Le logement était parfait à tous points de vue. L'emplacement magnifique.
Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances dans un endroit calme entouré de verdure et proche de tout. La plage est parfaite.

Great base
Had a great stay in May 2019 with my family. The apartment is small but functional (note there is no oven) and very secure. 5 mins walk to both the beach and pool - both beautiful. Communication and welcome was very good and speedy. The overall location is good- nearest town is Caviliar then La Lavandou is 15 mins drive away. Would definitely visit again.

Belle Surprise !
Belle surprise effectivement. Malgré un emplacement très proche de la réception, nous n'avons jamais été embêté par le bruit. Résidence familiale et sympa (tout le monde se dit bonjour). Appartement ultra optimisé, très pratique et bien équipé. De plus, il est très bien entretenu. Belle piscine mais nous ne l'avons même pas essayé tant l'accès direct à la plage vous invite à profiter de cette magnifique plage du Pramousquier. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants.

Première location via un particulier et entière satisfaction. L'appartement de vacances est vaste, fonctionnel et très propre. Le cadre est magnifique, plage, piscine accessible en deux minutes. Location conforme à l'annonce, très bon accueil, résidence propre et très bien entretenue au milieu d'une pinède magnifique, l'accès facile à la mer et la piscine chauffée ( avec vue époustouflante )sont un plus, bref de quoi passer un super moment!!!!! Nous y retournerons !

Un vrai petit coin de paradis
J'ai découvert un endroit au calme, les pieds dans l'eau, dans la verdure au milieu des pins et des eucalyptus.
Appartement très propre confortable, sans escalier, avec vue mer et le bruit des vagues en fond. Il n'y manque rien.
J'ai passe une semaine reposante avec un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires.
Venez profiter de cet endroit, je le recommande vivement

Formidable endroit plein de charme et de sérénité, avec ce qu'il faut d'animations et de distractions pour tous les âges.
L'appartement très agréable, propre et fonctionnel ne manque de rien et on s'y sent très bien. De plus, il est idéalement situé au sein de la résidence, proche de l'accès à la plage, non loin de la magnifique piscine et tout près de l'accueil et de la grande terrasse, fort agréable.
L'accueil très sympathique et la gentillesse de la propriétaire ne font que renforcer tout ce bien-être. Nous avons hâte de revenir...

Accueil très chaleureux pour un appartement très fonctionnel, bien entretenu et rien ne manquait. Un endroit très beau avec une vue sur la mer, très belle végétation. La mer et la piscine étaient à 2 minutes de la propriété avec une vue panoramique.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la location, étant donner que c'était une première sur internet !

Tout est parfait :
-L'appartement très propre et son environnement dans un site magnifique, ainsi que son emplacement au sein du domaine, à mi-chemin entre la superbe piscine et la plage presque confidentielle, mais avec de nombreuses possibilités tant de restauration que d'activités, transat compris...
-Mais aussi et surtout l'accueil chaleureux, plein de gentillesse et d'attention des propriétaires.
La description et les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité si ce n'est le chant des cigales à ajouter.!. Merci beaucoup de la part de toute la famille.

Un petit coin de paradis
Environnement idyllique, au milieu d'une végétation méditerranéenne, résidence les pieds dans l'eau, bien entretenue avec superbe piscine à débordement.
Location très-très clean, très fonctionnel, sommes partis en famille avec 2 ados et les 2 sdb/toilettes sont très pratiques. Beaucoup de vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine de bonnes qualité, 2 TV, plusieurs tables de jardin...
Piste cyclable permettant de belles promenades.
A proximité de Cavalière, les filles ne sont pas ennuyées, bus pour aller au lavandou.
Nous reviendrons, merci encore aux propriétaires pour ces superbes vacances.

Les propriétaires sont très sérieux , à l'écoute et surtout plein d'attentions ce qui rend le séjour on ne peut plus agréable.
La plage de sable fin est à proximité immédiate et la piscine à quelques 200 mètres.
De la piscine vous avez une vue à vous coupez le souffle!!!
quelques animations sont organisées le soir mais la résidence est très calme.

La résidence est vraiment magnifique grâce à une végétation extraordinaire, et la piscine est plus belle encore que ce que vous pouvez le voir sur les photos!! Nous recommandons vivement cette appartement pour les familles qui souhaitent être au calme .
