About this apartment rental
This cozy resort features a fresh color scheme, new windows in the solariums and updated landscaping. The tennis courts and putting green have been refurbished, and we are in the process of constructing new horseshoe pits and a shuffleboard court. Relax in one of the resort’s charming hammocks, installed around the lush property or keep up your gym routine in the new, larger fitness center.
The resort features a fully-furnished two-bedroom/two-bath condo with kitchen, living room, dining area and separate bedrooms. Beddijg includes a King bed, 2 Twin beds and a sleeper sofa.

Overall, we really liked this vacation rental. The location was near the venues we visited, the condos were clean and spacious, and the kids loved the pool. We also liked the fact that we did not have to do laundry or dishes before we could check out. Only requirement was to drop off the keycards. We especially want to commend Rich, the security agent. He was VERY accomodating, helpful, and just genuinely nice. The other security agent who checked us in after midnight was also very accomodating in helping us relocate into the same building with our other family group and also to move us down to lower floors.
Cons: The internet was constantly logging off. One of the staff finally gave us a staff password and that seemed to resolve the problem. Another HUGE negative was receiving marketing calls WHILE ON VACATON from our rental. On our check-in paperwork I had deliberately not checked the box that said it was ok to receive marketing calls, yet that is what happened...TWICE!...while at the parks we were visiting. Another negative was the fact that I asked repeatedly for a confirmation email that we had informed the staff of our late check-in, yet I never received one. Also, more USB plug-ins would have been appreciated.
Beyond these negatives, however, our vacation stay was great! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the negatives, but we would definitely stay there again.

The rental property is affordably priced and meticulously maintained. It features a compact gym facility with a limited selection of equipment. While the pool appeared attractive, our children did not have the opportunity to utilize it due to our frequent excursions. The convenient proximity to a gas station ensures refueling is easily accessible, and there are numerous dining and shopping options nearby. Additionally, Universal Studios is located just a brief 30-minute drive away. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again on any future visits to Orlando.

Location and condo were fine. We were charged an unexpected $26 a day resort fee for amenities we never used.

Our goal was to visit Disney and this was the perfect location. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. The heated pool was amazing after a long day of walking. The room was larger than I thought and a very cozy and comfortable stay.

We couldn’t be more happy with this place. So much space, loved the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, & having a washer & dryer. The kids loved the pool & activities on site. The staff was so accommodating & kind. Lizette at the front desk was amazing, but every staff member was lovely. The location was so close to fun events, shops, & restaurants. We’ll def return soon & book here again.

We came into town to celebrate our son’s birthday by going to Universal Studios. This property was incredibly spacious, shopping was close by, and there were fun activities on property. The individual who checked us in was really cheerful, hospitable, and helpful. We enjoyed our time and would recommend it to others.

I didnt realize all the fees we would incur when I booked. I see now its in the listing, but be sure to pay attention to ALL the listing when booking. The place was clean and conveniently located. However, the lady at check-in was very rude to my husband- so it didnt start out on the best foot. Our ceiling fan in the master was broke as well. Overall, it worked for our family, while on a budget.

We appreciated the size and comfort of the beds too. The lanai was a nice option.
One little complaint is that pillows were too thick for back sleepers and The condos felt dated but did the job for us.
No elevators made it a challenge with hauling luggage up and down. Especially for the older adults.

The condo was a bit out dated but clean and well maintained. The only negative was we call in the evening and the girl at the front desk kept forwarding us into the robo system and once we actually got her on the phone she immediately put us on hold for over 45 minutes before we gave up and hung up. I would visit again because it overall was worth it.

Despite being just off of 192, the property is surprisingly very quiet. Our unit was very clean and fully equipped with what you need. Walmart is very close and loads of restaurants nearby. Be patient to manage the traffic and figure out short cuts as there are back roads you can take.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was great with lots of amenities like 2 pools, a playground, grills etc. We thought it was a great value for what we got. My only complaint was that the king bed in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable but other than that a perfect stay!

I traveled here with my sister, as well as my niece and son. I love how the vacation home was by a lot of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I have no complaints really. The check-in process was a little rough as there were two people in front of me and I have no patience lol but the security guard was also willing to help assist people in the lobby. I like that the property also has a swimming pool, playground, and grills to cook on. They also have different activities throughout the day which is also a plus. I enjoyed the fact that they also had free popcorn available in the lobby. This is also close to Disney Springs, as well as Magic Kingdom. I would not mind staying at this property again.

The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the amazing heated pool, which provided the perfect relaxation spot after a busy day at the parks. Property was as expected except that there’s a DAILY amenities fee of $25 not included in the listed VRBO price, plus a $200 deposit. Evening check-in staff was sloppy, but texted twice a day to check on us.
Overall not the best, not the worst. Biggest takeaway, you’re not getting the deal you think you are.

Very comfy, clean, bright, open 2BR unit. One caution: beds were very comfy for back-sleepers but slightly too-stiff for side sleepers. Also...small detail...toilet seat small, won't accomodate large individuals easily. Master BR was amazing...bathtub you could eiather jacizzi in or swim laps! All in all highly recommended. Staff very very friendly and helpful.
