My family had an absolutely wonderful stay- the property is even better than we expected- so comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The host provided so many small details that made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Great location within the Cape, and easy to get to all surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

The house was just as advertised. A great, quiet location with lots of open space for our large family to be together. So close to everything on Cape. We loved staying here and will be back.

The house was in excellent shape, exactly as advertised. I would have preferred somewhat easier access to the beach.

We stayed at Carol's beautiful home while we were in New Seabury for a wedding. We loved it! There was more than enough space for 7 of us adults, it could have slept at least 10 comfortably! The kitchen/dining space and outdoor deck were perfect for us, as we used the grill and sat down together for a meal. She left plenty of info about how to get around in the area- South Cape beach was awesome! - and was always super quick to answer emails or texts whenever I had a question. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils available, and she even supplied beach chairs :) thank you so much Carol, we would love to stay in SummerSea again!

We have always rented summer homes in North and West Falmouth to be close to Old Silver Beach. We decided to try something different this summer, and were so pleased with this house. First, the location in New Seabury was terrific. The private beach and the State Beach are excellent. We found that Old Silver Beach is only about a 15 minute drive. It was fun to explore the area including the marketplace, golf courses and Mashpee Commons. The house is central to all in New Seabury and is very private. Second, the house is immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated. Everyone was comfortable on the large beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. The a/c throughout was a plus. We enjoyed the large deck and large grill with the comfortable deck furniture. Lastly, the pride in ownership shows in every detail, and the owners Carol and Frank are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this vacation home on Periwinkle Lane.

Our family of 5 just spent a wonderful week on The Cape in this beautiful home! The owners could not have been nicer or more attentive to every detail. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, more than enough space for everyone, as well as two large living spaces- one upstairs opening up into a beautifully appointed kitchen, and one on the lower level off of the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The deck off of the kitchen/dining room was great for entertaining. We appreciated how comfortable the beds were, and how clean and well maintained everything was. The house is centrally located, an easy drive to the New Seabury beach club. I can't say enough about how wonderful the owners of this property were, getting back to us promptly with any questions we had, etc.. We would definitely recommend it to others!
