Apartment was clean and well equipped. Perhaps a bit short on storage. Location is amazing, with great beachfront views lanai. Peaceful area and nice resort with good restaurant. Nearby mall has good options even if you don't want to drive. Parking is included, btw. Overall an awesome place.

Listen. This property, this unit, this owner.. what an incredible stay we had. My husband, my sister, our 3 young children and I stayed here for 12 nights. Not only is this a prime location on Kauai, the unit has all the amenities of home. It didn’t take us but five minutes to be settled in thanks to the well appointed amenities. This was truly an unforgettable stay. Thank you!

We spent our first 3 days in Honolulu and then hopped over to Kauai for the rest of our vacation. The resort was beautiful, the room was spacious and felt very private. The pool was great and there were padded chairs available every day - without paying a fee! There were also frogs on the property that my kids enjoyed catching (and releasing). Lastly, we had dinner at Oasis and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. Will definitely book again! Thank you Candace!

What a wonderful condo, beautiful view, on the first floor away from the pool with soft grass and the beach right outside. And it had all the amenities! Only issue I would say is the mattress topper was illfitting. But the best soaking tub ever

The property was a perfect location and the unit was immaculate for our family. Steps from both the beach and pool, the unit provided easy access to outside activities while having all the necessary amenities inside for an enjoyable stay!

We immensely enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, well-furnished, well-equipped, and is in one of the best locations within the Waipouli Beach Resort. Being at ground floor with sliding doors opening directly onto the southwest garden and just steps to the beach was most ideal for my family, giving us (especially my kids) space to roam free and soak in the amazing daytime surroundings, enjoy meals to the sound and sight of the ocean, watch sleeping seals on the sand, and even stargaze on the included beach chairs at night. Very short walks to the pool area (so, so cool!!) and to Oasis on the Beach restaurant (great place, wish it opened before 3pm), and just about everything else at the resort is easily accessible as well (side note: visit the frog pond by the lobby at night...fun to see and hear).
Needless to say, the Waipouli Beach Resort itself is fantastic -- gorgeous, welcoming staff, well-kept, family-friendly, and is easy to venture by walk or bike.
Last but not least, I valued the professionalism and hospitality of Candace, Cathy and team at Kauai Calls. Communication was stellar before and during my stay, both electronically and in written materials and instructions left in the condo. Check-in was effortless, and everything we needed for our stay was readily available. Also, the complimentary artisan dark chocolates were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Well appointed, condo on ground floor very close to the beach. Loved the top of the line appliances, comfy beds and quiet side of the complex. Although no walking path for miles in each direction as was stated, unless you consider that to be the sidewalk next to street traffic, the other amenities certainly make up for that. Great place for a little R and R.

This resort is my favorite. Ground floor unit just steps away from ocean. Condo was very clean,updated and the kitchen had all the utensils and plates needed. Although the pictures show a better view of the ocean, the hedges distorted the view somewhat. But it is still a beautiful place , there is a grass area to stand and see the view more.

Oceanfront, clean, equipped with everything we needed for a family breakfast and lunch. The pool and slides were the kids favorite activity, watching the sunrise a few steps from the room was the adults favorite. In front of the resort you find a Safeway and local stores for anything you forgot and an ABC for last minute gifts. We had an amazing time

This was a wonderful condo and had everything our family needed. It was right by both the beach and the pool/waterslides which our kids loved. There were boogie boards and beach chairs included with the unit which was amazing for our time at the beach. The condo is located in a great area and within easy walking distance of the Safeway across the street. The only downside is the traffic around the area, but that's going to be anywhere you stay on the island. I would highly recommend this condo for families with children especially.

Perfect vacation!
The unit was perfect for our family. We rented H103 and H101 and had a total of eight people in our group! We loved that the units we’re on the ground floor which made for easy access for the two seniors in our group. Our young children ages three and five absolutely loved the lazy river pool, the two water slides, and family hot tub.
H103 had all the needed kitchen equipment and it was a bonus to have the beach chairs and boogie boards. Waipouli Beach Resort also had sand toys for us to rent for the week. We had the best vacation here. This was our second time staying at this resort and we will definitely back. Candace was amazing at answering our questions and even let us into the unit an hour early. Thank you for helping us make great family memories!

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, our condo was just steps away from the beach and pool. We particularly enjoyed the adults-only hot tubs (they also have one for families)!
The restaurant located on the property was the perfect setting for dinner on the beach...service was great, the food was good but a little underwhelming for the price.
Centrally located easy parking. We would stay there again.

We have stayed at this resort in the past but I absolutely loved the location at this unit. The beach was steps away and everything was wonderful! The unit comes with all the beach essentials you would need. Candace & her team was very responsive & easy to deal with.

Wedding in Kaua'i
We stayed there from March 9th to the 18th. The resort is beautiful, with great amenities and well-maintained land. It's also very centrally located and so much to do nearby. The condo was great and had everything we needed, we could not figure out how to use the oven though, and the faucet in the master bath was broken, which made one of the sinks unusable. None, the less Kauai, was absolutely beautiful, the wedding went off without a hitch, and my family had a great vacation!! We did cut the whole trip short due to coronavirus and just wanting to return to Canada while we could, but we will be back again. Also, Kauai calls really helped us out towards the end when we needed a few extra hours in the room due to flight issues. I will definitely return to the Waipouli Beach Resort and will totally book with Kauai Calls again!!

Nice Visit in great unit location with decent unit amenities
Overall, we had a nice visit and stay in this unit. It is our 3rd time staying in the complex, and this unit was nicely situated in building H.
The management company, Kauai Calls was great and extremely responsive to our inquiries and requests, which we really appreciated.
In terms of the unit itself, it was OK for 4 adults and 2 kids, but not great as (1) a fair number of the cabinets and closets were locked off by the owner which really limited storage space, (2) the dining table was small and only fits 4 people, (3) the # of utensils for eating were very limited (e.g. 6 forks), and (4) there were limited consumables provided for our 2 week stay (basic quality travel shampoo bottles (no conditioner), small bars of soap, only a few roles of toilet paper and paper towels etc). We addressed point (4) with the property management company and they quickly provided some more consumables (which was very kind of them), but think especially at this price point more should be provided standard especially for a 2 week stay. Ultimately, even with a pull out couch available, I think the unit is better setup for 4 guests and not more.
Additionally, while there are ocean views as you look out from the balcony area, I would not consider it to be ocean front and rather partial ocean view. There are only a few units that are direct ocean front.
Overall, it is a nice complex and the unit is nicely situated, but I expected a bit more for the price in terms of: ocean front vs ocean view, space within the unit, and more and better quality consumables, but believe the management company did a great job with our requests and needs.

We loved the condo! It was within walking distance to a supermarket and several restaurants. Very convenient to the airport and being on the east side of the island was also convenient to the north and south sides of the island. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Had a great time at this unit. Layout was great for our two boys. They had a cooler and body boards and beach chairs. All that bulky stuff you’d like to have but don’t want to pack. Overall great time. Would definitely come back.

The condo was very nice and just as pictures showed. We loved walking out the door and seeing the ocean or just sitting and watching from the living room. The resort itself had a very nice pool and beach side restaurant. Close walking distance to grocery store, Starbucks, and other shops.

The overall resort is awesome - great pool, beautiful sunrise views on the beach, great restaurant. The condo itself is beautiful also very well equipped with a ton of kitchen supplies. We very much enjoyed our stay and the helpfulness of Candace and her staff.
