (10 min. zu Fuß) und nicht zu vergessen die tollen Restaurants. Eine kleine Empfehlung ist das Rapha´s. Unglaublich gute traditionell galizische Küche im Slow-Food Style. Alcudia, Inca, Arta mit ihren Märkten sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und alle in ungefähr 30 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus wählen.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren 2 Monate Gast in diesem schönen Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was wir als Familie über diese Zeit gebraucht haben. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und zum Strand, Restaurants, Tourismus mit alle Ladengeschäften und dem ganzen Trubel sind es wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren geeignet. Vermieter von Fahrräder aller Art sind in großer Zahl direkt im Ort. Es war für uns eine Fantaschtische Zeit.
Frau Stahl-Offermann ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, vielen dank. Wir kommen wieder.

wir sind nun wieder daheim aber eigentlich wären wir gern noch geblieben !!
Sie haben ein sehr schönes Domizil geschaffen. Das findet man nicht häufig. Eine Perle!
Oft freut man sich ja, wieder nach Hause zu kommen, aber wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir noch einige Tage hätten bleiben können.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr gut geschlafen (gute Matratzen) und überhaupt bietet das Haus und der Garten so viel Platz, dass man immer ein schönes Plätzchen findet. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Man kann aber auch in einigen der unzähligen Restaurants in der Nähe das Essen genießen.
Wir sind ja bereits Mallorca-Täter, konnten aber dennoch viele Ihrer Tipps gut gebrauchen, es war immer prima bis hervorragend. Auch dafür Danke.
Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns für Ihre Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Für uns ist der Norden mit der Bucht von Alcudia und seinem geschützten Naturstrand der Lieblings-Urlaubs-Ort auf Mallorca und wenn wir wiederkommen, dann würden wir gewiss gern wieder bei Ihnen wohnen wollen.
