About this house rental
From our modern, well-kept holiday home "Casa Prainha" it is only a 5 minute walk through the quiet and child-friendly resort to the fine sandy Algarve beaches with impressive rock formations. There are also 3 beautifully designed swimming pools (open from the beginning of April to the end of October) in our guarded resort. One of them is just around the corner, but not within earshot. The fantastic Atlantic pool with sea view in a terraced complex with beach bar is only a five minute walk away. Our holiday home has a small, sheltered garden with a well-kept terrace, sturdy garden furniture and a modern concrete barbecue fireplace (since February 2003) with a large stainless steel grate. We have equipped and maintained it with love and understanding to provide you a perfect holiday home: cosy sitting area with Smart TV, cable TV with 150 channels, WLAN (1000/200), dining area, well-equipped kitchen with lots of table and kitchenware and high-quality household appliances as well as children's high chair and bed. Upstairs are two suites with spacious built-in wardrobes and modern bathrooms. The resort has a small supermarket, a pizzeria (both open from the beginning of April to the end of October), a fine restaurant with sea view and nearby beach restaurants.
Sports: The resort has 1 padel court and 2 tennis courts + rackets and balls, 1 multifunctional sports court, a large lawn field with volleyball net, 1 adventure children's playground with large trampoline and 1 children's playground for toddlers.

Great base to start explore Alvor and the wider region. Property has 2 double rooms both en-suite. Small garden with a built in bbq but ideal for outdoor dining or just to sit out and have a cold drink. Access to all the amenities in Prainha resort was a big plus. Also 5 mins from the beach.

The location of the flat is within a quiet and secure holiday village. The nearby pool was just great for our kids (6+8). There's two more pools to use, one the marvelous Atlantic pool. The beach is just a 10min walk away and one of the best in this region.
The little house has everything, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a parlor room, ideal for four persons. Kitchen is well equipped and you can easily cook your own meals, market is nearby.
Contact with Agency was easy and uncomplicated, even if you arrive late in the evening. Easy access with car and own parking slot.
Can highly recommend this spot and house to families, who want to have good and own accommodation.

The location was nice and the pools awesome. The garden is ok but not much sun because of the high walls.
The appartment it self is correct but there is nothing basic (no oil, no salt, no pepper, 1 toilet paper roll). Some of the glasses were cracked (dangerous). The lady who welcomed us could not describe the meeting point on the phone. We got to arrived earlier and leave our luggageâs, very nice !

What a nice parc. Superb location with beautifull beach and cliffs on walking distance. 3 great pools on the site, one just next to the house. Our kids (7, 10 and 12) loved it. Kind host and good communication.

Goståmos muito!! Da casa (bem equipada, limpa, tinha de facto tudo o que nos era necessårio), do espaço de jardim, do sossego do bairro... acho que quem vem com o conceito de férias sossegadas, consegue efectivamente usufrir!
A unica nota menos positiva é a falta de manutenção das piscinas: falhas de azulejos e piso desnivelado, potenciam acidentes, sobretudo em crianças.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Alvor verbracht.
Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und fuer die ganz Kleinen waren Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Insbesondere der kleine Garten und die Naehe zum Pool sind mit Kindern toll.
Der Kontakt, Anmietung und Schluesseluebergabe liefen ohne Probleme und auch bei jegliche Fragen/ Problemen waehrend des Aufenthaltes, wurde Schnell und unkompliziert geholfen ;-)
Wirklich eine tolle Anlage und ein tolles Appartment. Wir koennen uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen mal wieder zu kommen :-)

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful, clean, well stocked home. The photos actually donât do it justice itâs even better in person.

Anmietung, Ăbergabe und Abnahme waren unkompliziert.
Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgesstattet, es fehlte an nichts, gröĂtes Plus sind die beiden BĂ€der. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gepflegt mit einem tollen Strand der in wenigen Minuten zu FuĂ erreichbar ist.
Es war unser erster Urlaub in Portugal aber sicher nicht unser letzter und wenn wir wieder kommen werden wir versuchen wieder in Prainha unterzukommen.

A good place for a family with kids. The house has a very nice small garden. The nearby pools are normally not crowded but the other bigger ones from the place are a long walk away. The âtrĂȘs irmĂŁosâ beach is very good and close enough to walk there daily with kids.
The negative points is the internet access is limited, so no Netflix, the tv service is satellite and the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Location is a stone throw from the beach (3 mins walk) and the fabulous Cancio restaurant bar, built within the cliff rock (stunning! I could have stayed all day!) Property is about 20 mins walk into the village with so many restaurants to choose from! although we opted for Uber transport at night and it only cost about 3 euros. Great communications throughout our stay and particularly with the owner's friends when we had issues with the key safe. Had a lovely holiday, and will be back in the future. Many thanks

Sehr nette Vermieterin, reibungsloser Kontakt u Abwicklung,
auch Fr. Verschuur die sich um das Haus und das Wohl der Urlauber kĂŒmmert, ist sehr nett. Könnte einem auch vieles ĂŒber die Urlaubsregion erzĂ€hlen und Tipps geben.
Das Haus ist in einem einwandfreien sauberen gepflegten Zustand.Alles Nötige ist im Haus (sogar Staubsauger) vorhanden.
Zum Strand sind es auch nur ein paar Gehminuten, ebenfalls ist in der Anlage ein kleiner Supermarkt der eigentlich alles hat.
Auch die Pizzeria (Miss Pasta) kann man empfehlen.
Wie immer ein 5 Sterne Urlaub der sehr gelungen war.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sehr begeistert.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine komplette Ausstattung (die man so in einem Urlaub braucht) und ist in einer sehr sauberen und angenehmen Anlage lokalisiert.
Der ruhige Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und ist sehr schön fĂŒr das Auge.
5-Sterne fĂŒr einen gelungenen und einer unserer schönsten Urlaube inkl. toller Bleibe! Bis bald!
