Heat improperly worked. Complained with no resolution. Coffee always taste as if it was sitting for a while.

they waved a double booking because Booking.com informed me the day before I left they changed my dates.. They were very happy not to double charge me because of your slow service and response.

there’s nothing to complain about, it’s a great property.

The staff, the cleanliness  the overall place was magnificent

The hotel was clean and at a great location near everything you need as a traveller. It was conveniently located behind Bucees and McDonalds which is within walking distance. The attendant in charge of the breakfast area was always attentive to the cleanliness of the serving and dining areas. The food trays were always quickly replenished. I did not get her name, but she had black hair with a blonde pony tail and tattoos on her arms. :) Although the food was decent, after the 3rd day there, you might consider getting breakfast elsewhere as it is the same menu as day 1! LOL

This was my second visit to the hotel. With the exception of the day of arrival, the front desk staff was never visible. I did not get her name, but the lady who checked me in was always visible and greeted you with a smile every time she saw you. Although they have a camera on the counter to see if someone was at the front desk, they took too long to come out of the office. Sometimes you had to tap on the counter to make some noise or holler if someone was in the office to help you. Generally speaking, I think a little brush up on excellent customer service would be nice. I reported to the front desk that the hand sanitizer dispenser in front of the 3rd floor elevators was empty. After 4 days there, the dispenser was still empty when I checked out. The pool was clean, but the water was cold. After swimming a couple of laps, your body will get acclimated to the water temperature. The "Business Center" in the corner consisted of two computers and a printer that was inoperable for who knows for how long. I was not happy that I had to email my personal documents to their facility's email to print them out for me. It did not seem like the printer would be fixed any time soon as they were nonchalant about it being out of order.

Free breakfast and location

Ac not working in our 1st room Sofa bed full of crumbs from previous guests. Was told no one could come clean it until the next day. No body was in container provided by hotel. No linens ready or available for sofa bed. 2nd room linens for sofa bed stained

The room was lovely. The breakfast was very good. The lounge area was very clean and quiet.

The pool was very cold could have been warmer.

I always love this property. They always be fair and the treaty real nice the front desk as well.

I like about this property is is quiet you don’t hear a lot of noise  other guess it’s pretty awesome I really like it

The staff was excellent

Lots of things in the room needed repair. The closet bar was falling off the wall. The carpet was damaged. We we’re registered with 4 in the room had only received 2 towels consistently. Room not serviced daily.

The young man who was supposed to be taking care of the desk never seemed to be there when we walked up to the desk. He had to be summoned from the side room off of the desk area. Our only other complaint was the ac/heating in our never seemed to work. We needed the a/c when we arrived; however, a storm came through on our first night and weather became cooler. We did not need the room to be so cool but it never warmed up after attempting to adjust the thermostat.

The breakfast selections were very good; however, the cooking of things like the potatoes could be improved.

We king bed and a sleeper sofa for my son. The sofa was very dirty and the mattress was even worse. He ended up just sleeping with us on the bed.
