Nein, wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen.

Gefallen haben uns die Matratzen des Bettes man konnte gut darauf schlafen. Die Wohnung war groß und sauber.

Das einchecken hat erst beim dritten Anlauf endlich funktioniert, bekam per Handynummer erst mal ein paar Stunden keine Antwort. Wir sollten ab 14.00 Uhr einchecken können. Der geschickte Code ging nicht und wir standen vor der Tür, es war niemand zu erreichen. Wir kamen dann gegen 15 Uhr eine freundliche email das wir ab 14 Uhr mit einem neuen Code einchecken können. Also zum dritten mal dahingefahren. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Dann klappte es. Wir mussten leider abends feststellen das es kein warmes Wasser gab. Wir schrieben den Vermieter an er schrieb sofort zurück das er am nächsten Tag einen Installateur beauftragen würde. Wir hörten nichts mehr, ich frug dann nachmittags an ob wir, wenn wir nach Hause kommen warmes Wasser haben, er schrieb sehr freundlich, das jetzt alles klappt. Als wir heim kamen und ENDLICH duschen wollten, war wieder kein warmes Wasser :( .Vermieter wieder angeschrieben, er meinte der Installateur wäre da gewesen und hätte ihm berichtet das alles funktioniert, er ruft ihn nochmal an. Dann endlich am dritten Tag abends konnten wir dann duschen. :-( Die Lage der Wohnung ist keiner, nennen wir es mal vorsichtig, nicht gerade guten Lage.

Unzuverlässig, unseriös, in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Von der Unterkunft konnte man schnell in die Stadt gelangen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre geraten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet. In den Räumlichkeiten stehen überall unterschiedliche Betten mit durchgelegenen Matratzen zur Verfügung. Die Mitteilung der Türcodes hat leider nicht stattgefunden. Wir haben lediglich den Türcode für die Eingangstür aber nicht für die Wohnungstür erhalten. Nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme zur Vermietung wurde uns dann telefonisch auf einem Samstag nach anreise mitgeteilt, dass lediglich nur eine Wohnung beziehbar sei. Heißt das unsere Reisetruppe nur teilweise einen Schlafplatz hatte. Da eine der zwei gebuchten Unterkünfte nicht beziehbar war. Das Geld sollte uns an dem selben Tag erstattet werden. Welches auch leider zu spät erfolgt ist. Die Zahlungsart der Unterkunft war mit PayPal aber die Erstattung konnte wunderlicherweise nicht über PayPal erfolgen.

War sehr gut von der Lage, der Chef sehr nett. Ich würde nochmal kommen, preis war auch gut.

Leider ohne Balkon, aber egal.

Einmal und nie Wieder.

Fenster griffe waren zum Teil Lose, bzw. nur mit einer Schraube fest gemacht. Fenster sind alle undicht gewesen. Ein Fenster war mit Panzerband fest gemacht. Die Hygiene Artikeln sind nicht vorhanden gewesen. Steck/wanddosen mit Panzerband zugeklebt. Küchen Ausstattung war mehr als Kläglich. Kleiderschränke zum Teil defekt / Wackelig. Amerturen durchweg verkalkt. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Duschvorhang, die Stange dafür hing am "Seidenenfaden". Im Badezimmer befand sich ein großes Loch in der Wand was mit Toilettenpapier zu gestopft war. WLAN Accesspoint hingen im Treppenhaus an Ihren Netzwerkkabeln, Pinpads für Einlass in die Wohnungem ebenfalls nicht richtig montiert. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Good Location and Good Price

Good location as visiting family who live close by. Good facilities, felt spacious and comfortable beds.

Late at night, people drinking outside and using the apartment foyer to store their drinks, who weren’t staying at the property. They were then coming I. and trying different codes in different doors pretending to be staying there. Very odd behaviour. Apartment also needed routine repairs.

you get what you pay for. totally adequate

location. It was a very good price, so can't complain. It was quiet enough at night. lovely cafe on the square, you need to prebook. the codes worked great.I didnt expect Wifi but it was there, which was nice. perfect for a one night stay

room smelled heavily like smoke. towels and bedding weren't the greatest. front door to the apartmemts couldn't be locked.

Nice size beds clean and good.

We could not take a proper shower so we left after 3 days. The shower head could not be hung up there was no bar to put it on. Enough hot water but no pressure . See pics

Clean apt, spacious, comfortable bed, great location

there is no lukewarm water in the toilet in the shower cabin as in the lavatory. the water is either hot or cold. when we entered the apt the heating was not on in the bedroom, while mi-december. the quilts were very thin and there were no extra blankets so we had to sleep with socks and sweatshirts on before the room warmed up sufficiently to put them off

Mid level apartment

The location was good.

The pictures in the site were for a normal apartment, but was provided with an attic. The shower was very low and incomfortable. The cleaner entered the room without our consent.

Noisy apartments in the city center

Location of the apartment in the city center next to the Museum of King Wilheim. The apartment is furnished with IKEA and is quite large. Bed is comfortable and big

There are very few dishes in the apartment - only one cup for tea. There are no dishes for baking in the oven. No spatula, scissors, only 1 unsharpened knife. The apartments usually have salt, sugar, tea. There was nothing here. I had a feeling that I was not expected here. There is no individual attitude to the client and no information about the city (no map, no recommendation of restaurants, etc.) Every evening people sit under the window and smoke a hookah - all the smoke in the room. This is terrible! Also very noisy all night.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and couch, bright.

Top floor apartment shower, had to sit in the bath tub to wash due to sloping roof. Shower head has a maximum height of roughly 3-4 foot.

Really nice, value for money

Room was big and clean Easy to use self check in Central location

Can't get into vending machines when reception shut after 5pm I was overcharged by £472, by error I'm sure, but I am yet to be refunded and its now 11 days. I have been overdrawn and incurring bank charges for their error.

Passable

The appartment smelt bad of sigaret smoke even our clothes smelt like sigarets. The shower was or to hot or to cold, impossible to get the right temperature, The first evening we could not use the induction cooking because there was a child lock and we did not manage to put it out. Perhaps make a little instruction how to use the induction cooking. One night there was a party going on above our appartment with loud music, shouting en noise till three o'clock in the morning.

Found some fake eyelashes on the living room mirror (from previous guests I guess) and used coffee capsules still in the machine.
