This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a spacious living room and dining room has a sunny Florida room and a charming side lanai. Beautifully renovated and furnished in 2015, it has new stone tile floors throughout the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, new carpet in the bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms with granite vanities and new tile floors. The gorgeous white kitchen was renovated in 2020. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. It also has a separate vanity with a make-up table and a large vanity in the main area of the private bath.Wait until you see the new walk in stone shower!
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to 2 twins, a beautiful sunny bay window and a large double closet. It also has a private entrance to a private bath with an eye-catching granite vanity.
The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a new dishwasher, a refrigerator with a water filter, ice maker, white cabinets, a large double sink and granite counter tops.
The living room has a large flat screen TV and gorgeous decor!
Located in Harrington Lake within the Plantation, a short walk to the neighborhood pool and a 15 minute drive to Venice beaches on the charming island with many great restaurants. Bike paths can be found throughout the neighborhood area and throughout Venice. Many public golf courses are available throughout the Venice community.
