Place was nice and as advertised. Only struggle was figuring out the lock on the door

Great place to stay for our gathering. Easy walk to downtown McCall, plenty of room, outfitted well for dining in, and good neighborhood location. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable to hang out and relax. Easy walk into town. Absolute best at this price point

Great, clean property. Easy communication with management.

Not very clean. Pine needles all over front room and steps. Assuming from Christmas tree. The property was clearly not vacuumed. A lot of mold growing in upstairs bathroom on ceiling. Mattress pad had blood stains on it. Nice property, kitchen well stocked, great location. Due to lack of cleanliness, we would not stay there again.

Nicely appointed cabin that is located in town . Lots of beds and seating . Very warm and comfortable.

Great location. Easy access and able to park our big snowmobile trailer and 2 cars. One car in garage, one in driveway, then still room for pickup. Big cabin, 3 floors. Plenty of room for whole family. Good heat with 2 gas fireplaces. A little outdated, but very clean and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay at Stedman cabin again, winter or summer.

It’s a good size, and has lots of beds to choose from. The upstairs queen is particularly comfortable with a firm mattress. The place has a nice, kind of old-school charm. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates and cooking tools, placemats, etc, but could use some tea, so we left some.
Cons, the garbage disposal didn’t work, and the TV worked one night, and not the next. Remote batteries were likely a factor. It’d be nice if there were batteries for that on hand. The basement could really use some wall hangings and decor to give a warmer, and less “creepy basement” feeling. As many have said, the outside trash can was very full. And when it doesn’t get closed properly, animals get into it… there was a fair amount of trash strewn about the driveway when we arrived.
It was moderately clean, as would be expected of a more ‘rustic’ sort of place. It takes a while to heat up but once it does, it’s very warm! If you sleep upstairs, assume things will get hot and open a window (we stayed in winter and it was in the teens at night).

We so enjoyed this cabin for our girls weekend. It was well stocked and offered all the things that we needed. We would definitely use this home again if we were in the McCall area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in McCall for a family reunion and this house was an excellent choice. There is lots of room to spread out and find your own space to enjoy. The scenery was awesome, especially the deer who visited us several times. Even saw a nice three point buck. The house was clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with most everything you will need in the way of cooking and dishes. There was also a good supply of most used ingredients for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only thing that was different from the description was the walking time to the lake. It is a good 20 minute walk to downtown (unless there was a shortcut we didn't know about). It was a beautiful walk though and I would highly recommend it. Would definitely recommend this house.

House was ok, no way to cool it off. 3 weak fans in the house. Group of 7 booked for 3 nights and no to besides what’s in the roller.

Plenty of room, centrally located to downtown McCall. My wife and I sat on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and watching the deer graze.

The place was not clean at all. Sheets not clean, mold, hair, you name it. Even after they sent out another crew to clean still not clean. Very old school cabin but again the big problem is cleanliness. Not very nice. No A/C which is a problem if you want to stay there in July and August. Customer service was basically tough luck "no one has ever complained" and told us they were "generous" in with waiving the cleaning fee. I would not recommend booking this place. Not clean and need some serious work if you want enjoy a stay in McCall. Definitely not worth the money we paid so renter beware.

Great place to meet and stay
The house had space for everyone to be together and more importantly, space for people to be alone. Easy walk to Main Street in beautiful McCall. The Cabin had everything one could ask for. We gathered from east and west and left with only good memories. This was a hit with the extended family.

Nice home, short on supplies
Nice comfortable home. We ran out of paper towels and laundry pods. Had two small children, so had to do a couple loads of laundry, including bath towels and washcloths. Lots of snow while we were there....snow removal contractor busy, so we had to wait a day for the driveway to be cleared.

Our Fall stay
We had a wonderful stay, we loved the location and loved the sleeping arrangements and how they had plenty of space/beds. Front door knob was broken which made it hard to open from the outside, but besides that it was amazing!

Great gathering place for families!
This home was on a quiet and private street but very close to town and activities. It had all the kitchen gear needed and was very well set up especially for a large group of 8. We really enjoyed our stay and was very relaxed in this home.

Great Memories Made
Rented this cabin with friends and family to celebrate my wife's graduation. Great home and the pictures on here do not do it justice, a lot bigger than we expected. Only a 15-minute walking distance to a local restaurant. Lovely home, the town of McCall is adorable and great fly fishing in the area. Would definitely go back.

Four of us stayed at the house. Each one of us had our own room. The location was perfect! The house was very cozy, and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Overall great place
Really beautiful location & close to town! Checking in and out was super easy & would definitely recommend this place to stay! The one and only problem we encountered were all the sinks in the bathrooms were clogged and the water wouldn’t drain. Overall a really great place!

Nice house / location
We enjoyed our stay during the last week of July. The house was clean and well supplied. Location to town was great and within walking distance. Perfect for large group

Great space
Enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and the lake. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Kitchen was well appointed! Love the back deck where we had breakfast each morning and dinner. Outside garbage was full Upon arrival so we didn’t have room for our trash. That was the only downside. We were delighted to see deer out front and on the last evening a black bear came through, knocking over the garbage can! So neat to see all the wildlife.

Good location, not up to expectations
Getting into the house was easy. Tried to cancel 13 days before Due to COVID never got an answer so we went ahead and went. We had to wash any dish that we wanted to use there was grime on them. There was 4 trash bags left in the garage that we had to pick up and were leaking. The trash can in the kitchen stinks from leaks from before. There was trash from the cleaning (plastic gloves, paper towels, and soap dispensers) in the yard and street that we picked up. We ran out of propane in the middle of us grilling so had to finish cooking in the oven. The carpets had stains and we have a toddler that touches everything. Lastly the curtains in the showers are really nasty. Stained yellow/orange on the bottom. I got a bunch of emails saying deep cleaning in preparation for the pandemic but it looked rushed and not at all deep cleaned.

Cozy Cabin, Perfect location
The property was as described. Plenty of beds. Very spacious. The kitchen and eating area were excellent for a large family. The interior lounging areas were amazing. The deck and views from the deck were outstanding. We were close to downtown. I would not hesitate to use the home for my family in the future.

Summer weekend
Kitchen is well stocked. Three bathrooms which is nice. Downstairs area is perfect for a kid play area. Fenced backyard is misleading, it’s just a bunch of removable fencing precariously placed. Grill was too dirty to use. Carpets are really gross. They need cleaned badly.
